The attention to detail is completely lost in the final result, which leaves much to be desired according to the taste of the entire table. 25/04/2025: We are local, so I can’t say anything about the hotel/rooms, since we had a family lunch in the restaurant. The food is delicious, especially the meat! But I didn't like the pasta. There were few waiters, all the tables were occupied, so we had to wait a long time. A little cramped, we sat back to back((which is probably why it was very noisy! The place is very beautiful, the restaurant is located on the hills, everything is green around! I think you can take a walk there after a hearty lunch.

28/04/2025: I went to this place for an event where there was pizza... For goodness sake the pizza dough was really good. Too bad only for the combinations of toppings, in my opinion not very convincing, not to mention the fact that they brought us two similar pizzas with a white base and pistachio and the difference was that one had mortadella and one didn't, but still... Even the flambé pizza, more show than taste. In short, with such a good dough and a bit of a shame in my opinion.

21/02/2025: Quiet and pleasant bar with terrace, well located, in a square with atmosphere. We ordered tea and they served us a wide range of teas to choose from and some cookies that were delicious 😜😜 Very friendly service, fast and everything clean and impeccable. I recommend 💯

26/04/2025: How sad! The Tavern where until a few years ago you ate "genuinely" has failed to meet expectations. Everything served cold, even the potatoes which were cold and totally soft. Freshly warm grilled Ragusano cheese. Rushed service. A real shame.

13/05/2025: It was a real surprise! After trying four of the most renowned pizzerias in Modica, none of them had ever convinced me until I came across Acqua e Farina! The product is enhanced, excellent pizza both in the dough and in the toppings and the price is more than fair. I left the place really satisfied!
