04/10/2025: Good food, relatively cheap. Mostly domestic population.

01/10/2025: We start badly with the owner who lets us in as if he were doing us a favor (spoiler alert: we're paying you, and a lot, so you're not doing anyone a favor) and puts us at a table in a terrible location, in a walk-through area where every now and then there's someone almost inside their plate (tables need to be properly positioned; if you can't fit 100, don't put them there; customers should be able to eat as God intended. Everyone.) Things get worse with the waitress looking at you condescendingly if you don't order wine or expensive dishes, but only pizza. We end on a high note, again with the owner dismissing us condescendingly. If you want a pleasant evening, a word of advice: don't go to this place.

24/09/2025: Obviously the best pizza in Italy. I've been going there for 25 years and it's always that same sublime taste. If you want to be happy in your life, just order a pizza from them, that's all :)

28/09/2025: We stayed two nights in September during the holidays. Everything was great: the rooms, location, staff, etc.

21/09/2025: Staying in the hotel's associated residence, we decided to spend the day by the beautiful pool and eat lunch in the restaurant. The first courses were excellent, well-cooked, with generous portions and quick and courteous service. The second courses were also good and very competitively priced. We'll definitely be back.

02/10/2025: Very good food; we ordered the carasau bread fantasy, the tuna and pesto pizza, the vegan brittle, the carasau bread rose, and the seada with honey. The legume brittle was very popular, since often the only vegan option is grilled vegetables. Delicious and original! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

29/09/2025: We had a fantastic meal at Giampippo during our visit to Sardinia and can't recommend it highly enough. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The pasta dishes were incredible – clearly made with care and expertise. The pizzas, cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, were simply amazing with that perfect crispy crust and authentic flavor you can only get from a proper horno a leña. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the quality of the ingredients really shone through. The desserts were equally impressive and provided the perfect ending to our meal. Beyond the outstanding food, the atmosphere was wonderful. They played beautiful Italian music throughout our dinner, which added to the authentic and enjoyable dining experience. The service was excellent – attentive, friendly, and professional. If you're looking for genuine Italian cuisine in Sardinia with great ambiance and top-notch service, Giampippo is a must-visit. We left completely satisfied and would happily return!

19/09/2025: In response to my review by the owner: we're used to eating anywhere and justifying it with "no one ever said anything." This isn't an excuse. That's because everyone thinks, "I wonder what I ate." I know this because I follow a strict diet, so yes, I agree. Your pizza made me sit in the bathroom for three days. Chicken, rice, and salad don't make you go to the bathroom. A seafood pizza that got too hot and proliferated bacteria does. HCCP is not an opinion. ——— As an athlete, I follow a very controlled diet all week. I eagerly await my one "free" meal, the treat I allow myself as a reward. This time, my wife and I chose the pizzeria "Ajo da Massi." The initial impression was excellent. We ordered a Sarda and a Frutti di Mare. The latter was a true feast for the eyes: a triumph of mussels, clams, octopus, and no less than three prawns generously covering it. The perceived quality of the ingredients also seemed high: we were told only Caputo flour was used for the dough, Galbani mozzarella, and a 36-hour leavening period. The perfect base for a perfect treat. Unfortunately, the excitement turned into a nightmare starting the following day. I began suffering from constant bowel movements, one every 2-3 hours, which have plagued me for two days now. Since it was the only thing different from my usual, very strict diet, the connection is unfortunately unmistakable. I don't want to point fingers without knowing the facts, but something must have gone wrong in the preparation. The suspicion falls on the seafood: perhaps the mussels, added near the end, weren't cooked enough? Or were the prawns (famously frozen, Argentinian-style) not defrosted properly? I sincerely hope this was an isolated, unfortunate incident. The potential is there. But a slightly heavy dough is one thing, and a hygiene or preparation issue that ruins your next two days is another. At €12, the price of the Frutti di Mare would be excellent (perhaps even too low), but not if the cost includes the consequences.

28/09/2025: The wait staff is very attentive and thoughtful, and the food is tasty and delicious, reimagined and presented in a modern way. Prices are average for the area, perhaps a touch above average, but I'd go back.

04/10/2025: Friendly service with engaging staff, who liked to laugh. We really enjoyed the food here. Sadly we discovered this restaurant on the final night of our holiday, else we would have eaten here more often.
