17/06/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars simply because I can't give it more! The food is truly delicious, the first courses are amazing! There were 4 of us and we had the opportunity to try different courses, from appetizers to first and second courses, both seafood and meat, everything was top-quality and with attention to every detail! The service was attentive and attentive!! Well done and compliments to all the staff 💯

16/06/2026: We had dinner with The Fork. Compared to previous visits (2), they've introduced a new rule: if you have the 50% discount, you're literally forced to order three dishes: an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. This wasn't made clear beforehand, either on The Fork or by the restaurant itself when booking, so I don't think it's the right thing to do. So, aside from the two first courses we ordered, we were forced to order a second course because the appetizers were priced similar to the second courses. Furthermore, the quality of the dishes has significantly deteriorated. Pasta with clams, with four clams counted and the rest in shells, and taglioni with tasteless salmon tartare. A truly terrible dinner, we won't be returning.

14/06/2026: Wide selection of different types of pizzas, good quality and price, and the appetizers are also good. Good, light pizza, and the farinata is also excellent.

10/06/2026: I'm a local and pass by this shop every day after work. I've ordered takeout before, and the pizzas are delicious. However, there's one thing I really can't stand: customers often block the sidewalk, making it impossible to get through. Even when I ask them to move, they just stand there chatting, completely blocking the road. Tonight, the customers didn't move either, so I had to walk around to the main road and almost got hit by a car. This made me incredibly angry. I hope the shop can better manage customers while they wait for their food and stop blocking the road so often; it's really annoying.

03/06/2026: We celebrated a birthday there, and the pizzas were delicious, but I especially recommend their special farinata. The staff was attentive and friendly.

08/07/2026: The decor is absolutely gorgeous. The service is very attentive. And the restaurant has a really pleasant atmosphere. The prices are a bit high.

28/06/2026: Pizzeria in the historic center of Cesana, run by the same family for over 40 years. Excellent pizzas with very light dough and hearty toppings. The desserts are also fabulous. A must-try. Update 2026: In the place of my heart, the pizzeria of my heart. Even though it's far away, this year I returned with my wife and daughter to the historic pizzeria in Cesana, where I've been going with my parents and their group of friends since I was a kid. The pizzas, desserts, and family atmosphere are as fantastic now as they were 35 years ago. I can't even imagine Cesana without Brusacheur.

02/05/2026: I won't comment on the pizzas because it depends on your taste, but let's just say they're very different from the classic pizzas most people like. These are much thinner and drier in dough, and the service definitely needs updating. It was a table for 6, and they managed to get one pizza at a time, minutes apart.

12/05/2026: Gorgonzola pizza, very good service and atmosphere, mega great, as an international driver from Poland, I am very satisfied, the only thing is that I felt a bit embarrassed because of the lack of language (I don't speak Italian), I think that next time it will be better, best regards and see you soon

23/07/2026: I celebrated our wedding at this restaurant on May 30, 2026, and I can only write a rave review. The entire staff was very helpful from the first days of planning, both with advice and by hosting us on several occasions during the preparations. The wedding went very well, and all the guests were happy with both the location and—most importantly 🤭—the excellent food. If you're planning a ceremony, don't hesitate; you'll find professionalism and helpfulness.

26/06/2026: A huge disappointment. A couple of years later, I returned to this place and found another farinata (barely warm, half thick, half thin). It's worth noting that at this place and a few others in Turin, the farinata arrives hot to piping hot, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pizzas...were lightly topped; I won't comment on the Margherita, which seemed to be smeared with tomato sauce and three smears of mozzarella. The dough continued to rise in my stomach. I'm truly sorry because it shatters the memory of a place I've recommended to many friends over the years. Perhaps I just happened to be having a bad night with the person behind the counter? I sincerely hope so.

09/07/2026: A wonderful experience in the San Salvario area. The restaurant is air-conditioned (a very important aspect) and the menu is limited, which I really appreciate compared to the free menus at other pizzerias. I had a pizza with a stuffed crust, which was truly excellent! But we still weren't satisfied, so we ordered fried food for two, with vegetables, arancini, cresciona, and croquettes, all strictly fried. A very pleasant atmosphere with soft lighting and little noise, allowing you to talk and listen, which is essential. The service was fast, courteous, and precise. Reasonable prices and top quality! I'll be back!

The atmosphere is magical: the Alice in Wonderland-themed decorations and drawings on the walls transport you to another world! But the true beauty lies in the soul of this place, run entirely by a female team that exudes a wonderful energy of unity and sisterhood. Moving on to the food: the pizza is exceptional, with a light, digestible, and top-quality dough. Honorable mention goes to the farinata (crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a dream!) and the wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options, a sign of the great attention paid to all customers. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A rare place that warms the heart and satisfies the palate!

02/04/2026: I celebrated my 19th birthday yesterday. It's the perfect place for those, like me, who love cozy, uncrowded spots. The pizzas are plentiful and delicious (it's rare to find such a wide variety of ingredients that go together so well)... not to mention the kindness of the girls who work there. I felt pampered.
