04/09/2025: Great, cute place. Young, energetic staff. Very close to the center, we went for breakfast: so many choices, in addition to the pasticciotti, the tettee della monaca are exceptional (the best I've ever eaten!). The bread is also varied and refined.

12/10/2025: We ordered a Burrata with local cold cuts (very good), Polpo Salento Style, and Polpo with Ratatouille. Unfortunately, both octopus dishes were quite salty — even the vegetables in the ratatouille. The staff was kind and replaced one of the dishes with pasta at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. However, when the second octopus dish also turned out too salty, we were told it couldn’t be changed because “only one dish can be replaced.” That policy felt strange and not really fair, especially since the food simply wasn’t good. The waiter explained that the octopus was fresh, not frozen, which might explain the difference in taste — but I’ve had octopus several times recently, and it was never this salty. I’m sharing this as kind feedback, because the restaurant itself is lovely, the service was polite, and the Burrata was truly delicious. With a bit more flexibility and attention in the kitchen, it could easily be an excellent experience for everyone.

09/10/2025: We have been in Puglia for 10 days now and in Lecce for 2 and our meal here last night was probably the best we have enjoyed so far. It is a little more expensive than some, but only a little and the extra is so worth it. The staff could not have been more friendly or efficient and the food was exquisite.

16/09/2025: If you're after a great pizza, it's the right place. Do not expect a pizzeria, you get in, sit, eat your amazing pizza and go.

15/09/2025: A very good restaurant with extremely friendly service and a very busy menu. We got a table without a reservation, but we still recommend making a reservation. The orchiette vongole, wine, grappa, and espresso were all excellent.

05/09/2025: Okay, to help out... but the pizzas aren't great. A gorgonzola pizza, but with only four small pieces of cheese... flavorless. Furthermore, the service is really inefficient; we asked several times to see the dessert menu and to have the bill. Fortunately, one of the young servers was responsive, thank you to him.

14/11/2025: Superb pizza with excellent quality dough and ingredients, plenty of it, perfectly cooked. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff (Lucio was truly attentive), and the courtesy, kindness, and friendliness were top notch. My car was stuck with a dead battery, and Mrs. Simona "picked me up" at closing time and very kindly drove me home... She also, and above all, "cheered me up," since mine was pretty flat...like the car battery... It had been recommended to me several times, and even though I stopped by chance, I was able to see firsthand that the quality of the products, the service, and the atmosphere are truly superior. I will return and, in turn, I will definitely recommend it to the guests of our accommodation in Santa Maria al Bagno Marina in Nardò.

03/12/2025: We went to this place for lunch with a colleague. The place was very well-kept and had a simple yet elegant style. They brought us appetizers and fried food, and everything was very much appreciated. It was really well prepared. The owner was very friendly and offered us coffee. It seems trivial, but it actually works great. If I ever pass by this place for work or vacation, I'll definitely stop by again to try the rest of the menu.

03/10/2025: Even from the outside, the unusual vegetation is evident: a Cereus cactus protrudes from the wall, blooming abundantly, a prelude to plump, sweet fruits. The interior is well-lit with discreet lighting and boasts a wealth of plant diversity. The elegant and welcoming dining room is a perfect setting for dinner. The dishes are excellent and the value is good. Excellent service.
