15/03/2026: I had the misfortune of eating a gluten-free pizza from them. The base is packaged, but it didn't even go through their oven, defrosted, probably in the microwave. It was white, soggy, with very little toppings. In fact, it was completely unseasoned, and I paid for a gourmet pizza! A sort of rubbery mix that resembled Snow White! (The most inedible pizza I've tried so far) Value for money: 0

07/03/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in Modica. The place is beautifully maintained and creates a truly peaceful and unique atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are of a quality that, in my opinion, is above average, being balanced with quality ingredients. All in all, it was a pleasant and relaxing evening.

28/12/2025: We dined here during a basketball tournament in Comiso, so there were about thirty of us, including parents and kids. The owner (Davide) and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, and despite it being a Saturday, they served us quickly. We chose several delicious pizzas and sandwiches with delicious horse meatballs. Everything was top-notch! To round out the dinner, they served us some sweet pizzas, which were absolutely delicious, especially the one with Nutella and ricotta. Congratulations, Davide, we'll be back.

23/03/2026: Absolutely amazing wood-fired pizza!! I stopped here for takeout and met the lovely family who works there. Their pizza was one of the best meals I've ever had in Chiaramonte! If you're in town, you absolutely have to go! Food 5/5 Service 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

29/09/2025: We ordered five pizzas for home delivery, including two baby pizzas. The baby pizzas were awful, the baby pizzas were super small and seemed frozen... 40 euros in total, too much, and in the end we were left hungry... You'll never see us again!

The pizza is truly delicious, with a light and easily digestible dough, and excellent quality toppings. 17/04/2026: The importance of details. We returned to the Baglio after 10 years and, as before, we encountered the same warm welcome from the owner. Nothing is taken for granted; in addition to the kindness, it was immediately noticeable that, unlike many other establishments in the area, here at the Baglio the bread isn't the usual defrosted bread, which is certainly more economically manageable, but a homemade product toasted with oil and oregano. The appetizer consisted of several courses, all balanced in quantity and flavor. The first courses were excellent, especially the spaghetti with datterini tomato sauce and eggplant cream. We continued with a slice of cod with creamed potatoes and roasted artichokes. There was a wide selection of bottled wines, not just the usual Nero d'Avola and Inzolia by the glass. Finally, the owner offered Amaro di Arancio e zenzero (a rare find in almost all restaurants these days). To conclude, a famous saying: three is all good things...we'll be back!

02/11/2025: My experience was negative. I'll start with the dining room, which isn't air-conditioned, and I could understand why there were only four tables occupied during the week, including one with some young people watching the game on TV, making it seem like we were at the stadium. We ordered three fish appetizers, two roast fish, and a fried fish. What we immediately noticed was the spicy shrimp cocktail. When I asked for an explanation, the kitchen told me that Tabasco had been added to the sauce (I'll leave that up to you). As for the fish, or rather the appetizers, they weren't up to par with freshness, with things that were repeated in both the appetizer and the roast. I'd like to give a constructive review, but when I went to the cashier, I expected not a discount, but some justification from the owner. Instead, I found a girl who gave me the bill, to whom I didn't say anything, even though we had a bottle of wine that cost 25 euros. For six people, ordering for three, we ended up paying for eight.

26/10/2025: A very nice place on the Marina di Ragusa waterfront. They make some very nice pizza-based dishes, like the rolled pizza or a kind of Pizzoli they call scaccioni. Very good. They serve beer in a bucket with ice, which is truly fantastic. Average prices for a 1-liter beer, a scaccione, and a rolled pizza, we paid €36.

23/03/2026: The pizzas weren't bad, nothing extraordinary. The problem was that they charged €5 for each glass of wine we had, and it was pretty awful. Shameless; they took advantage of the fact that the wine price wasn't listed on the menu.
