16/08/2025: If you're a foreigner or a tourist, don't come here. They're not equipped to serve you. I'm Brazilian and have lived in Palermo for almost two years. The waitress completely ignored me as I signaled for my order. After a drink, I wanted to ask for the bill... and she still ignored me. When I got to the cashier to pay, she yelled from outside, "He's the one at the wrong table."

08/02/2026: I ordered two dishes, both of which were huge disappointments. The tagliatelle with red prawns was nothing but desire, completely devoid of prawns, just an abundance of hard, frozen surimi. Salmon pizza with salmon cream: an ocean of salmon-flavored cream with honest slices of salmon. A real disappointment, very disgusting.

27/10/2025: The best pizza in Palermo. Locals eat here. This speaks volumes about the quality, taste, and tradition. Tourists give points for restaurants in the city center, but they don't eat what the locals eat. You have to come here and compare. Prices are half those in tourist spots. You'll get your pizza in a box and eat it outside. A large pizza is enough for two or three hungry people. One person definitely can't handle it. Here, the pizza is made right before your eyes. You can see the pizza table, the oven, and the highest quality ingredients. It's a pleasure to watch the pizzaiolos work together and quickly deliver pizza after pizza. The woman taking orders is multi-tasking, helping the guys with the oven and also serving pizzas for delivery. They all form a very close-knit team. It's worth coming during rush hour and seeing for yourself what efficient work organization should look like 👍👍👍 As tourists who don't speak Italian, we felt very well taken care of 👍👍 Great 🌞🍕 thank you 👍☀️

04/03/2026: The food was okay – the price for Palermo: well... But the absolute worst thing here is the entire service: we came from the hotel across the street and were looking forward to a nice evening, but we were treated so terribly – we're just surprised they let us in at all... all the Italians who came were treated more kindly than us... If a restaurant like this were run in Germany, with such rudeness, it would be shut down immediately... absolutely awful... we would never come back here... I much prefer some of the street food places here: incredibly friendly service... but never again to Tondo.

04/03/2026: The food was very good, the restaurant and the atmosphere were bright and welcoming, but the service was quite the opposite. We immediately felt unwelcome. There was no smile when we ordered or when we were served. After our meal, the staff even subtly made us feel like we should leave as quickly as possible to clear the table. Unfortunately, this ruined our entire evening 😩 There's definitely room for improvement in how they treat their guests.

13/09/2025: Poorly organized, arrived on a Saturday, seated at 8:30 PM, and the pizzas arrived after 10:30 PM. Terrible organization, they prefer to fulfill takeout orders and instead have to wait for tables for hours and hours. Terrible. I do not recommend this place.

15/02/2026: Whether the food is good or not becomes irrelevant if you're treated poorly, have to wait two hours to be served, and are crammed like chickens among a thousand people. This place only wants to make money, and doesn't care about its customers or its employees. A negative experience.

15/02/2026: A terrible experience, to be avoided. We showed up and were told a table would be available soon. After more than twenty minutes, they repeated the same thing. After half an hour, they finally seated us at a table too small for the number of people we were, right next to the entrance door, squeezed between other tables and in the cold draft from the door. After that, it took them exactly an hour and a half to bring our orders (simple pizzas and a mixed salad), despite our multiple requests for explanations, promptly answered with generic apologies. Finally, at 11:10 PM, the food arrived, after we had already lost our appetite. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The service was definitely terrible, bordering on decency and respect. For all this, they gave us a €5 discount. In short, if you want to be uncomfortable, eat almost two hours late, feel cheated, and eat an average pizza and salad, this place is for you!

01/03/2026: Terrible experience, disrespectful owners, we spent €600 and they didn't even offer to pay for the liqueurs, burnt pizza, and without salt and love, I'm sorry, we will never return

01/03/2026: Unfortunately, there were several things that didn't go well this evening...burnt pizza, delays in delivering drinks, especially water, an exorbitant final bill, and finally, as the icing on the cake...we were only offered one free amaro out of seven...not a very nice gesture after hosting 23 people and paying handsomely... I don't think I'll be back...

18/02/2026: The waitress had a really good english and the food came very quickly even when we came in like 30 minutes before closing, the food was also amazing, the waitress also let more people in even when it was closed, to sum up everything was great i highly recommend it.
