11/07/2025: Estábamos buscando un lugar que tuviera buena pizza. Este restaurante tenía una pizza excepcional. Estilo clásico napolitano y precio muy razonable. El servicio fue excelente. También hay un plato de verduras con cebollas dulces que era increíble; preguntamos pero el chef no quiso revelar la receta (aparte del azúcar y el vinagre blanco). Recomiendo este restaurante por la mejor pizza no sólo de Lecce sino quizás de toda Puglia.

27/07/2025: Tornato ad Otranto dopo 12 anni, scelto questo locale per le recensioni. Abbiamo cenato benissimo, provato antipasti primi e pizze. Tutti di livello eccellente. I ragazzi ai tavoli gentilissimi e veloci nel servizio. Il prezzo onestissimo soprattutto se confrontato con gli standard a cui siamo abituati a Roma. Avendo ancora due settimane di vacanza torneremo sicuramente. Bravi a tutti e grazie ancora

17/06/2025: Really fast, I called for a takeaway pizza at 7:50 pm, while I was ordering on the phone I could already hear my reservation being passed to the pizza chef and the time of the road (5 minutes) I went in and I heard the pizza chef calling the waiter to tell them that the takeaway pizza I had booked was ready, it was mine. I was struck by the window full of freshly baked rotisserie and the many varieties of products. I will return for a dinner to enjoy on site

27/07/2025: This place turned out to be a real culinary nightmare. The food was inedible, only the waiter who served us was more thoughtful and apologized for what had happened, including for the owner's behavior. The owner himself was offensive and unpleasant, treating us as if we were ignorant, but he made himself look ignorant and rude. I ordered a slice of beef entrecôte, the dish was a total disaster, being a premium cut of meat, obtained from the central part of the sirloin of the bovine, it is generally known for its tenderness and flavor, the one served in this so-called restaurant had nothing of what was described, the food was cold, undercooked and badly cooked, inside the meat was cold from the fridge, I pointed out to the waiter that it was cold and inedible, I took the dish back to the kitchen and it came back reheated and that it tasted of livers, a good restaurateur and a good restaurant remakes the dish instead of reheating it and comes back to apologize, but instead the owner did worse, once I pointed out again to the waiter that it was inedible and had it taken back, the owner shows up again with my dish that I had taken back and the piece of meat where it came from, very arrogantly he says to me "explain to me what is wrong with this meat" offending me further as if I had never eaten meat and insisting that they had not made a mistake and That I was the ignorant one... the owner was not only arrogant, but also very rude and extremely offensive to my partner, refusing to listen to our complaints. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a total disaster. The owner is rude and doesn't know how to treat customers, and he doesn't know how to acknowledge his own mistakes and limitations. Don't waste your time or money there.

20/07/2025: We had a wonderful time at Ristorante Antichi Sapori in Torre Vado. The restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but once seated, you'll enjoy a friendly and authentic atmosphere that truly reflects the generous cuisine. The welcome was warm and the service very pleasant throughout the meal. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, perfectly complemented by the simple yet flavorful cuisine. We started with a lovely mixed appetizer platter and octopus carpaccio, accompanied by chilled Aperols, perfect for whetting the appetite. For the main course, the grilled calamari was tender and well-seasoned, and the light and crispy fried seafood was a real treat. All accompanied by a bottle of local rosé at a very reasonable price. A lovely, authentic spot, highly recommended if you're in the area!

22/07/2025: We thank Vincenzo, the former tobacconist in Pisignano, for recommending this place to us. The location is beautiful and welcoming, the service is perfect, and the staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The menu was extensive and all the dishes were truly delicious. It's hard to say which was the best because they were all exceptional.

21/07/2025: A truly unforgettable and delightful experience! We opted for the tasting menu: everything was excellent! It's hard to say what we liked most, from the appetizers to the amaro! A wonderful, welcoming, familiar, and cheerful atmosphere. We felt at home! Francesco, a wonderful host! The waiters were friendly, polite, and always smiling. We'll be back!

12/07/2025: We had reserved a table at the restaurant for 9:00 PM, for four people, including two girls. We arrived around 8:30 PM and were told we were too early and the table wasn't available yet (even though we'd seen a free table, specifically for four!). Okay, so we took a stroll and returned at 9:00 PM. Four gentlemen came in with us and immediately seated us at the very table we'd previously seen free. We, however, were told to wait in the corridor. After 15 minutes, so at 9:15 PM, we decided to leave. Pure rudeness, inappropriateness, and truly unwelcoming. We went to another restaurant a little further back, which, without a reservation, seated us at a table for four in 10 minutes, and we ate divinely.

07/07/2025: I may seem exaggerated, but in this place I ate the best meatballs and sauce I have ever tasted. I'm serious. The food is really delicious, everything, from the starters to the desserts. Furthermore, the place is very quiet, the staff is very kind and if you want you can also order pizzas. I hope to find myself in the province of Lecce again to be able to come back here. 5 well-deserved stars.
