20/07/2025: I've been a few times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience when I went for dinner on a Monday. The fish we ordered wasn't very good. If you don't have fresh food, don't serve it.

26/08/2025: Truly excellent Neapolitan pizzeria. Excellent quality ingredients, well-leavened dough worthy of the "Neapolitan" title. The crust is beautifully high and soft, with plenty of room for toppings, and the center is thin and soft, like a sheet, yet firm, with excellent gluten development. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a wonderful evening.

01/08/2025: After half a day of work it's the only place in the area that allows you to eat like a lord.. more than fair prices, very friendly staff and amazing food 😍 I recommend it.. especially the lady who cooks the Panuozzi makes them really very good.. the dough is delicious 😍

13/07/2025: We often stop for lunch on the way to Alba. The place is large and spacious, the food is plentiful, and excellent value. There's also a small play area for children. There's a decent-sized parking lot.

09/08/2025: I came for lunch a few days ago. The pizza was excellent; I really liked it; it was well-topped, soft but not overly so. The plus is that they have a wide variety of pizzas, many of them unique. I'd like to come back to try more; they seem to change seasonally. I also had dessert, which I approved. I recommend the place; the prices are a little high, but overall, that's fair given the quality of the ingredients.

21/07/2025: So delicious!!! We shared a fried focaccia with prosciutto, arugula, and buffalo mozzarella as an appetizer. It was crispy, dry, and flavorful, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Then it was on to the pizzas, starting with the option of creating a custom pizza with all the individual ingredients priced individually, or choosing from a wide selection of options, some with unusual and delicious combinations. I tried the whole-grain dough, which was well-risen and well-poured, with a punch of flavor and aroma. I tried all four pizzas and had a hard time choosing my favorite (perhaps the one with the salami also wins). A homemade digestif with mountain herbs was offered. Recommended—in fact, why would you miss out?

25/07/2025: It's a shame, because the pizza was really good. The problem is that the prices are high for all the other dishes served. You can't pay 14 euros for a small plate of penne with tomato sauce (a child's dish), 20 euros for a Milanese, and then add an extra cover charge. Who knows why? Maybe instead of starting from zero, they start at one... not to mention the prices for the basic focaccias served and the French fries with two mini-samples of sauce. They'll never see us again.

14/07/2025: Cena del 01/07/2025la La posizione è centrale, a ridosso di piazza Solferino, e l’ambiente moderno, forse un po’ impersonale, con numerosi tavoli sufficientemente distanziati da garantire un buon comfort acustico. Il menù è piuttosto ampio, con proposte sia di terra sia di mare della tradizione italiana. Preparazioni, a mio giudizio, un po’ disomogenee: molto apprezzati l’insalata di polpo con patate, pomodorini e olive ed il vitello tonnato, troppo unta la “orecchio di elefante”, in origine proposta con pomodorini e rucola a cascata sulla carne, con il rischio di inumidire l’impanatura e cuocere le verdure fresche. Carta dei vini abbastanza ampia, comprendente anche qualche “mezza” bottiglia. Servizio cortese ma, nonostante il ridotto numero di avventori, un po’ lento. Voto: 7

09/07/2025: A fantastic place to get takeout pizzas with the three Bs. Delicious, wood-fired, and reasonably priced. The only downside is that you can't eat them there because it's incredibly hot and the place is very small. The staff is very friendly too.

05/08/2025: The classic Neapolitan "ruota di carretto"... A surprise! Excellent dough, perfectly cooked, well-seasoned. Very good value for money.

01/08/2025: We regret to not have made a reservation. The takeaway food was excellent. We had two pizzas, a Regina and a Margarita with extra prosciutto crudo. They were both gigantic and so delicious 😍😋😋. The staff were super friendly and helpful when asking questions. The pizzas are very reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend.
