13/06/2026: This was my third time at Conchiglia! As always, we had a fantastic meal. The pinsa salsiccia was absolutely divine. The waiter was so kind and attentive. We felt very comfortable. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely be back.

13/06/2026: One star only because zero isn't possible. I'd like to point out that the only positive aspect of the restaurant is the waiter, who is kind, polite, and helpful. The environment is neglected, dirty, with billiards in the back and the bathrooms under the stairs that are anything but welcoming... walking past the kitchen, I had to turn around because of the anything-but-inviting smell... The chef boasts of having a Michelin star... but as everyone knows, Michelin stars go to restaurants, not chefs... and from the moment you start working in a small, provincial restaurant, the star is like the night of San Lorenzo... FALLING. The dishes are nothing special, poorly crafted, served as if they were thrown haphazardly into a salad bowl, and decidedly lacking in flavor. The octopus salad had six pieces of octopus, and everything else was potatoes and vegetables. The marinated anchovies were so overcooked they were tough and a bit acidic, four very thin slices of salmon were placed on a mountain of salad... and the mussels were cold. The chef is arrogant, rude, and treats customers unacceptably. He was sitting next to our table and got into a playful and funny discussion with the waiter, raising his voice, using vulgar tones, insulting us, and ruining our evening. Star chef or not, first learn good manners, then learn to respect your customers, and also learn Italian... you boast about being who knows who and can't finish a complete sentence without making a thousand mistakes. RUDE! The waiter apologized a thousand times, out of embarrassment and shame, and even the kitchen assistant followed us into the parking lot to apologize because he was mortified by his chef's behavior. There are a thousand better restaurants in Sardinia, especially with more polite and respectful staff, less arrogant and rude. Not to mention the prices... two vegetable appetizers with a hint of fish and a bottle of wine €80... as if we were at a Franciscan osteria. This also explains why it's Friday night and your restaurant is empty, 'chef'... truly ridiculous. Stay away as much as possible and enjoy the wonderful resources and dishes of this land, avoiding like the plague this Italian-Colombian 'super chef' who isn't even worthy of a trattoria on the outskirts of the poorest city in the world.

11/06/2026: You cn find the most elegant pizza in all porto Rotonto. Nice experience with a lot of wines . Also the dolce menu was very interesting!

11/05/2026: We ordered takeaway food. It was given to us without a spoon or fork. We had two small children with us and then had to walk all over Palau to find a fork. Absolutely terrible.

01/06/2026: We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant last night. At a neighboring table, a group of about 20 people from Croatia were holding a party. They used a microphone and took turns giving speeches, speaking very loudly and sometimes shouting. This considerable noise went on for almost an hour. During this time, we repeatedly brought the situation to the attention of the management and the owner and asked them to take measures to reduce the noise level to a reasonable level. Unfortunately, there was no effective response whatsoever. We understand that guests want to celebrate. However, we also expect a restaurant to ensure that other guests can enjoy their meals in a pleasant atmosphere. The management's lack of response and their disregard for other guests were very disappointing. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

29/10/2025: A pizza I'd never had before: Diavola with their own grilled peppers. Delicious. Also nice is the fact that you can choose the size based on how hungry you are. A cold beer... finally. Everything is clear about the prices. Well done.

12/05/2026: Staff were great! However the food was simply not good. We ordered a mixed salad that came out with a day or two old chopped lettuce that was completely brown. The cheese board came with two small triangles of parmesan plus some meats - come on chef - that’s not worth the price point whatsoever. We know you’re in a tourist area but it’s not hard to put fresh salad out. Also - the atmosphere could be hugely improved by playing anything other than reggaeton.

20/05/2026: Terrible, I've already been there a few times for breakfast, nothing special, but today I went for a beer and a couple of chips just because I was passing through, I don't think I'll go there again because for a bag of sn Carlo and a 0.20 among other things Ichnusa I paid a good €9.50.... Drinking a beer that is perhaps a little more "premium" I can understand, but for hot air it seems a bit excessive to me, I strongly advise against it if you are near the Olbia airport

13/05/2026: The presentation of the Caprese salad was appalling. There was no way to even cut and mix the ingredients yourself. You just had to eat the mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves separately. What were they thinking?
