Ristopizzeria La Ca' Bassa In Viù

This is a lovely restaurant and pizza place and in my opinion the best in the area. We came to Viú for some holidays and went often at Ca Bassa. The owners at first seem a bit grumpy but if you talk to them they are just the kindest people. PS you might need to book in advance because it's often fully booked. Highly recommend.

Coming down from Polpresa, we came across this pizzeria that we hadn't actually tried yet. Let's just say that evening was a bit special, celebrating an anniversary of something or someone. The dining room was packed and the staff was crazy, and there was no pizza, only very basic fare. Anyway, to cut a long story short, that same evening we chatted with some customers who had come from Turin specifically for the pizza, and they confirmed that eating at the new Ca' Bassa was worth it. So we booked for a few days later, and indeed we tried the delicious pizza, and the staff also proved to be helpful and friendly. Recommended!
