03/05/2026: Another historic place that has remained in the same location for over 45 years, with more or less the same decor. Excellent schiacciata, cured meats, and cheeses. Simple first and second courses. An ideal place for a quality snack or lunch. Bar, tobacconist, and a small grocery store complete the picture. Convenient parking.

22/04/2026: A modern, family-run restaurant with a large garden where you can watch the trains from the nearby station pass by. They offer a wide selection of pizzas, pinsas, and first and second courses (both meat and seafood). I recommend the specialty pizzas named after train stations from all over Italy. Perfect for a quiet family evening. I really appreciate the paper menus, which have become a rarity these days.

12/07/2026: Unwelcoming place with decent food, waiters who forget things because they don't write them down (Coke that should have been zero not zero and very hot, and two still waters when one regular and one sparkling had been requested), and who leave half the items and a lot of glasses on the tables as if they were self-service, and who try to make you buy things. Also, poor hygiene. I don't recommend it; it's a bad experience.

15/09/2025: Two hours—and I mean two hours—of waiting, and when it finally comes, the insult comes: three out of six items are missing, paid for and forgotten. The food, let's be clear, isn't the problem: good, with a varied and tasty menu. Two hours of waiting can still pass, albeit with difficulty, but discovering that, after so long, what we'd already paid for had been "forgotten" is a far greater affront than the slowness. It's not a matter of distraction, but of disrespect: the customer is not an optional extra to be treated lightly. The sore point, however, isn't limited to the wait or the inefficiency. What makes the experience truly indigestible is the attitude of the ladies at the counter: a lethal cocktail of rudeness, arrogance, and impoliteness that manages to sap even the last vestige of appetite. The feeling isn't of being welcomed, but barely tolerated, as if the customer were an intruder and not the very reason for the business. Bottom line: the food is good, but there's no fried food in the world worth two hours of humiliation and waiting. If patience were edible, I'd leave feeling full.

19/04/2026: A lovely, rustic and authentic restaurant in Cocumola, with a lovely fireplace that makes the place even more charming. The menu is simple yet substantial, featuring traditional Salento dishes. The pizzas are also delicious, particularly thin and light. The tubetti with mussels are amazing. Good service, and there's street parking in front of the restaurant.

01/11/2025: The place and the staff are very polite and cheerful with everyone. As for the atmosphere, I'm absolutely satisfied. 🌟 There are, however, a few things that didn't leave a good impression on me, especially considering it was my first time here: 1️⃣ They told us they would store our coats and jackets, but they didn't specify that we had to pay to collect them. This is a mistake, because all costs should be clearly disclosed to avoid unpleasant surprises. 2️⃣ I ordered octopus with potatoes, but they brought me another, more expensive dish, with small octopus in a sauce that wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't what I'd asked for, and it was also the most expensive of the similar dishes I'd mentioned to the waitress. Sure, some might say, "You could have brought the dish back." But I'm not so miserable as to bring a dish for just €6 or €7 more. Oh well! Anyway, it's not pleasant to ask for one thing and get something else. Luckily, the food was always good. I ate it all. 3️⃣ I recommend checking your receipts carefully 🧾, because they added a burger we never ordered and wanted to charge us for it.

01/11/2025: Halloween Night A venue with entertainment and live music, average food, and a limited wine selection. The octopus and potato salad was average, the chopped beef was so-so, the Angus asado was nothing special, and the tiramisu was forgettable. Overall, unfortunately, the quality/price ratio was inadequate for the offerings in a beautiful setting. Beware of the €3 cloakroom fee per person, which isn't specified at the entrance!

13/02/2026: Pizzeria with plenty of seating Excellent, tasty pizza, pizza tortillas, sandwiches, main courses, and much more. Numerous beers on tap and in bottles. Fast service and attentive staff in the dining room are always available to assist with any eventuality.

24/01/2026: An experience not to be repeated. Upon our arrival, the waitress promptly warned us that there would be a long wait for the pizzas, inviting us to order something in the meantime. We ordered a fried food to pass the time (which arrived in record time), but the pizzas arrived after just 10 minutes. We also asked for clarification on any allergens, but received no response, despite the fact that they were present in the dishes we ordered. It's important to remember that allergens can cause anaphylactic shock in sensitive individuals. The pizzas that were supposed to contain 'nduja were completely free of it. Furthermore, it is absolutely unacceptable that in 2026, people are still smoking in the dining room and that the staff doesn't intervene to dissuade them, except after numerous complaints. I'm sorry, but the experience was decidedly negative: little respect and attention to customers.

02/07/2026: For four, two pizzas, one with peppered mussels, and one pasta with mussels, cover charge, bread, and two bottles of water, €74. Excellent price, impeccable service, and a charming location. I highly recommend it.

01/07/2026: Thanks to a gadget my mother kept, we returned to this pizzeria after 30 years. Thin, crispy pizza by the meter, with excellent ingredients. Edoardo, the owner, told us a few anecdotes; the pizza and pizza chef have basically always been the same. A pleasant confirmation. We'll be back, bringing the gadget back in its historical relic mode!

19/05/2026: More than once I have bought the calzone alla bruschetta from Supersano. Initially they were good and well made. After a while they started to make them badly, leaving the calzone raw inside with the dough still raw. They have been making them like this for a few months. I repeat, up until now they made them well, now they are making them badly and disgusting.
