23/11/2025: If you go to Borgo Giarracca, wear a tie and jacket! 🧥😄 A rainy Saturday evening 🌧️ right in the center led us to this modern pizzeria with fluorescent lighting ✨. The place is very elegant 💫 and is tall—so if you have strollers, think about it... just kidding 😜 there are several rooms 🪑. The staff was very courteous and quick with service 🤗⚡. The menu features several classic pizzas with a few twists 🍕📜. The contemporary dough is very soft and fluffy, presumably with a long leavening 😍. They also offer specialty doughs (charcoal, grain, etc.) 🌾🖤. The ingredients are very fresh and well-distributed throughout the space 🥗👌. The airy dough is truly delightful 😋. 28/11/2025: I had the mortadella pizza, and I have to say that with the chopped pistachios and the perito, it's really delicious. The crust is a little high and crunchy, and delicious! I really enjoyed everything!

03/01/2026: The staff was great, the food delicious and we paid 70 eur for 6 people including tip. Highly recommended. The only downside is they don't have a toilet (but let you wash hands).

05/11/2025: It’s really worth the journey. Great tasting pizza. We tried four different pizzas and they were all fantastic, made with the best ingredients on an absolutely flavorful and crispy base. We tried their Tiramisu for dessert. Not recommended at all. Just have the pizza! Also make sure to book in advance.

They immediately complimented me on the restaurant—beautiful, welcoming, and elegant—and then they were thrilled with the pizzas and desserts, and with Gianluca's hospitality, always available and smiling. Excellent value for money!

24/12/2025: In the summer I advise you to reserve a table in advance. And the quality of the pizza is unpredictable anyway. I took it home, one was warm, and the other was completely cold and the middle was completely burnt. Only the edges were left to eat 🙄.

20/10/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the best that we had in Sicily. Waiters are very helpful, polite. We are traveling with 20 month old toddler, the stuff helped us to arrange the food for the kid. Pizzas are outstanding, second dishes very very tasty. The waiter Joseppe was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite, and helpful!

The ingredients are excellent, which absolutely justifies the prices of even the most expensive pizzas. The service is on par with the pizza, no complaints there! The fact that you can eat pizza of this quality so close to home is a priceless blessing! Keep up the good work, guys!
