It's rare to find a place capable of maintaining such high standards for three decades, but Pippo and Bea manage it with disarming ease: over the years, the quality has never waned; on the contrary, it has constantly evolved towards absolute excellence. Here's why, in my opinion, it's a must-see: • The Welcome: Pippo and Bea are the soul of the place. Their welcome is always warm, friendly, and genuine; they make you feel like an honored guest, never just a customer. • Superior Raw Materials: The sourcing of ingredients is meticulous. You can clearly sense that behind every pizza is a selection of the highest-quality, fresh, and flavorful products. • The Atmosphere: The atmosphere is familiar, intimate, and meticulously crafted. 26/07/2025: You never forget a pizza like this... but only because the trauma lingers. Thick, chewy, and raw dough, it tasted like a poorly leavened ciabatta bread that'd been microwaved. Every bite was a fight for survival: you chewed, and the dough, instead of disappearing, swelled in your mouth like construction site insulation, slowly suffocating you. I swear, I had time to reevaluate my entire life while trying to swallow. And then, the final blow: a hair. Just one, but well-placed. Elegant, right at the top, tucked into the dough, like the icing on the cake of horror. I don't know if it was pubic, the chef's, or a mythological creature, but I only know that it completely ruined my appetite and my faith in humanity. In short: a nightmare pizza. Not recommended for anyone who wants to live. I'll start by saying that I'm writing this review only after the third time I've found hair in the dough, but that's enough for now. I absolutely don't recommend it; avoid it, yes, but I'm not stupid. I have pictures of everything by the way, so don't let anyone tell me it's not true.

10/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante 10 anni fa. Mai abbiamo mancato di cenare 2 o 3 volte nelle ns vacanze. in Sardegna. Stasera grande delusione nella preparazione dei piatti: seppie alla griglia ( una tenera e la seconda dura e poco cotta) gamberoni grigliati ( interi con intestino) ora anche i risto cinesi li portano pretagliati con il filo nero eliminato, trancio di tonno con granella di pistacchio ( servito a tocchetti) troppo cotto. Ieri abbiamo mangiato i ravioli ripieni di pesce con ragù bianco di pesce, ce li ricordavamo migliori. Lo chef in cucina è cambiato dall’estete scorsa?

03/07/2025: Wir waren heute zum zweiten Mal nacheinander dort Essen. Die Küche ist eine der besten die wir auf Sardinien je genossen haben. Vorspeise/Hauptgang und vorzügliche Dolce. Absolut zu empfehlen Preis/Leistung ist wirklich sehr sehr gut. Macht weiter so 💛

03/06/2025: A beautiful restaurant with minimalist yet striking decor and an exhibition of works by Sardinian artists like Angelo Maggi. Excellent food, from pizza to seafood. The owner is kind and helpful, the service is excellent, and the wine selection is excellent for those who enjoy a fine glass of wine with their meal. I always enjoy returning when I return to Nuoro.
