The pizzas arrive, and I ask for drinks the fourth time. Halfway through the pizza, I ask for drinks for the fifth time. I finish the pizza and still nothing. In the end, I leave without a drink. Absurd.

His pizzas, besides being incredibly good, are disarmingly light, thin like life's pleasures, and so easy to digest that I couldn't believe it the first time. I swear, I'm one of those people who sometimes feels weighed down by half a pizza, but here I can eat two whole ones without the slightest problem! You leave the table satisfied but not bloated. It's a deliciousness that goes beyond taste; it's a sensation of well-being. And speaking of Francesco: discovering his story left me speechless. This man has cooked and made pizzas for people of the caliber of Pavarotti, one of many! These aren't empty words; we're talking about someone with truly "golden hands" and unparalleled experience. It's not presumption, it's the reality: they are the best in this field. Besides the amazing food, the thing that keeps me coming back is the atmosphere. Kindness is a hallmark. Everyone is so genuine and approachable, they immediately make you feel part of the family. In an era where many restaurants are cold and impersonal, here you'll find a warmth and professionalism that deserves all the praise in the world. In short: If you're looking for a truly thin, light pizza, with the freshest ingredients, made by a master and served by exquisite people, "La Perla" is the only answer. Five well-deserved stars. 13/10/2025: September 2025, standard appetizers for two, 1/2 bottle of wine, a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce, and coffee for €49. Honestly, we didn't return because we felt a bit uncomfortable. Recommended by the manager of the B&B where we were staying, we would have appreciated a more reasonable price and become loyal customers. The only complaint was that the waitress was kind and attentive, unlike the owner, who didn't offer us a single word.

20/10/2025: Restaurant/pizzeria serving first and second courses, and excellent Neapolitan pizza, which I've tried. I don't know about the other dishes. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. Prices are average. I recommend it.

07/10/2025: Best pizza in town - once upon a time! Yesterday's pizza was still half-raw and had canned mushrooms...nothing like it used to be, unfortunately! The specialty pizza is no longer available either. Sadly, this was my last visit there.

06/09/2025: I'm sorry to leave this review late, but I couldn't do it sooner. I ordered the gluten-free pizza a long time ago, and it was as good as ever, but there was a serious problem. We asked what was in the vegan cheese, but they certainly didn't tell us everything (unless they also changed the gluten-free label). I had a very severe allergic reaction during the night, and on Sunday morning I had to rush to the emergency room.
