26/10/2024: Place with a slightly retro style, but it has its reason, very nice and friendly owner, pizza "always" crunchy and dry in the sense that when you make the slices it always remains rigid and not soggy, they use really good products, never had acidity , congratulations, continue like this, see you next time

16/11/2024: I am amazed by the positive reviews. Tonight I got two takeaway pan pizzas: a ham and mushroom and an aubergine and sausage, plus a portion of farinata. The pizzas (which were already ready in the fridge, with tomato on top) were inedible: a bitter and acidic aftertaste in both. Considering that the pizzas had dough, tomato and mozzarella in common, the acidic and bitter taste must have come from one of these ingredients; we couldn't figure out which one. We ate a few bites and then threw it all away, which was a shame because the pizzas were rich and well stuffed... Even the farinata was already ready and kept warm so when it was time to eat it the consistency was rubbery... Negative experience and money throw yourself.

14/09/2024: I've been getting pizzas from Leo's on Saturday nights for years...always excellent, cooked to perfection. Massimo and the staff, in addition to being good, are friendly and kind!

16/06/2024: Personale giovane dinamico, accogliente. Finalmente sfatato il mito del mugugno ligure. Pulizia e velocità nello sbarazzare i tavoli. Pizza col cornicione, guarnita generosamente, gustosa e nutriente. Si aspetta un po', ma ne vale la pena, vista l'accuratezza della preparazione.

07/08/2024: In diverse occasioni sono andata e continuo ad andare al Cavallino Bianco e molte volte porto diversi gruppi a mangiare lì. Soprattutto in queste ultime settimane, la pizzeria/ristorante e tutto lo staff, ha accolto molti gruppi italiani e di altri paesi. Ancora una volta servizio e accoglienza eccellente, staff accogliente, pizza straordinaria... Ogni gruppo è uscito complimentandosi con il pizzaiolo e con le cameriere per il buon servizio e le pizze molto buone. I responsabili dei vari gruppi sono stati molto contenti di vedere i ragazzi soddisfatti. Veramente complimenti a tutti voi per il bel servizio!!! Ed io, personalmente, aggiungo, che non è solo buona la pizza, ma anche tutto la parte ristorante... Complimenti a tutti voi e grazie per il bel servizio e l'accoglienza!!! A presto!!!

28/07/2024: On several occasions I go to the Cavallino Bianco and several times I take different groups to eat there. Once again excellent service and hospitality, extraordinary pizza... Even today, the 33 kids were happy to eat all the pizzas served. They all came out complimenting the pizza chef and the waitresses for the good service and the very good pizzas... and the group leader was very happy to see the kids satisfied. Truly congratulations to all of you for the great service!!!

28/09/2024: Nuestra estancia en Rif. Fredarola... absolutamente impresionante. Hermosa propiedad en todos los aspectos, el restaurante, el ambiente, nuestra habitación con una vista de Marmolada (tenía una ventana dentro de una ventana! ) , la cocina y el servicio. Muy cálida bienvenida de Patrick, y Giovanni. La cena fue súper, especialmente disfrutamos de los entrantes y el plato de pasta. Probablemente el Rifugio más lujoso y divertido de los Dolomitas. Muy fácil de llegar. Todavía quedan algunas obras de renovación por completar y luego será perfecto. Y sin olvidar la fabulosa piscina infinita y spa - impresionante.

19/09/2024: Al Fredarola si mangia veramente bene, piatti gourmet indiscutibilmente ottimi, ma le pecche non mancano. Prima di tutto il servizio ai tavoli, troppo lento, più di 20 minuti tra l’ordinazione e l’arrivo dei piatti ai tavoli, la musica a volume troppo alto. L’ambientazione è buona, ma del rifugio di montagna ha veramente poco, sembra piuttosto un Hotel a 5 stelle per ricchi avventori. Prezzi tutto sommato in linea con la qualità dei piatti serviti.

22/09/2024: I'm sorry, but I want to give this review "as" feedback. I've been getting pizza here for a long time, I'd say years, and it's always been very good. Unfortunately for a few months I don't know what happened, but the mozzarella used is totally different. It has a very heavy "cheesy" taste, which drowns out everything else. It's personal taste but I can't eat it anymore. I took it again after some time, hoping it was a mistake or perhaps a choice due to the stocks running out that time. But nothing, same experience, I couldn't finish it. Guys, I hope to come back to see you again later, I'll try again.. Hoping that you have returned to the previous footsteps. We really liked your pizza, and you are always courteous and smiling. This thing has never changed, I want to point out. See you soon

26/10/2024: After placing an order to be delivered at 8.30pm, at 9.15pm the deliveryman calls us saying that we had given the wrong address and at 9.30pm the pizzeria calls us back telling us to come and pick up the pizzas directly on site. After my request for a discount for the delay I was told to go to another pizzeria Rude and arrogant staff. I do not recommend.

27/06/2024: Great pub/restaurant/brewery. At lunch it "transforms" into a restaurant for the offices that revolve around Via Cigna. In the evening it also takes on the contours of the classic pub where you can order some dishes or appetizers to spend an excellent evening in company. I tasted both the pizza and the first courses and was very satisfied. Furthermore, the staff is very kind, attentive to customer needs and the service is very fast. Ideal if you have a short lunch break. Last thing: fair and honest prices

01/01/2025: A perfect experience! Pleasant service with excellent staff who are always smiling. The pizzas are just incredible, a real treat. They are so good I could eat two in a row!
