16/02/2026: Excellent food, both for celiacs and non-celiacs, considering that celiacs must eat gluten-free.
It's great that the menu is 90% gluten-free.
Otherwise, they made a few mistakes in the organization and table layout, but the prices are quite reasonable. The food is average, we'll gladly return. I gave the food a 3 out of 5, except for the lack of salt, which could have been added. The gluten-free pasta was a little too al dente, and was removed only 2 minutes beforehand. Two excellent and light pizzas.
They serve both pizza and gluten-free food, and it's a certified gluten-free restaurant. Affiliated with the Italian Celiac Association (AIC).

The atmosphere is absolutely magical inside the small room facing the wood-fired oven.
The farinata alone is worth the visit; the pizzas are very good too!
25/02/2026: The dishes are of good quality and display a time-honored, authentic professionalism. The rooms are rather cramped and dimly lit. The owner, dressed in his chef's uniform, even gave a performance, telling the story of the unusual logo painted on the napkins and the waitstaff's uniforms. Well done!

Perfectly cooked and on time, as is often the case. Plus, they're always kind enough to mention the free drink.
11/01/2026: We wanted to eat in. They told us the table was reserved, even though there was no one there until closing time, and it was filthy and full of trash. We had to eat in our car, across the street from the restaurant, in the cold.
The pizzas were bland and had too few toppings.

06/03/2026: If you're in Rivoli and want to eat well and generously, this is the right place. Drinks are unlimited. Clean and renovated. A wide selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian options. A first course, coffee, and unlimited drinks (5 to 10 euros) with a trio of water, coffee, and bread. I had a great time and will be back.

14/12/2025: A trustworthy pizzeria, the pizza is very good and easy to digest. I go there often with my boyfriend, the only flaw is that the mozzarella (often) has a really bad taste. This is easily remedied by removing it from the pizza, but I would recommend using fresh mozzarella. Otherwise, it's truly TOP! The prices are affordable and it's a great place!

01/03/2026: Last night we went to eat after the change in management. What can I say? The change is obvious. You can definitely see it! The staff is courteous but not organized, starting with the welcome. When you arrive, they have no idea where they're supposed to seat you, even if you'd made a reservation. The food? Much better than before. We had fried fish. Very greasy and dry. Grilled swordfish. The slice used to be truly enormous. Now it's half the size, both in size and thickness. Which makes it dry. French fries. The portion is served on a dessert plate. Again, the portion is smaller and the price has gone up. The only thing they've kept is the option of having a single dessert, a second dessert (two desserts), or a trio. Again, the price has gone up by a euro, but the quality and selection have gone down. The tiramisu and panna cotta are neither good nor bad. The profiteroles are nothing more than cream puffs filled with cream and covered in hot melted chocolate. Nasty. At this point, it's best to fill the cream puff with a scoop of ice cream to create a nice hot/cold contrast. Would I recommend it? I'd say no.
01/03/2026: Unfortunately, despite the excellent service... maybe we just had the wrong night, but the pizzas weren't up to par, and even the bread was crunchy with a crust and raw crumb. It's hard to make bread. We'll be back to see.

23/12/2025: I went last weekend, and it's the first time I've ever found a kebab shop that runs out of kebabs on the weekend. We ordered pizzas, one with speck and brie, and one with diavola and gorgonzola. They were mediocre, the dough was rubbery, almost as if it hadn't been cooked enough, and the cheese flavor was absent on both. Also, since these were takeout pizzas that we asked for pre-sliced, I would have preferred the one with speck and brie to be sliced after the speck had been added.
13/12/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. Pizzas ordered at 7:30 pm and were ready at 9:00 pm. NEVER AGAIN 😡

15/03/2026: Typical Piedmontese dishes, fresh, excellent ingredients... everything perfect. The first courses and desserts are highly recommended. I had a white ragù and a bread cake, which were wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely kind. Even though it was packed for the fair, they found us a seat after a few minutes of waiting. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll definitely be back soon ❤️
08/03/2026: My wife and I went to this restaurant located in the historic center near the hospital, they made us sit on the upper floor, we had a mix of appetizers, another appetizer of peppers with bagna cauda, then my wife tagliolini with white ragù and I had the parlapå hamburger, I must say that there was a bit of confusion (perhaps because of the fair) we had asked for a liter of still water and a quarter of wine, the liter of water and a glass of wine arrived... which they promptly replaced, then the appetizers arrived, my wife ate her mix of appetizers, unfortunately I had to send the peppers with bagna cauda back to the kitchen because they were cold (I pointed out to the cashier that they were cold and I was told that it had been forgotten in the dumbwaiter, but it wasn't cold in the room, it was cold in the fridge) the first course was very good, the hamburger on the other hand was really Parlapá... in the sense that it was a truly truly excellent evening, then we had 2 desserts and 2 coffees for a total of 35 euros each, good value for money, but and There is a but when it came to paying I spoke to the cook (I think also the owner) I told her that the appetizer with peppers was brought to me cold, I would have expected her to say I'm sorry, there was a mix-up... instead despite having a lot of people waiting she got defensive telling me that I had sent the dish back to the kitchen and it came back hot, also because I said that I write reviews she told me to do it calmly... that hers is one of the best trattorias in the area, I could even agree... but I think that you have to listen to the customer without getting upset (I understand that she was defending her professionalism and her place but attracting attention with all the people waiting... no thanks) I think that the trattoria has excellent potential, but I understand a vintage environment, but when you have a 3R table with peeling paint a tablecloth or at least a larger placemat would help, then the small plastic containers of the mixed appetizers, make no sense I think that glass or ceramic bowls or plates with more compartments would be more Consistent, as you can see, I write reviews based on my experiences. If it hadn't been for that discussion, I would definitely have given the food 4 stars and the service 3. Besides the mix-up with the wine, when two people order a first and second course and then say they'll have dessert afterwards... I've always been served the first and second courses together, but I waited at least 15 minutes for my burger. However, if you're in the area, the food is good... maybe go on a weekend when there aren't any events, or during the week.
