28/05/2025: Absolutely one of the best trattorias we have encountered in Italy. Very friendly and professional service. The trattoria is located on a small street, it is difficult to find. The place is very charming, the essence of Italy. You just have to pay attention to the opening hours, on the internet they are much earlier. After arriving at around 6 pm, it turned out that the pizza oven was not yet heated. It is turned on at 7 pm. You could order other dishes, just not baked in the oven. However, the staff tried, turned on the oven a little earlier and around 7 pm we got absolutely one of the best pizzas we have eaten in Italy. I do not plan to return to Sicily, but if it ever happens, I will definitely come here. The atmosphere is unique.

17/09/2024: Excellent welcome, nice location in a maritime style, not to mention the food was all good and plentiful, we took the measure of love, I recommend it, the tuna with caramelized onion, very good, we wanted to add a nice plate of spaghetti but we didn't have it, too full. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Il personale è gentile, veloce e sempre disponibile, il che rende il servizio impeccabile. Ma il vero protagonista è il cibo: la pizza è semplicemente eccezionale, con un impasto leggero, ingredienti freschissimi e una cottura perfetta. Anche gli antipasti e i dolci meritano una menzione speciale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia gustare una vera pizza italiana!

11/04/2025: Siamo stati in questa pizzeria durante il weekend e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! La pizza è semplicemente fantastica: impasto leggero e digeribile, ingredienti freschissimi e combinazioni di gusti davvero originali. Abbiamo provato la classica margherita e una con la bufala: entrambe spettacolari. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Il locale è curato nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissima a chi ama la vera pizza italiana!

08/03/2025: I booked a pizza delivery for 8pm after 30 minutes of delay I call back to find out what happened to the pizza and they answer that it was on its way... another 30 minutes it's 9pm I call back and they answer that the pizza seems like I had to pick it up and so they tell us that it was leaving... another 30 minutes pass I call back and they tell us that the pizza had been ready for 5 minutes and they were waiting for the delivery boy to bring it.....after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting we gave up and we made a frozen pizza... at least that one arrived immediately from the freezer to the oven..... I definitely won't go back to get a pizza from them.

04/10/2024: The experience at Torre Palazzelle was a wonderful experience for my husband and me! From the first moment we evaluated the location for our wedding ceremony and dinner, we were welcomed and treated with extreme care and attention. The owners Serena and Massimiliano are two fantastic people who accompany you throughout the preparation of the event! The professionalism and safety allowed us to spend our most beautiful day in total serenity! The food was excellent, without any flaw. The staff is super friendly and professional! Menu suitable for any, and I underline any, need. They offer many alternatives to allergies and intolerances! The location is wonderful and cared for in every way! I would recommend it a thousand and a thousand times! If you want to organize a wonderful event this is the right place!

23/12/2024: I don't give a star just because of the extreme kindness of the girl in the room. Very slow pizzeria with only 2 tables of 2, wrong pizza and with terrible ingredients: after a very short time intestinal cramps, evidently due to the presence of bacteria in the terrible smoked meats. No wines, it smells of fried food and sauces. Close!

02/10/2024: Cocktail alcolico carissimo...7 euro.....bicchiere piccolissimo, chiedo un campari bitter e mi stava facendo un campari soda....mi fa il bitter e scorda di mettere la vodka, ribadiamo la sua assenza ma insistono sulla sua presenza....sinceramente mai più! Siamo persone che lavoriamo nella ristorazione finiamo tardi, ci piaceva bere qualcosa dopo lavoro senza fare 20km per andare al porto....ma mi sa conviene andare lì...mi dispiace!

05/04/2025: The wait is something never seen in any venue. It takes anywhere from 25/35 minutes just to take the order (if you take chips another 30 minutes pass) after which the wait for pizza goes well beyond an hour. Sitting at 9.30pm we get up at 12.30am. Pizza normal as are the prices. I had read in the reviews that delays often happen but this is absurd.

15/12/2024: I'm really sorry, but this time I'm forced to give a negative review: I've been to this place to order something twice, in the first case I ordered a piadina with porchetta, ketchup and mayonnaise...they brought me a piadina with ham without ketchup and without mayonnaise. In the second case (i.e. today) I had ordered a pizza diavola + chips, they delivered this pizza to me and once I got home I found a very simple devil without chips despite having paid a supplement of €1.50.

15/09/2024: Closed, despite the sign on the door stating that from September 10th(?) to the 24th they will be open from 18 to 22h… Unless the sign is from 2023… The place does not look too used..

12/09/2024: Very nice staff and great service. The pizzas are very tasty and there is a very large selection of different toppings, as well as Nutella pizza. Everything tastes delicious and is made with love. The size is perfect for a single person. Happy to come back :)
