14/05/2026: I was in Giaveno for work for about 10 days, and on a few lunch breaks, my son and I stopped for pizza. The pizzas were very good, even the ones cooked in a pan, and the kebab was good. There's seating inside and some outside under the umbrella. The restrooms are very clean. The only downside is the wait—up to half an hour to get your pizza, and I don't understand why, since there was almost no one there. A problem for those who have a quick lunch break.
04/04/2026: Very pleased with the timely home delivery. We were at the Certosa, so we were on the road to the Sacra di San Michele. Since the restaurant was closed, we found ourselves unable to dine since we arrived by taxi and the first town is 5-6 km down the valley. We called Speedy Pizza and ordered a pizza and a Speedy chicken sandwich. The food arrived on time, hot, and the delivery fee was €2.00 per item, so €4.00 more. Excellent, I'd say! 👍

06/07/2026: worst service possible. u sit and sit and no one comes. a manager runs around hot and sweaty as the others ignore u. I'd avoid it. go to another restaurant on the piazza. no one really cares. why waste ur time and money.
03/07/2026: I returned after years, but I suspect it's changed management.
At lunchtime, there was a very long wait, even though it was early and there were only three tables occupied. The beer had become warm and undrinkable by then.
I remembered the farinata and pan pizza as much crispier and tastier... but maybe my memory is deceiving me...

03/07/2026: The pizza is delicious, the problem is the delivery guy, who instead of shutting up and handing me the food, rudely tells me to put the name of the intercom and not to let me call him on my cell phone. You have to do one thing: just give me the pizza; why I don't put the name of the intercom is none of your business.
I hope the owners read this review and give him a good telling off.
28/06/2026: Spacious, air-conditioned restaurant with a wide variety of pizzas. I've been told they have excellent, affordable set menus for lunch, so I'll try that too! 👍

19/03/2026: We went there last night and I have to say that the pizza was raw on the inside and overcooked on the top, the dough was very stringy, the pizza chef was a bit grumpy in his manner, and the place was small but not bad.
08/02/2026: This has always been my go-to pizzeria in the Corso Marconi area. Interesting dough variations and a welcoming outdoor seating area perfect for summer. Excellent and super-fast takeout.

31/08/2025: We arrived and were seated immediately. There was a wait of at least 10 minutes for the menu. We ordered, and waited 35 minutes for two beers. We even asked for our request, and the waiter and his colleague shrugged their shoulders at our request. The pizza was okay, but with low-quality ingredients, and above all, not local. I ordered a pizza with toma cheese, which wasn't available, but they didn't say anything to me. Not recommended.
28/08/2025: Today we ate fabulous pizzas, excellent first courses and side dishes. Excellent service.

04/11/2025: I ate very well, there were 6 of us, we had both the pizza which I found excellent and the meat, then a very intimate place with well-spaced tables that leave privacy, and a slightly hidden place but it is worth going there

26/04/2026: First time at Sale e Pepe, a lovely restaurant. We had grilled fish and fried fish, both very good. The dessert was tops...cannoli accompanied with zibibbo wine.
Coffee served with a moka pot in small glasses with licorice liqueur. I'd gladly return; the food was good, and I enjoyed it while sitting outside. Recommended if you want to immerse yourself in the flavors of the South.

The staff were friendly but a bit "unripe" in their customer service.
The pizzas were beautifully plated, with an easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients...but
The burrata and sausage had too much oil in the tomato sauce and was too acidic and "dry."
The mortadella and burrata had too much oil...the result was greasy.
Both pizzas were lukewarm...and lukewarm pizza isn't the best.
What stands out is the
€6.50 for a medium blonde pizza...and €5 for a bottle of Coke...no...that's not right...perhaps it's to offset the The F o r K discount?
