15/07/2026: The experience was consistently bad from start to finish. The server only reluctantly gave us, a group of four, a free table. Our drink order was repeatedly incorrect, and the food was subpar. The waiter was visibly annoyed, so we went through three different waiters before we finally paid. The bill finally arrived, but no one wanted to take our payment, so we went inside. This is where our ordeal of paying with cash began. We had €71 on our tab and gave him €101, which he clearly struggled with.

15/07/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't get a good impression of this place, even though our host recommended it. The waiter was incredibly unfriendly, took forever to come around, reluctantly took our order, and then, of course, brought the wrong thing. The food was below average; we had expected much more. The cutlery is cheap and bends easily with the slightest pressure. The outdoor chairs are simply outdated. The bill arrived very quickly, but then the third waiter we'd spoken to took ages to come by, so we went inside to pay.

28/06/2026: Saturday night... lots of tables, one oven with a maximum of 9 pizzas at a time... so far nothing strange or different from other places... shame that when they start serving after an hour and a half, they only bring pizzas for half the table... the others waited another 40 minutes (and we had to request service otherwise we would have had to wait even longer). The place is nice, the pizza is good, THE ONLY PITY IS THE DISORGANIZATION.

21/06/2026: We booked a table for 9:30 PM, but they seated us at 10 PM, and the restaurant closes at 11 PM. I wonder how they can celebrate an event. They don't even mention the price of your reservation. At 10:30 PM, they turn off the lights to close while you eat. At 11 PM, they bring you the receipt. No comment.

08/08/2026: This is a lovely restaurant and pizza place and in my opinion the best in the area. We came to Viú for some holidays and went often at Ca Bassa. The owners at first seem a bit grumpy but if you talk to them they are just the kindest people. PS you might need to book in advance because it's often fully booked. Highly recommend.

09/07/2026: Coming down from Polpresa, we came across this pizzeria that we hadn't actually tried yet. Let's just say that evening was a bit special, celebrating an anniversary of something or someone. The dining room was packed and the staff was crazy, and there was no pizza, only very basic fare. Anyway, to cut a long story short, that same evening we chatted with some customers who had come from Turin specifically for the pizza, and they confirmed that eating at the new Ca' Bassa was worth it. So we booked for a few days later, and indeed we tried the delicious pizza, and the staff also proved to be helpful and friendly. Recommended!

12/06/2026: I booked with the Fork for 10.30pm and at 9.20pm they changed my reservation to 9.30pm, it's not done like this and obviously I didn't show up for that time because I had other commitments, the pizzeria is not very serious because I called 4 times to understand the reason and they never answered me, I absolutely do not recommend it

23/04/2026: Small but welcoming pizzeria in the center of Airasca. We went on a Wednesday evening, super fast service, very kind staff (Mr. Jacopo), excellent pizza, good prices.

28/03/2026: Good pizza and a wide selection. However, we asked for a broccoli rabe pizza, and instead of broccoli rabe, they had herbs, probably chard. The only flaw: if you don't have an ingredient, it doesn't matter, but don't sell one thing for another. The customer isn't a fool.

13/08/2026: Spacious restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Tuscan and Piedmontese cuisine, featuring quality ingredients. Excellent first and second courses, as well as appetizers. Desserts are also good. They also make pizza. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2025: In gita con un gruppo di 52 persone. Ringrazio il personale che ha gestito un grande problema all'interno della loro gestione assicurandoci comunque il pasto, organizzato su due piedi. Chapeau! Auguri per un futuro migliore!

05/08/2025: Being notified at 6:00 PM for an 8:00 PM reservation for 7 people, only to be told it's closed without any real explanation, and you're celebrating a birthday and you've made a reservation, isn't pleasant at all. And you have to come up with a dinner plan in two hours... I'm speechless... I don't think I'll ever go back.

11/07/2026: We booked dinner for two, arrived at the agreed-upon time, and the waiter escorted us to the other side of the restaurant, to an outdoor area with large umbrellas. We walked through two empty rooms with about 150 seats already set. We ordered a pizza and a fried food, but only the pizza arrived, so I waited to eat with my daughter. The fried food arrived, and after about 5 minutes it started to rain. Since the waiters weren't serving us, I moved the table to at least be able to eat under the umbrella, but at this point the waiter from inside the restaurant told me we had to move tables. All for 35 euros. Well, if you don't teach people how to do their jobs properly, it's definitely better if you let them do something else. SHAMEFUL

19/08/2026: We ordered two takeout pizzas: a Margherita and a Capricciosa. They were excellent! The best Capricciosa I've ever had! I'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. 5 stars!

18/07/2026: Excellent pizzas, very attentive and friendly staff. At the end of the dinner, we were offered an excellent melon liqueur.

10/05/2026: Hello, it's (admittedly) not a gourmet restaurant. Nevertheless, it's OUR go-to place when we're in Turin! Good... Welcoming... The owner even gave us advice on making his pizza dough: type of flour, kneading, etc. Of course, geographically, we can't compete with him. But try other restaurants... And for the "picky" ones who criticize... You'll have to tell me what they eat at home... 😉 You get the picture: I LOVE IT! BUT THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO... Yesterday, May 9th, 2026, the pizza chef retired, the waiter became a pizza chef, and there was a new waitress... The result: over an hour's wait, a downgraded menu, and undercooked mussels. It was our sixth time here; if the first time had been like that, we would never have come back. I don't know if I'll give it another chance... In any case, not by inviting family or friends... We'll see...

09/04/2026: Small nice hotel with very friendly staff. It was good and tasty breakfast. A good three course dinner was served. When we were there there was enough snow so we had ski in ski out.

17/03/2026: We were at the restaurant. Everything was very fast, the service was friendly. Very tasty meat and beer.

12/06/2026: The pizza is very good, the home delivery service is almost always perfect, they are very organized. But suddenly they had a HUGE price increase! And by HUGE, I mean 25-30%, not gradual, but sudden! What a shame!
