02/02/2025: ARRIVATI A MONREALE USCIAMO PER MANGIARE CI AVEVANO CONSIGLIATO ALTRI MA POI L OCCHIO E CADUTO SU STELLINA MICHELINE entriamo il proprietario molto accogliente era tardi ci dice che il pane era finito, bene ci sediamo e ordiniamo dei primi( Norma Della Taverna Pasta fresca con salsa di pomodoro, melanzane fritte, stracciatella di burrata e salsa al basilico ) ottimo mentre degustiamo un bicchiere di vino ci porta della focaccia fatta portare apposta per non farci sentire che non cera il pane morale della favola siamo rimasti a parlare con lui ci ha detto che la sua famiglia tutti ristoratori da 4 generazioni ed il figlio anche. se passate fermatevi locale bellissimo internamente .

01/02/2025: At Apud Jatum I ate the best pizza in the province of Palermo and probably in all of Sicily. The dough is wonderful I don't know how they managed to create a soft and crunchy dough at the same time with a delicious edge. All the ingredients are top quality and nothing is left to chance. Prices are average (lower than average when compared to quality). The staff is friendly and even smiling. The search for a couple of pizzas linked to seasonality is notable. At the end of the meal, included in the price, a dessert created with fried pizza dough and topped with melted chocolate. The only downside is the place where it is located. The street and the exterior are not up to the standard of the place. Well done to the owner though.

14/02/2025: I ordered a pizza by phone, they told me 9.30pm, 15 minutes have passed and the pizza is still not ready. At this point I wonder what the point of booking is if you arrive on time and it's not a timetable, if ordered it takes time and who knows to eat it on the spot. Truly shameful! I will not return, NOT RECOMMENDED!

07/02/2025: Last night I went to the Pergola Pizza Taxi and tried the scrocchiarella, I would say excellent, excellent, a real delicacy, very good like the pizzas, congratulations.

23/12/2024: Have visited Trattoria Vicolo, Castelmola each time we’re in Taormina. Each time the food has been very good. Today I ordered Spaghetti Carbonara. If you’re expecting the rich source type of Carbonara then you might be very well surprised. It’s the genuine kind of Carbonara here. That you should expect in Sicily. For desert we shared Semi Freddo. It was really good! It’s made the period around Christmas. My wife ordered the Vegetable Soup. Once again it was very tasty, couldn’t be happier. The service was very good, no real surprise though. It’s worth the bus trip from Taormina to try this place.

After traveling to various European countries for many years, this is the first time I have eaten warm toasted bread, dipped in excellent quality and slightly spicy olive oil. It is super delicious! The gentleman who served me was attentive and courteous, the price was reasonable, and the location was easy to find! I recommend everyone to come and eat here if you come to this city!
