28/07/2025: We stayed three people—two adults and a 9-year-old child—for eight nights in a three-room apartment, and overall the experience was positive, although there were a few areas that could be improved. Among the village's strong points were undoubtedly the two swimming pools and the entertainment program, which made our stay more enjoyable in the late afternoon after returning from the beach and in the evening after dinner. We also greatly appreciated the 24-hour reception, a real convenience, although we never used it. The location is truly excellent: close to all essential services, including three supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, restaurants, a pharmacy, and ice cream shops, all within easy walking distance, which greatly simplifies daily life. Not to mention the fact that it's just a few kilometers from the beaches of Cala Liberotto, Berchida, Biderosa, and many other truly stunning coves. One final aspect that I think is a plus compared to many other properties is the flexible check-in/out schedule, which doesn't force you to stay on a specific day of the week (in practice, you're not forced to stay seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, as is almost always the case). As for areas for improvement that could truly make a difference, we encountered a few critical issues. Regarding the air conditioning, we knew there was a charge for its use. We requested the remote control to make sure it was available, but in reality, we never used it. Upon checkout, however, we were charged for each day of "supposed" use, without any actual verification through consumption or other means. This seemed like a questionable approach. In our apartment, the shower glass was broken: we reported it, but unfortunately it wasn't repaired during our stay. The cutlery wasn't entirely clean, the mosquito net was missing from the bathroom window, the only pan had a scratched bottom (not great for your health), and the air conditioning unit drain for the upstairs apartment wasn't properly managed because it was wetting our outdoor patio. A more thorough inspection of the apartments before guests' arrival could easily resolve similar issues. The waste sorting system also seemed unclear for those arriving from out of the region; I would suggest providing a simple information sheet in each apartment with information on collection points and disposal methods; it would be really helpful. Another aspect that impacted our experience was the presence of numerous mosquitoes and wasps. Finally, we noted that the pool filters could be more effective, as sea water seemed clearer than pool water, especially in the late afternoon, starting around 5:00 PM. I hope this review is helpful to the managers and anyone thinking of staying at this property!

27/07/2025: We had a truly unforgettable holiday at Residence Ontani, and much of the credit goes to Mariapaola's extraordinary welcome at reception. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home: kindness, professionalism, and availability were the hallmarks of her service. Always smiling, she was ready to respond to every need with great courtesy and attention. The property is in a perfect location for exploring some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches, all easily accessible and simply spectacular. Every day was a pleasure to discover new coves, relax in the sun, and enjoy the crystal-clear sea. Everything was magnificent, from the first to the last day. A stay that left us with wonderful memories and a great desire to return. Thank you so much to Mariapaola and the entire staff at Residence Ontani for making our holiday so special!

19/06/2025: Arrivo in questo locale con degli amici e il personale ci fa accomodare al tavolo riservato per noi. Optiamo tutti per una pizza, ma restiamo un po' delusi. La qualità degli ingredienti non è al livello del prezzo, dispiace dirlo, né l'impasto risulta essere leggero come dovrebbe essere in una vera pizza napoletana: al morso è tenace, soprattutto il cornicione. Nulla da ridire sul servizio: il personale è molto gentile e la serata è stata piacevole. Il conto, 20 euro a testa (comprese bibite e 2,50€ di coperto), con una pizza più buona sarebbe stato giustissimo. Sufficienzan sicuramente meritata! Magari alla prossima andrà meglio!

02/07/2025: Mi sono trovato benissimo al Cri Cri ma non solo io, anche fonti anonime di qui non esitò fare nomi. Inoltre la grigliata che si vede anche nella foto è ottima. Io stra consiglio il ristorante e bar Cri Cri anche per il prezzo accessibile a tutti. Infine hanno anche un ottimo caffè. Continuate così

07/06/2025: Very bad!!! Cheapest mozzarella, bad pizza dough - Dr. Oetker's ready-made pizza is better, unfriendly service, and if you complain about something you're immediately insulted as a German potato and sausage eater, even though I'm Sardinian and live in Switzerland!!!

03/07/2025: Tavolo prenotato da giorni per le 21.30, 15 minuti per far preparare il tavolo. Luglio, 37 gradi. Ci mettono in una “nicchia” in veranda, non passava mezzo filo d’aria. Non c’era nemmeno un ventilatore. Ci danno i ventagli. 1 ora e 15 minuti per far si che arrivasse la pizza!!!! Tempo 5 minuti che è arrivata la pizza, venuto un colpo di calore, mi sento male e inizio a rimettere. Pessima gestione e pessima organizzazione!!!!! Voglio salvare solo il cameriere, che è stato gentilissimo nonostante non fosse colpa sua, e non mi ha fatto pagare ne la pizza ne il drink. Mai più

21/06/2025: Nos alojamos en el hotel y estábamos encantados con todo el servicio que habíamos recibido en los otros restaurantes del complejo hasta ese momento. Vimos que la pizzería estaba llena de gente todas las noches y decidimos comer allí. Como había una larga cola, pasamos por el restaurante japonés para que mi hijo pudiera comer lo que quisiera (y nos atendieron muy bien) , luego fuimos a comer un aperitivo a Osteria (que es excelente y tiene el mejor servicio posible) y luego fuimos a Maiori. Para nuestra decepción, el camarero simplemente se rió en mi cara cuando pedí una sola pizza para tres personas. Incluso preguntó: “¿una pizza para tres?”. Como si le debiera una explicación, cortésmente le expliqué que estábamos allí y en el tercer restaurante de la noche, pero él simplemente se rió en mi cara y comenzó a burlarse de nosotros a los otros camareros también. Si iba allí a pedir un vaso de agua esperaba ser tratado tan bien como cualquier otro cliente. Estaba tan incrédula ante la falta de respeto que incluso perdí el deseo de comer la pizza. Durante nuestros 15 días en Italia, visitamos muchos destinos, muchos más restaurantes elegantes y caros, y en ningún lugar nos trataron así.

