30/03/2026: Pizzeria specializing in farinata (cecina) and pan pizza. The farinata is large, recommended for two people, and can be served plain or with toppings. The pan pizzas are different from the traditional ones, with a thick, crispy crust and the toppings in the center. The toppings are good quality, and the price is higher than average. The service is good and friendly; we were able to stay and chat after dinner without being asked to get a coffee or something and leave (despite it being a Saturday night). The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet enough to chat. The pizzeria is small, so reservations are recommended.

16/03/2026: Excellent pizzas at a great price for the quality. There were three of us, we ordered three different ones, and they were all delicious. The Aperol was also very well made. Highly recommended!

29/04/2026: A unique pizzeria, family-run and handed down from parents to children, with excellent quality products. Table service is also available, take-out is also available, and the atmosphere is very friendly. I recommend booking to enjoy a good meal and pleasant cuisine.

13/05/2026: Our favorite pizza! Crispy and flavorful. The burgers are delicious. The menu is clearly written, with neat graphics that are easy to read. The attention to seasonality of the ingredients is important, especially here in the Valley, where you can buy delicious products. The service is always friendly and attentive. 10/05/2026: A welcome surprise for some unsuspecting tourists, especially after the unfortunate experience in Florence. The stay in San Germano and this dinner make a return visit inevitable.

03/04/2026: Great atmosphere Service could be improved, food was honestly nothing special. They forgot my plate, I received the plate with the meat cut up. Of course, they asked me if that was a problem, and it was, but I was hungry!

03/05/2026: A restaurant with delicious dishes and excellent pizzas, reservations are almost mandatory on weekends, and there's an outdoor terrace. Update: Be careful with the Quattro Stagioni pizza because the seasons mix, and mushrooms abound... Maybe it's just the pizza chef's day.
