09/12/2025: I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria. I hadn't heard of it, but I'll definitely be back. Excellent pizza and a gigantic confetti, definitely worth trying.

08/03/2026: I was concerned about the lack of an emergency exit on the first floor. The access stairs are steep and dangerous. The staff is fantastic.

14/10/2025: It has really high prices for cocktails made with supermarket alcohol, there is no waiter to serve you and they always make a mess on the tables and on the floor and nobody cleans up

21/10/2025: Terrible experience!!!!! Sunday lunch nightmare A seafood first course (mussels and clams) cooked with disgusting defrosted ingredients, a second course of subpar meat. Forced to eat the fixed menu at €40.00 per person with alcoholic drinks paid separately. This place cannot be called a restaurant!

07/02/2026: I called at 6:00 PM for a home delivery, I was given an absurd time for a pizza at 9:45 PM, I arrived at 10:30 PM and the pizza hadn't even been cooked yet. And it's not the first time.

11/11/2025: We went on a Thursday for a typical dinner with colleagues. The place is very accessible, with easy parking in the little square just ahead. The atmosphere is informal, suitable for both groups and families. The owner, always smiling, treated us with kid gloves, making sure we were satisfied with everything. The service staff were extremely kind and always available, but above all, incredibly fast. We ate everything, including two seafood starters; I opted for the mushroom tortelli. The appetizers were endless, both seafood and meat, and pizzas with various toppings were served in the center of the table. Endless beers and wine. €40 per person. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended.

01/12/2025: Welcoming and elegant atmosphere in a villa surrounded by greenery. Impeccable service provided directly by the very kind owners—a true treat, I'd say. The dishes are excellent in taste and presentation, seasoned and adorned with fresh, locally grown spices... incredible aromas. I also had the pizza....MAGISTRAL! What can I say about the dessert? A work of art! Villa Bacco is a restaurant you simply must visit, so I highly recommend it, and I will return every chance I get. The price is right! ☺️

03/01/2026: We celebrated New Year's Eve dinner at Corte degli Aranci with a group of 30 friends, and the experience was fantastic in every way. Since we're a dance group, we were looking for the perfect combination of good food and the right rhythm, and we found it. Special praise goes to the service: managing a table of 30 during a sold-out New Year's Eve party is no easy task, but the staff was impeccable. They were fast, professional, and always smiling, demonstrating uncommon organizational skills. Despite the complexity of the evening, we never felt neglected, and the timing between courses was perfect. The dinner was good, but the entertainment also made the difference: the band was exceptional, capable of engaging us all with the right repertoire and keeping us dancing from start to finish. Good food, captivating music, and top-notch service in a charming location like the heart of Specchia. Thank you for making the start of our year so special. We'll definitely be back!

11/07/2025: The pizza is truly excellent, with a light dough and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, as are the owners and the very kind and helpful staff. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Recommended!

18/03/2026: Located outside the center of Conversano, the restaurant consists of a small, well-lit, warmer, and more welcoming interior room, and a second, decidedly more sparse and impersonal room created from a small atrium covered by a canopy and heated by large outdoor heaters. I'll skip over the nearly two-hour wait, justified (as always) by the fact that it was Saturday night (in reality, the real reason is that they increasingly prefer to focus on takeout, so seated customers can wait...). To pass the time, we ordered some tempura vegetables, which turned out to be too oily, too colorful, and obviously reheated. We reached the pinnacle with the pizza. Some ingredients, meanwhile, had run out, and we had to change our order. My pizza, a simple "bufalina," had only a lot of tomato and a thin layer of finely shredded mozzarella, as if it had been blended. Practically tasteless. There wasn't even a hint of buffalo mozzarella (the flavor of which I can recognize very well, when it's there...). We didn't complain because we were guests, but we really could have left everything on our plates. I'm giving three stars only to encourage the pizza chefs, all very young. But the restaurant, the real, simple, and authentic kind (which doesn't take much to offer), is something else entirely.

01/03/2026: Not a very large but very nice restaurant, with attentive and friendly staff. We had two meat menus, both very good. Pasta with chickpeas was excellent, and the orecchiette with meatballs were also delicious. The dishes were generous and good quality at a more than fair price!! Really, congratulations! 👏

01/03/2026: I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this time... We were very disappointed because we were looking for traditional cuisine. The staff were very friendly, but the food was deplorable, tasteless, and uninspired. Overpriced for frozen food, bagged salad with the expected product taste, and an undrinkable rosé... In short, a tourist trap!

14/10/2025: Dinner on a weekday evening. Homemade dishes are not available. The head waiter is in a hurry to see you leave. They don't ask if you'd like anything else to eat, and they don't offer dessert or coffee. The important thing is that you leave, and quickly, because there aren't many customers that evening. AVOID. We've never been so poorly received in Salento!

15/03/2026: First time at Tam Tam, incredibly surprised because, even though it wasn't specified on Google, they do gluten-free pizza! They also have gluten-free beer and dessert. The pizza and appetizers are delicious; I recommend the sausage. The only downside is the slightly claustrophobic and dated location, almost like a trattoria, which doesn't match the slightly high prices. But I absolutely recommend it.

14/03/2026: Fabulous pizza, cooked and topped to perfection. Crispy, freshly fried fries. The waiter was extremely polite and friendly, very kind, and never rude. The prices were very fair. We'll be back soon.

18/01/2025: Found it by chance. Very good pizzas, one of which was a little burned. We found a table on Saturday night despite the small space. Service was quick and friendly. I asked for chili pepper, but they brought me a little oil that wasn't spicy at all. While we were eating, a strong smell of smoke wafted from the kitchen. We finished our pizzas and ran away. Good value for money.
