16/05/2026: It was our favorite pizzeria until a few years ago, but after a gradual decline in quality over the past two years, the climax came a few weeks ago when I woke up at 4:00 a.m. with severe stomach cramps. In short, a serious case of food poisoning that made me feel terrible for almost a week!! I thought about leaving a negative review, but when a customer told me she'd had the same fate, I realized it wasn't an isolated incident. I advise you to reconsider the decisions you've made in recent years; you've surely lost a few customers. UPDATE AFTER THE PLACE'S WISE RESPONSE: For your information, I actually ordered a Tyrolean, with speck (raw!) and brie. I don't know if the problem was the speck going bad or if the cheeses were stored incorrectly. You should know this, and if not, it's even worse because it means you won't be able to undo your mistakes. The fact is, a few hours after eating your pizza, I started wondering if I was about to give birth again from the pain I was in. Then you talk about competition when it's clearly evident from my profile that I work in beauty. Are you really doing that? You know us too; my partner always came to get pizzas, just like he did this time, since he lives a few steps from the pizzeria. Rest assured, I'm not confused at all. But is it possible that everyone who leaves a negative review is a competitor or has chosen the wrong pizzeria? Besides disappointing customers, you're also calling them liars. Bad. Very bad. A "out of the frying pan into the fire" kind of thing. A little humility wouldn't hurt. Don't worry, I'll come by in person as soon as possible to confirm what I wrote in this review. P.S. I'm replying this last time because I'm not intimidated by the word "legally." There's no defamation if you report the truth. I have a history of the call to your restaurant on the Friday evening when I ordered pizza, the messages sent to clients at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning explaining that we'd have to reschedule our appointments since I wasn't up and wouldn't be able to make it to the office, the call to the emergency medical service on Sunday, and the call to my doctor on Monday evening. I'm more than willing to provide everything to your lawyer. However, I've also downgraded your service to one star at this point, considering the attitude with which you handled the matter. 07/06/2026: The pizza is delicious and there's a wide selection. The staff is very friendly.

01/06/2026: Even though I took the pizza home, it didn't become rubbery, but next time I'll eat it there. The pizza digested very well and kept me from drinking all night.

26/06/2025: Seeing a place so clean and quiet open late at night was surprising, and finding such friendly, helpful, and smiling staff was even more surprising. Although it could be considered just a "food court," it turned out to be better than many other places.

19/11/2025: The pizza is delicious, and the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Frankly, I don't understand why a place like this in Chieri isn't always packed! There's also a play area for children, something you can't find anywhere else in Chieri.

28/03/2026: Good pizza and a wide selection. However, we asked for a broccoli rabe pizza, and instead of broccoli rabe, they had herbs, probably chard. The only flaw: if you don't have an ingredient, it doesn't matter, but don't sell one thing for another. The customer isn't a fool.

31/08/2025: We arrived and were seated immediately. There was a wait of at least 10 minutes for the menu. We ordered, and waited 35 minutes for two beers. We even asked for our request, and the waiter and his colleague shrugged their shoulders at our request. The pizza was okay, but with low-quality ingredients, and above all, not local. I ordered a pizza with toma cheese, which wasn't available, but they didn't say anything to me. Not recommended.

28/08/2025: Today we ate fabulous pizzas, excellent first courses and side dishes. Excellent service.

09/04/2026: Small nice hotel with very friendly staff. It was good and tasty breakfast. A good three course dinner was served. When we were there there was enough snow so we had ski in ski out.

10/05/2026: Hello, it's (admittedly) not a gourmet restaurant. Nevertheless, it's OUR go-to place when we're in Turin! Good... Welcoming... The owner even gave us advice on making his pizza dough: type of flour, kneading, etc. Of course, geographically, we can't compete with him. But try other restaurants... And for the "picky" ones who criticize... You'll have to tell me what they eat at home... 😉 You get the picture: I LOVE IT! BUT THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO... Yesterday, May 9th, 2026, the pizza chef retired, the waiter became a pizza chef, and there was a new waitress... The result: over an hour's wait, a downgraded menu, and undercooked mussels. It was our sixth time here; if the first time had been like that, we would never have come back. I don't know if I'll give it another chance... In any case, not by inviting family or friends... We'll see...

24/05/2026: Today we decided to go to Cavallino Bianco in Chieri, where the food was excellent, as was the service. The atmosphere was nice, but it was very noisy. This restaurant is recommended for those who especially love meat and fish.

08/05/2026: I've been to Cavallino Bianco several times, and I've often brought groups to eat there. Once again, the service and hospitality were excellent, and the pizza was extraordinary. Even today, the large group was truly delighted with all the pizzas served. They all left complimenting the pizza chef and waitresses for the excellent service and the delicious pizzas. And the group leader was delighted to see the families satisfied. Congratulations to all of you for the wonderful service!

26/04/2026: First time at Sale e Pepe, a lovely restaurant. We had grilled fish and fried fish, both very good. The dessert was tops...cannoli accompanied with zibibbo wine. Coffee served with a moka pot in small glasses with licorice liqueur. I'd gladly return; the food was good, and I enjoyed it while sitting outside. Recommended if you want to immerse yourself in the flavors of the South.
