13/05/2026: We went to the Cadilac Restaurant for a family dinner. I was already familiar with the place. I can confirm the excellence and professionalism of everyone, starting with the owner, Davide, who takes care of the customer from the first contact. A special thanks to the chefs. Everything was delicious, fresh, and high-quality. For table service, we were supported throughout the evening by Francesco and Jacqueline, who were always available and ready to satisfy our every request without ever being intrusive. I will definitely return and recommend it. Thanks again.

I'd highlight the owner's kindness, the quality of the cuisine, and the beauty of the location. Everything is tastefully crafted. The love is evident in every detail. Highly recommended.

14/04/2026: I love this place; it's not huge, but the food is divine. Simple cuisine, good pizzas, and excellent meat dishes. Always innovative, they always organize different evenings, from karaoke to pizza games or pizza tours, lunch and dinner menus during holiday events, excellent and truly fair prices. The owners are always available and attentive to their customers' needs. I recommend it 🫰🏻

24/02/2026: A terrible experience at La Vecchia Curte. From the first few minutes, you could feel the total lack of professionalism: confusing organization, inattentive staff, and a less than welcoming attitude. Despite the evening's "pizza tour" theme, the pizzas were always the same, constantly re-presented without any variety. Not to mention that practically nothing arrived at the head of the table, and after several waits, we were forced to specifically request pizzas. Upon request, instead of being offered, I was looked at askance, with an almost challenging expression, as if I was demanding something I wasn't entitled to. A disappointing evening in every way. The only thing that bothered me during the evening was everything... except the pizza. I won't be returning.

28/10/2025: Nice place in the center of Tavoleto. Well stocked in every area. Very competitive prices and excellent management.

12/10/2025: A regular stop on my bike rides. The staff is always friendly and cheerful; the coffee and pastries are excellent. The view from the dining room is always pleasant. I recommend Bar Centrale in Tavoleto.

31/05/2026: Huge and excellent pizza (dough and ingredients). But toooooo noisy!!

27/03/2026: Good pizza with buffalo mozzarella and artichokes, sometimes a longer wait, sometimes not. The waiters were helpful with every request.

17/05/2026: The food was unfortunately not good. The pizza had no flavor, and the meat was tough and had no aroma. The entrecote wasn't even an entrecote, but just another piece of meat. I won't be coming back. It's a shame, because the rest of the restaurant would actually be fine.

17/02/2026: -Food Sublime rotisserie. Fresh dough. One of the best calzones I've ever had here in Salento. -Service The guy was incredibly quick, both in explaining the products for sale and in packaging and giving change. The perfect time, I recommend around 6-7 pm. I've tried other rotisserie in the area, but there's no competition... Just for the freshness and leavening of the product. Now we always drive 20 minutes to come here with the family.

07/05/2026: It was a terrible experience for one simple reason: the gentleman at the cash register has an unwelcoming attitude; he simply struggles to please customers. I don't think that's how you work. We need to invest in our staff, employing people who are polite and know how to be kind to customers. I'm disappointed because it's not the first time I've eaten at this pizzeria, and I was surprised by this attitude.
