03/05/2025: As Neapolitans, pizza was not up to par, the fried pizza gnocchi were hard and not very tasty, the pizza dough was terrible and full of oil, the staff were friendly.

05/05/2025: Das Essen ist hervorragend und das vorwiegend junge Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, sprachlich mit italienisch, Englisch und Französisch kein Problem. Preislich sind die Speisen, wie in guten Restaurants in Österreich. Es ist die Möglichkeit im Restaurant, oder in der Gasse vor dem Eingang, zu Sitzen.

26/04/2025: Ieri sera, io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo ristorante-pizzeria senza prenotazione. Fin da subito siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità da una ragazza, Adriana, che ci ha messi subito a nostro agio. Inizialmente avevamo pensato di mangiare una pizza, ma grazie alla bravura e alla simpatia di Adriana, che ci ha saputo consigliare con entusiasmo il menù della cucina, abbiamo deciso di affidarci ai suoi suggerimenti. Abbiamo iniziato con il loro Antipasto Otranto davvero eccezionale, ricco di sapori e curato nei dettagli. A seguire, una frittura di pesce e un'orata semplicemente perfette, cotte al punto giusto e di qualità eccellente. Voglio fare i complimenti non solo per l’ottimo cibo, ma soprattutto per il servizio impeccabile e la professionalità dimostrata. Ancora tanti complimenti: ci torneremo sicuramente!

22/12/2024: Very good experience! We came on a Sunday evening and were very well received despite the language barrier! The menu is translated into French which makes ordering easier. We had two simple pizzas (fromaggi and funghi) but excellently executed. The dough is thick and tasty, the toppings are quality and the pizzas are a decent size. The service is fast and the managers are very smiling and warm. For us it's a 10/10! Thank you for this meal!

Today 16/05/25 we returned, what can I say, slow service because the guys serving were few and they did their best for everyone, very chaotic evening, the owner humility and kindness equal to a sloth anyway I think it will be for me the last time good evening

11/05/2025: Last night we went to this pizzeria for the first time as we are lovers of thin and crunchy pizza but...unfortunately we were definitely disappointed, the farinata was good but unfortunately when the pizzas arrived at the table everyone noticed how little seasoning they had, in fact everything was missing on my pizza...they told me laughing...but they got yours from the kebab shop next door and it's probably true...I asked for a simple red pizza with stracchino and rocket topping...first of all the other pizzas of the table were full of a tomato sauce which also looked appetizing on mine....a scant brushing of sauce which completely dried out during cooking, the stracchino which should have been strengthened...not received...just a few small pieces here and there and almost no rocket salad with the result that such a thin pizza without ingredients remains too dry and tasteless...thin and crunchy pizza is fine but...it must be seasoned...I didn't like the pizza at all unfortunately we all noticed too much of a difference with the other pizzas on the table and also with those of the other tables but....a double stracchino and rocket pizza with sauce doesn't seem like an absurd request to make to the pizza chef..... The place is very small and noisy when the room is full and many people are talking loudly you can no longer hear yourself at the table

06/04/2025: I think it is the best pizza in the area, in more than 40 years there was only one pizzeria that was slightly superior in quality, but now, as it is no longer present, it is the one that deserves the most. It maintains quality even when taking away, so very very well. If you eat on site, the starters are excellent and always found to be fresh.

22/03/2025: A place in the center of Ivrea, we booked the same day for lunch and were very satisfied with the welcome and the variety of dishes on the menu. Pizza is not to be understood as the classic gourmet pizza leavened for hours and hours that is so fashionable now, but it is pizza as it was once made. Wide choice of pizza varieties and personally I digested it very well. We also tasted some dishes from the kitchen and were satisfied. Generous and fair portions, very attentive and precise waitresses. If I really have to find a negative note it is the €2.2 cover charge.

11/05/2025: The waiters are super rude and the food looks good but is average. We waited to be seated and no one came, then when we finally just decided to sit down a waitress came over and rudely told us we couldn't sit at that table. Later on, a waiter threw breadbits from the table at pigeons nearby us and it caused all these pigeons to come near our table... We had to ask for cheese with pasta and were given attitude for asking...

11/05/2025: Our experience of Sfashion café is waiting at least ten minutes to be seated by the photographed sign that says "We'll be right there, it's a promise", and leaving again. No one likes broken promises, and having been repeatedly passed by 4-6 staff members who (for whatever reason) did not for one second engage by eye contact or provide a couple of polite words, we left. The highlight of our thankfully brief experience at this café was watching someone polish cutlery during the ten minutes we were completely ignored (another couple must have enjoyed the same show). Worse was the fact that every member of waiting staff looked 'less than happy' whilst carrying out their ongoing chores or waiting tasks around us - and that's being diplomatic! Sure, it was a Sunday lunchtime etc. but this was not a reasonable attitude, it was the worst we've experienced in Italy to date. We've been working in various Italian cities for most of this year (at least 3 months out of 5), Bologna, Genoa, Milan, Turin and we actually work in Italy every year for months on end - so, we're not just angry tourists or people who don't know how things work here! Ironically, one of their competitors located 50m along the same square (who were just as busy) greeted us and seated us in less than a minute. No sign required. What about Sfashion Café changing their sign to:- "Avoid us when busy - we promise it's the best idea".