27/06/2025: Pizza slices ordered at home were delicious, very hot and well seasoned. It should be noted that they were ordered for 8:30 pm and were very punctual (arrived at 8:25 pm) which is rare nowadays when ordering at home... compliments and thanks for the service.

21/03/2025: Among the best pizzerias in Quartu. But unfortunately this is already the second time that there have been delays and condiments are in short supply. It's a shame because it's really good

22/05/2025: My partner and I have eaten at Alice's several times and it's always been good, the food was excellent... today there was a girl who probably wasn't very happy to be there. Arriving at 8.40pm we are told that we cannot sit at the table.. we understand immediately and there is no problem, we take away.. we are then told that we had to pay by card because the register had already been closed, with other people still sitting eating.. ok, that's fine here too, no problem.. we choose the pizza, I ask for a small piece of a baked potato and bacon, he tells me that they are standard pieces and that I cannot make it smaller.. ok, he puts everything in the box and at that point we ask that they at least be heated up for us, with a disturbed expression on his face he tells us that he had already turned off the oven, that he could try.. sorry, I work in catering too, and so does my partner.. I understand the desire to leave, I understand the rush, the things to do.. but in my job I have never allowed myself to give a customer a cold dish because I had turned it off 20 minutes before closing. We thank him and leave..

06/04/2025: Pizza buona,ma manco fosse oro. 4 tranci di pizza 21€,robe da matti! Ti fa passare la voglia di mangiarle.Oltre il prezzo le pizze sono molto buone,ma per quanto costano si viene solo una volta all'anno (massimo).

09/08/2025: One of the few restaurants open after 11 PM. We had pizza, wine, and a cheese appetizer, and it was all delicious! The prices were more than fair considering the quality of the service and products. We'll definitely be back!

07/08/2025: The food was very tasty, but the service was terrible. It took us 30 minutes to ask for the bill, another 15 minutes to pay, but that was after we stood up and asked. Another family at the table next to us stood up after waiting 30 minutes because their order wasn't taken. Coperto is typical in Italian restaurants, but not everywhere they charge a service charge, but here they do.

27/07/2025: Sono stato con la mia famiglia perché volevo mangiare/provare la pizza 🍕 🍕 sarda... Era buonissima molto digeribile personale simpatico ed educato l'unica pecca è che abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti per un dolce comunque nella media VE LA CONSIGLIO 🍕

27/07/2025: Se state passeggiando al centro di Cagliari e vi volete mangiare un'ottima pizza, recatevi in questo localino. Colorato, con diverse salette, accolti subito dal personale di sala. Noi abbiamo mangiato una pizza squisita, con bufala e datterimi, impasto leggero e gustoso allo stesso tempo. Ho visto passare anche altri piatti combinati, tipo hamburger e contorni e avevano un aspetto appetitoso. Lo consiglio, ma vi conviene prenotare prima, rischiate altrimenti di non trovare posto.

24/07/2025: When you ask for a spritzer and they only give you pink-tinted mineral water, then you know you've truly arrived at the place where they squeeze tourists! The waitress was nice, but hearing the two bartenders tell me that "this is what society dictates" means these guys have no sense of ethics! Avoid like the plague! Or just have a beer!

23/07/2025: We ate a sandwich, a toast, a salad and 3 cokes for €54 including €9 for non-existent service. When asked about the coffee (8pm) I replied that they had already cleaned the machine.

03/08/2025: Siamo stati in questa pizzeria un paio di volte e devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene, le pizze sono buone, non la mia preferita perché la parte del bordo rimane un po’ gommosa; Ottimi invece le fritture di pesce mista !!! Prezzi nella media del luogo, birra gelata buona !!

05/08/2025: The restaurant has a beautiful view of the port of Maddalena and the island across the way. The food was very good. Mixed salad was huge, Caprese salad was large and awesome. The truffle cream spaghetti was amazing. And the eggplant Parmesan was fantastic. They have a very large wine list. We chose a mid-priced bottle of red Cannonau wine. They poured the glass, and clearly I could see the rust color right away. The nose was bad, and the taste was like vinegar. I had to sent the wine back and order a less expensive bottle which was much better. The staff didn’t seem too happy that I sent the wine back, but I wasn’t going to pay 60 euro for a wine gone bad. All the male waiters and busboys were very friendly and accommodating, but our female server was not the friendliest of all. The prices are high, but these tourist places are only open 5-6 months of the year, so I guess you cannot blame them. Overall, not too bad. Would come again for the food and the great view. Hopefully they can improve the friendliness of some of the staff.

12/08/2025: The owner… just wow, what an awful experience. Worst food in Sardinia!! Avoid at all costs, this is a pure tourist trap. Horrible owner and horrible food. Felt super sorry for the staff because they apologised on her behalf which is not okay, very unprofessional and couldn’t take any feedback on the disgusting food. Owner was that deluded she believed everyone loves her food. I then went onto reviewing the restaurant to find out it’s 2*. She also made a racist comment ‘ go back home if you don’t like it ‘ and was talking about us to other customers. Never ever go here if you see the reviews before PLEASE 🫣

11/08/2025: The sea bream was delicious, the fried calamari was excellent, the pizza was superb, and it was in a very pretty little square. Recommended.

17/08/2025: The pizzas were really bad, I don't recommend them... We also tried the Sardinian gnochetti, which was okay but not quite wow-worthy. It's a shame because the setting is quite nice.

17/08/2025: Don‘t get fooled by the garden. The food was terrible (salad, pasta from the supermarket and Hamburger just discusting) and the waiter couldn‘t care less.
