What makes me rate the place negatively is the presence of hair on the pizza, which I ordered for takeout. A few weeks ago, I had already found two hairs on the entire pizza at this pizzeria, but I didn't expect it to happen again. The taste of pizza may be subjective, but the presence of foreign bodies inside it is indicative of poor hygiene and is an unjustifiable occurrence, especially when it happens repeatedly. Making good pizzas isn't a must, but ensuring hygiene in the kitchen is. One less customer.

15/03/2026: First time at Tam Tam, incredibly surprised because, even though it wasn't specified on Google, they do gluten-free pizza! They also have gluten-free beer and dessert. The pizza and appetizers are delicious; I recommend the sausage. The only downside is the location, which is a bit claustrophobic and not modern, almost like a trattoria, and not in line with the slightly high prices. But I absolutely recommend it.

15/02/2026: A very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:00 PM and waited until 11:00 PM for our pizzas, with no explanation or adequate apology. When they arrived, one was completely raw, and two weren't even the ones we ordered. We were also charged extra because the "regular" dough was out, so we had to order another without actually choosing it. An endless wait, incorrect orders, and poor quality: we definitely won't be returning.

18/03/2026: Located outside the center of Conversano, the restaurant consists of a small, well-lit, warmer, and more welcoming interior room, and a second, decidedly more sparse and impersonal room created from a small atrium covered by a canopy and heated by large outdoor heaters. I'll skip over the nearly two-hour wait, justified (as always) by the fact that it was Saturday night (in reality, the real reason is that they increasingly prefer to focus on takeout, so seated customers can wait...). To pass the time, we ordered some tempura vegetables, which turned out to be too oily, too colorful, and obviously reheated. We reached the pinnacle with the pizza. Some ingredients, meanwhile, had run out, and we had to change our order. My pizza, a simple "bufalina," had only a lot of tomato and a thin layer of finely shredded mozzarella, as if it had been blended. Practically tasteless. There wasn't even a hint of buffalo mozzarella (the flavor of which I can recognize very well, when it's there...). We didn't complain because we were guests, but we really could have left everything on our plates. I'm giving three stars only to encourage the pizza chefs, all very young. But the restaurant, the real, simple, and authentic kind (which doesn't take much to offer), is something else entirely.

03/05/2026: Located in a charming area of ​​Bra, just over 5 minutes from the center, the restaurant is accessible via an almost picturesque street that creates a magical atmosphere. Upon arriving, the first thing you notice is the space, which is abundant here: there's ample parking and a huge outdoor terrace where, with pleasant background music, you can spend summer evenings in company and in total relaxation. The restaurant is very cute and welcoming inside, and the waitresses are kind and friendly. My three hungry friends and I first ordered a meter of pizza (which can be made up of up to 4 different types of pizza) and then another half meter (2 types of pizza), and this was the real surprise: an EXCEPTIONAL pizza! Oh my! Cooked to perfection, just the right amount of thin crust, and topped with just the right amount of quality ingredients (and you can taste it). A top-notch pizza. I'll definitely be back to try the sandwiches. Highly recommended!

04/04/2026: Service needs reassessment: I think the hour-and-a-half wait between ordering and serving is excessive, especially when the place isn't busy. The menu isn't very extensive (good), and the beverage selection is even less so (bad). As far as I'm concerned, I won't be returning anytime soon, but I think the latest management change is worth giving the benefit of the doubt.

07/03/2026: Farina 32 Ostuni tennis club...we went tonight, and if I'd read the reviews first, I wouldn't have gone. The only redeeming feature is the pizzas: good, tasty...then the endless wait, and the waiters were incompetent. The guy taking the orders was probably placed there randomly. There were five of us, and we ordered two Neapolitan fried cuoppi, and some montanare, but the guy said, "No, we don't do those," without any further explanation. So I said, "Well, why don't you take them off the menu?" I asked for chicken nuggets for the little girl, and politely asked without chili sauce, but maybe if he could add some fries, and he said, "OK." We then ordered five pizzas. After a good 45 minutes and several reminders, the fried foods arrived...the only edible thing was the arancini, the rest was all frozen, not even warm, rubbery, and there was nothing Neapolitan about it. Maybe you've never been to Naples to eat. Naggets Without chips... my daughter starts eating them and at a certain point spits out saying "what is this stuff?" There was chili inside... so I always call the order boy and point out that I had asked for naggets without chili for the daughter and he, without a minimum of humility and courtesy, says to me "but these are not things we prepare, I wrote without chili but I didn't know it was in there... can't you find out? What if someone was intolerant now? You would have killed them but then in the kitchen how do you not notice?... and he kept saying that he didn't know what was on the menu, without saying "excuse me, I'll take it away" I ask the kitchen for something else etc... ridiculous. Then the pizzas...an eternity to get them, from 8pm when we arrived, we got them at 9:40pm.....we had to ask several times since there was also a 3-year-old girl at the table who needed to eat....and considering that when we arrived there were only three other tables.....afterwards it filled up and I can't imagine how long the others waited to eat. In any case, there are definitely better places in Ostuni, where courtesy and customer service are honored but above all, attentive to customer requests, with waiters with a minimum of common sense. If they don't change management, I don't think you'll last long. I definitely won't be going back.
