11/03/2025: The pizza is simply fantastic. The classic dough (as well as the alternative ones) is satiating, digestible and fragrant. One of the best pizzerias in Canavese, in my opinion. Too bad that, in 2025, there won't even be an option for vegans. Many people choose to no longer consume animal products, both for ethics and for intolerances, especially to dairy products. And veg products (for example: cashew and almond-based cheeses, vegetable cured meats, dried fruit creams, smoked or flavored tofu...) can be found literally everywhere at very low prices, even in discount stores! I hope this observation can stimulate the restaurant to include at least one alternative on the menu; that would be wonderful! Very nice place and very friendly staff.

13/01/2025: Takeaway attention! After the first three positive experiences to which we gave the maximum score, there comes the moment when the experience became disastrous. We book in advance and they already send us back until later. We arrive and wait but we are confident; the pizza chef is cheerful and kind. They give us two beers. We leave satisfied but upon arriving home all but one find the pizzas uncooked and the farinata thick and moist. Quite the opposite of the choice made. We chose this pizzeria for its thin and crusty pizzas but this time they gave us the package. If we had been in the place we would have sent everything back. But the place is small so we preferred takeaway. This time the score is zero. We will change pizzeria (there is no shortage of them) but we are sorry to have eaten so badly after much better previous experiences. Unfortunately, pizza is a single dish which if not cooked is disgusting. I've seen other comments like mine lately so I think it's not an oversight but an attempt to make more covers instead of thinking about making them well.
