01/01/2026: While wandering around Lecce on New Year's Day, we stumbled upon this pizzeria near the obelisk, which isn't very visible. We ate three truly delicious and easy-to-digest pizzas, with unique and perfectly executed ingredient combinations. The desserts were also delicious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Recommended.

15/01/2026: I've been wanting to try the famous 400-degree pizza for a long time. I would have gladly done without it. The structure resembles a huge hangar, with tables packed tightly together to maximize seating, reminiscent of a company cafeteria or a fast food restaurant. The pizza is rubbery. The only positive note is the service, impersonal but quick. I won't be back.

13/01/2026: They have created an entire industry. There are installations in front of the restaurant to direct guests, like in stadiums. The service is pretty bad. You don't know who you are ordering from and who will bring the orders. The restaurant itself is too noisy. Too many guests, and so many different ones, that you can hear both the loud crying of small children and the loud laughter of drunk guests... The pizza is good, but only for one visit. We didn't want to go for a second visit. There is a large selection and everyone can choose something, but it is realistically a bit confusing. The selection of appetizers and other things is correct. The price matches the experience.

03/01/2026: The magic ingredients: Good food, tranquility, and kindness!!! ...Da Bruna is a restaurant I've been frequenting for years, and every time I find the same authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is based on genuine products, and you can clearly sense the love for good food and things done well. The restaurant is family-run, and this is immediately apparent: the kindness of the owners is one of its strengths. The pizza is delicious, with top-quality ingredients, as are the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all carefully prepared and flavorful...I've tried them all now. A special mention goes to Rossana, who embodies kindness personified and is also an excellent cook, capable of putting passion and skill into every dish. A place where I can relax and the quality is consistent over time.

29/11/2025: I went last night with friends, a pleasant surprise in front of the fireplace! A small, cozy, rustic place... Their gnocchi specialty is special! The horse meat pieces and the delicious homemade crème brulee were also excellent, and the service was friendly.

17/01/2026: The evening begins like this... I call and make a reservation for 9:30 PM for 4 people. They tell me over the phone that the wait is 5 minutes, which is just enough time for the table to be free. I arrive promptly and they tell me to wait 10 minutes. At 10:17 PM, I ask how much longer and they tell me to wait until the table is free since they had asked for the bill. After a long (and unwanted) wait, we manage to sit down at 10:23 PM. The place is nice, with seating near the sea. We order at 10:46 PM. The dishes arrive at 10:52 PM. Very fast service. Excellent sushi and excellent mixed seafood appetizer. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay "Lama di Pietra" white wine, which was delicious, served in the right way and left in the seau à glace (which is not a given). The first courses arrive later: paccheri with monkfish and sagne with almonds, cherry tomatoes, and cod. A few pieces of monkfish were not... Skinless but not bothersome The first courses are also excellent The quantity of fish in the first courses was higher than expected, and therefore generous with the seasoning I would have added a few more paccheri Next came the fried foods The anelletti and shrimp were good For the mixed seafood, most of them were good Just a few were full of bones and difficult to remove We close with the sweet and sour dishes The sweet and sour dishes were good, and the amaro del capo was served chilled in a chilled glass. All in all, the place wasn't bad. The food was good, the price was fair, the service was fast but "cold" (not a bad thing, each waiter decides how to treat the customer), and the bill was reasonable, with bitters offered after checking the order. 4 stars because there's always room for improvement. Keep it up!

17/01/2026: Located in the small village of Pisignano, Arco is a typical Salento trattoria. Seating is very limited, and the space, with vaulted ceilings, is little more than an open-plan space with exposed antique walls. The food is typical of the area, and the pizzas are also good. Prices are average.
