03/11/2025: More and more convinced that if you don't know how to do this job, you'd better do something else. We'd been sitting since 2 PM, and after 40 minutes, they hadn't brought us water, and one of the waitresses was truly unspeakable. She first snapped at a girl at our table about a seating problem. People then joined in, rudely saying, "And when did you mean it?" But let's skip that. The same waitress snapped at another girl who was helping her with the orders, shushing her and telling her she hadn't written down the appetizers yet. There were no mussels left, even though we'd made a reservation, and at the very least, whoever does the shopping makes sure the dishes cover the table. When you serve tables, okay, it's a kiosk, but 53 euros a head for artichoke fritters and cured meats, with paper napkins and a first course that was a stopgap because they didn't even have that anymore, is too much. A total disaster. Improvise I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Improve. People don't eat out to get upset. The staff needs to be qualified, and the food was good. But that's not enough. I advise you to put passion and invest. Because you won't get far this way. That said, I commend the cashier and the other waitress with glasses... they solved the immediate nervousness that had arisen due to the rude responses.

19/10/2025: Unfriendly and poor service. We were ignored for 10 minutes despite asking if we could order.

12/01/2026: Leaving aside everything about the dough and so on... the takeout pizza arrived on time, sure. It's a shame that both pizzas were full of gorgonzola (which wasn't included in the ingredients) and missing ingredients like sausage. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I hope it wasn't, because if you knew you made a mistake and decided to deliver the pizzas anyway, you'd better stop serving food. Poor service.

08/12/2025: I ate at this pizzeria a while ago, and I can say it was a terrible experience. Immediately after eating, I felt a severe stomachache. Since it's not the first time, I'm starting to think it's abnormal. My mother happened to be nearby tonight and ordered a takeout pizza. Within 15 minutes, she started feeling really sick to her stomach, so much so that she ran away. Something's definitely wrong if people are feeling so sick. I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria to anyone; their food isn't worth the risk of getting sick. Terrible experience.

22/09/2025: We celebrated our daughter's eighteenth birthday and had a wonderful time. The service was friendly and the food, especially the pizza, was excellent. Thanks to all the staff, especially Marco, who made us feel at ease.

19/06/2025: It's a shame it was a nice place in the good old days, the legendary 1000 seats, the food service was top notch, then the lack of the historic owner, the debut of one of the sons... after various events it got lost, it's a shame but I'm waiting to get back on track.

23/09/2025: I visited this restaurant on Saturday evening, and while I understand it may have been a particularly difficult day, the experience didn't live up to expectations. I ordered at 9:30 PM, but the food didn't arrive until 11:00 PM. I learned that the pizza chef had been ill and three waiters hadn't shown up, which explains the delays, but proactive communication at the table would have helped manage the wait better. The pizza, unfortunately, had a bland dough, and the sauce was completely devoid of salt, making it tasteless. The fried calamari was rubbery and cold, as were the fries, which seemed to have been undercooked. It's a shame, because the ingredients seemed fresh, but the execution wasn't convincing. Another negative aspect is the parking situation: there's none, and you're forced to leave your car in a "campagnetta" under the trees, which is impractical and inconvenient. The bathrooms also left much to be desired, appearing dirty and poorly maintained. I understand that a bad night can happen, especially in exceptional circumstances, but I believe that greater attention to the quality of the food and the maintenance of the facilities can make a difference. I hope to return in the future and find a more positive experience, because the potential is there! €240 for 8 people, not even the decency of a discount, after all the inconvenience.

22/01/2026: Very friendly staff and delicious pizza, excellent prices. On Saturdays they are a bit late due to too many requests, but otherwise everything is great.

12/12/2025: DISHONEST AND RUDE. Don't order if you don't want to be scammed!!! I ordered a pizza at 8:00 PM, estimated delivery at 8:30 PM. At 8:50 PM, I asked for information and was told that the delivery driver had left. I called back at 9:10 PM (obviously not even a hint of an apology, total lack of professionalism) and was told the same thing again: a mockery and a lack of transparency, given that the delivery location is only a few hundred meters from the pizzeria. After an interminable wait, the pizza delivery man finally arrives, and, of course, he also doesn't apologize for what happened. Disappointing and unspeakable behavior.

27/09/2025: The prices were out of line (€3 cover charge, house wine €16/l), and the tuna was pan-fried instead of grilled. The only positive note was the service; the Asian waitress was very kind and professional. We didn't pay much, but I'm sure we won't be back.

13/09/2025: To be honest we didn't eat why... restaurant empty at 1 p.m. despite a magnificent view, we find that strange... well we say to ourselves we have an aperitif we look at the menu and we see, aperitif well served no problem. We look at the allergen menu in all the dishes and not just one allergen is scary, we say to ourselves there is no problem I felt bad... and then I ask for the WiFi which he gives me (thank you) and I look at the reviews... You understand the rest we paid the bill for the aperitif and left. (another waiter who did not stop sniffing did not give us confidence) Too bad because super location Philipe from nightmare in the kitchen seems to be making a visit I think....

15/08/2025: The entertainment and music were excellent, there was a long wait and not even a single gesture of courtesy towards the customer.

14/08/2025: We've been waiting 2 and a half hours for food. We booked and chose the menu 2 months in advance. The food cannot be rated because it hasn't been received.

06/01/2026: An unforgettable experience, I recommend it to anyone who wants to practice the art of patience. Calling the service terrible is a kindness to those who are committed to not providing it well, but it takes years of practice to reach the level of rudeness at Panzerotto. The wine served cold from the fridge and the barely edible pizza slices are just the tip of the iceberg, but I won't tell you more because it's an experience you have to try for yourself. I'll focus on just one point: the brazen courage with which the owners guide you on this culinary journey, entirely dictated by their rules. Oh, and I forgot, they provide you with a lot of vile money.

01/01/2026: I really struggle to understand how a place like this can still be open. From the first moment, you get the distinct feeling of being treated not as a customer, but as a mere "wallet." When asked to explain the decidedly exorbitant price, the response was anything but professional: the card was literally snatched from my hand and the payment was immediately processed. The person at the cashier, who unfortunately doesn't even seem to know the basics of restaurant business, also refused to split the bill, displaying complete inflexibility and poor manners. An extremely negative experience from every perspective. A place to avoid, it clearly feels more like a tourist trap than a real restaurant.
