25/01/2026: Very nice and welcoming place! I hadn't heard of it, but it was a lovely discovery. Impeccable service and very helpful and friendly staff. The food is excellent, so I highly recommend it.

30/03/2026: My friend Alessia and I took the bus to Via Taranto and then we walked there. It was almost empty, so we had a table. I had a pizza with pumpkin cream, and she had a diavola with fries, and to finish, a small cheesecake for both of us. I gave the service 3 stars because it was good, even though we had to wait a bit—at least 10 minutes or less—and the space is long and a bit spacious for the tables. We split the bill: I spent €18 and she spent about €20. It's a great place to eat pizza and share it with a few people. I highly recommend it because the waitresses are also friendly. 4 stars for this pizzeria, which I really liked!

07/03/2026: A trattoria in the historic center, with decor that harks back to the times the restaurant's name suggests. They say a good start to the day begins, and that was true from the moment we were greeted by the waiter. The dishes served only to confirm the restaurant's reputation. The cuisine satisfied every request, and we were able to sample the quality of the dishes and the chef's professionalism, both for the first and second courses. Special thanks to the owner for both his helpfulness and his hospitality.

29/01/2026: A truly excellent experience at 400 Gradi in Lecce! I started with a mixed fried appetizer, hot, crispy, and not at all heavy, truly delicious. Next up was a pizza with stuffed ricotta tips, simply spectacular: light dough, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors. The food is truly delicious, and the location is welcoming and well-maintained, perfect for both a quiet evening and a dinner with friends. A very positive note also goes to the staff: friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

29/11/2025: I went last night with friends, a pleasant surprise in front of the fireplace! A small, cozy, rustic place... Their gnocchi specialty is special! The horse meat pieces and the delicious homemade crème brulee were also excellent, and the service was friendly.

22/03/2026: Finally, as an Abruzzese in Salento, I've tasted some of the typical and unmistakable flavors of my homeland. I went to Ferro e Fuoco restaurant one weekday evening. It's a long avenue with plenty of parking, then you turn the corner and find a beautifully appointed entrance, complete with fountains, greenery, and fairy lights. The restaurant is large and elegant, but not overly so, in a warm and welcoming way. The entire staff and the owner, who is Abruzzese, were very welcoming. I didn't tour the entire restaurant because there was a private party going on, which I honestly didn't notice, as it was an indoor party and I was in the covered entrance overlooking the garden. I ordered an appetizer and was completely lost. Served on our traditional platters, I immediately dug into the tripe, then moved on to the mutton alla callara, mushrooms, and so on. Flavors of a lifetime that I'd missed so much. I continued with the delicious cured meats and cheeses, then made way for the arrosticini. What can I say? Small and tender, it seemed like a dream to savor such deliciousness again. After countless "scarpette" (a type of bread) to avoid leaving behind the delicious toppings, I finished the dinner with the inevitable (in Abruzzo) "ratafià." I plan to return often, both to try EVERYTHING, to take a few more photos, and above all for the warm welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❣️

18/03/2026: Very nice, elegant place with a lovely fountain outside, very friendly staff, and excellent pizza. I lived in Naples for a few years, and since then, I've rarely found good pizza anywhere else in Italy. But here, I have to say, it's really good.

03/01/2026: The magic ingredients: Good food, tranquility, and kindness!!! ...Da Bruna is a restaurant I've been frequenting for years, and every time I find the same authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is based on genuine products, and you can clearly sense the love for good food and things done well. The restaurant is family-run, and this is immediately apparent: the kindness of the owners is one of its strengths. The pizza is delicious, with top-quality ingredients, as are the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all carefully prepared and flavorful...I've tried them all now. A special mention goes to Rossana, who embodies kindness personified and is also an excellent cook, capable of putting passion and skill into every dish. A place where I can relax and the quality is consistent over time.

07/04/2026: On the plus side, the location in Santa Maria al Bagno is excellent, even though it's on the road and not directly overlooking the sea. Open midweek in low season, and the service is truly excellent. It's a shame about the rest. Unfortunately, the quality-price ratio is decidedly poor. We tried the raw ham, which was quite expensive, but the real problem was the quantity: a sample for two, the smoked salmon from the packets, the cod, and the tuna tartare were quite tasteless. But the first courses were even worse: the seafood pasta was overcooked and salty, truly mediocre, and the clam pasta, although full of clams, was overcooked and tasteless. We didn't try the second courses. It's a shame, we'll hardly return.

05/04/2026: The service is excellent, the food is a treat for your taste buds, plus lots of celebrities have come to eat like Mago Forest, Ficarra and Picone, Alessandro Borghesi and many others. Come to CORALLO, you won't regret it! I recommend the linguine with sea urchins! And the home cooking is excellent! If you're Italian and you're in Santa Maria al Bagno, you absolutely have to come here!
