I don't know if the problem was the speck going bad or if the cheeses were stored incorrectly. You should know this, and if not, it's even worse because it means you won't be able to undo your mistakes. The fact is, a few hours after eating your pizza, I started wondering if I was about to give birth again from the pain I was in. Then you talk about competition when it's clearly evident from my profile that I work in beauty. Are you really doing that? You know us too; my partner always came to get pizzas, just like he did this time, since he lives a few steps from the pizzeria. Rest assured, I'm not confused at all. But is it possible that everyone who leaves a negative review is a competitor or has chosen the wrong pizzeria? Besides disappointing customers, you're also calling them liars. Bad. Very bad. I have a history of the call to your restaurant on the Friday evening when I ordered pizza, the messages sent to clients at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning explaining that we'd have to reschedule our appointments since I wasn't up and wouldn't be able to make it to the office, the call to the emergency medical service on Sunday, and the call to my doctor on Monday evening. I'm more than willing to provide everything to your lawyer. However, I've also downgraded your service to one star at this point, considering the attitude with which you handled the matter. 30/04/2026: We came to visit Turin for two days and we dined at this restaurant two nights in a row because we loved it so much! We wanted to try everything on the menu. Everything was perfect: impeccable service, a very attentive chef and waiter, and above all, absolutely delicious food. We highly recommend this restaurant!

20/05/2026: We ate lunch there and had a couple of problems. When I ordered roast suckling pig, I received a slice of pork loin cooked in a pan. My partner, who is also pregnant, ordered a fried fish platter that cost €20, and it arrived drenched in oil. Everything was frozen: a half-cooked king prawn, a half-cooked piece of cod, and a size 5 squid that was probably from Patagonia. But I have to say the waitresses were very friendly, and I saw the pizzas being passed around to other tables, and they looked delicious. Everyone has an off day.

However, we recently experienced the best experience for my wife's birthday, which we celebrated here with 32 guests. I must say we were truly satisfied in every way: the food and pizza were excellent as always, and despite the large crowd, the pizzas arrived within minutes of each other, without interminable waits—a detail that really makes a difference in large groups. The service was excellent: the entire staff was kind, attentive, and professional. Special thanks go to the head waiter, Jad (I hope I spelled his name correctly), who looked after us from the start, ensuring everything ran smoothly. His politeness, helpfulness, and professionalism are definitely an added value for this place and make you want to return. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff!

10/05/2026: A decidedly negative experience. After ordering the pizzas, we waited over an hour for them—an absurd amount of time. I understand that there can be difficult evenings, but as a customer, that shouldn't be my problem. Apologies are meaningless when the service is so slow and disorganized. As "compensation," they offered a ridiculous discount of €3.40 and a free limoncello, which honestly didn't change anything after all that wait. It's a shame, because when you go out to eat, you expect at least a minimum amount of attention and respect for the customers' time. I don't think I'll be back. However, the staff were all polite and even apologized to the rest of the restaurant, who experienced the same inconvenience as us.
