01/09/2025: One of those places that doesn't impress you from the outside (which I could probably improve on 😊), but then when you walk in and are greeted with warm smiles, you realize the place is clean and tidy, with plenty of space between tables, and it's a comfortable, simple, and pleasant place to be. Then, when you order and the food arrives and you try it, everything is even better, and you're happy to have found this place, which unexpectedly is a really nice place and the food is good, very good. Recommended. The staff is friendly and even kind enough to recommend dishes. Fast and precise service.

10/08/2025: I have two very conflicting opinions about Torraccia. Some may criticize me, but that's just my opinion. I initially discovered Torraccia by ordering takeout pizza (delicious pizza, excellent dough, and all the ingredients were fresh). Then, one evening, I ate directly in the restaurant. It was always pizza, and very good as is. It was crowded, so the service was still fast. Over the months, I haven't had any problems, until a few weeks ago, specifically on July 26th and 27th, when I can say my opinion changed drastically. On the evening of the 26th (a Saturday), I went for pizza with just one other person. The service was very slow, which I found very strange, as there weren't many customers and it was quite quiet. I pretended nothing had happened because the pizza was very good anyway. On the evening of the 27th I came with two other people, I ordered a Piedmontese appetizer and the two of them a portion of mussels each, and then they ordered 2 pizzas and I a plate of pasta (very simple to make). I should point out that we were the first customers to arrive, the first to order and only after 15 minutes did other customers start to arrive. The first course arrived after almost 20 minutes, I understand maybe the cooking of the mussels, after finishing we wait for the second course, the pizzas arrive almost immediately (never had problems with pizzas) but unfortunately I waited 1 hour for my pasta, after 20 minutes I tried to call the waiters but they didn't come to the table even if they saw that I signaled them, after another 15 minutes a waiter arrived, I asked him about the pasta and he looked at me as if he didn't know what he was talking about, he goes to ask in the kitchen and coming back he says: "hey the cook forgot the pasta on the stove and she has to remake it" (first of all the pasta has a maximum cooking time of 10-14 minutes and the sauces are surely already half ready) after 50 minutes of waiting I called him back and he said he would go and check and I would have to wait even longer because there were many customers who had ordered (but if I ordered as the first customer is it normal for the food to reach the others first?) cutting it short after almost an hour I told him Very calmly and angrily at the same time, they canceled the order because it was a huge disservice and they didn't even apologize. They really made me go hungry. You can't wait an hour for a plate of pasta, it's not possible. I was truly disappointed by the behavior of the waiters, by their total indifference. They even asked me if I wanted anything else while waiting, nothing, the friendliness was non-existent. I honestly don't even feel like returning to this restaurant after this incident, with a heavy heart, because the food is really good. Maybe I'll order a pizza in the future only if it were the only restaurant open within 20 km.

12/04/2025: Peccato che abbiamo scoperto questo locale a fine stagione invernale. La struttura è calda ed accogliente, arredata con stile montagna. Il menù è diversificato e soprattutto ben cucinato. Ottimi gli gnocchi ai formaggi e la girella di plin. Buona la pizza, così come i dolci. Proprietari e staff estremamente gentili e sorridenti. Difficili riscontrare tanta qualità e gentilezza in alta montagna! La prossima stagione ci recheremo spesso. CONSIGLIATO

24/08/2025: A lovely place in a lovely location. It's located on a corner of the square that bisects Via Mensa, a stone's throw from the Royal Palace. We ordered pizza, calzones, mussels, and fried fish. The pizzas and calzones were well-seasoned, a little overcooked for our taste, and sometimes a little burned. A generous portion of mussels and average fried fish (vegetables, rings, tentacles, 1 prawn, and 1 scampi for €22). An excellent glass of prosecco and good wine by the glass. Water, two soft drinks, 1 small beer, half a liter of wine, 1 glass of prosecco, 3 desserts, 3 calzones, 3 pizzas, 1 portion of mussels, 1 fried fish, 1 coffee, and 1 grappa, all for about €155 for 8 people. The desserts were very good. Excellent service. It was a Saturday evening in August, and we were seated at 8:00 PM, but by 9:00 PM we were practically finished. Despite all the outdoor tables being occupied, they were really quick. Very well organized.

The service was professional and friendly, although a little formal at times. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, perfect for a special evening. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the menu could be a little more varied and innovative. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience in an elegant setting!"

07/09/2025: Friendly staff, very large and crowded place. I only read the reviews after eating the pizza! If I had, I would have definitely ordered something else. Unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked and thin, so it was dry. The margherita, which is the base of the pizza, had a layer of tomato sauce and mozzarella galore, and olives that aren't part of the recipe. So thin that after two minutes it was a Frisbee! The others at my table, who ordered different pizzas, were "saved" by the toppings. I sincerely hope they can improve because, as of now, I absolutely wouldn't recommend eating the pizza.

01/05/2025: I'm sorry but I have to give one star, not so much for the pizza I ate but for the poor service. Tonight we were three diners at the table, two of us ordered the pizza and the third ordered a farinata followed by a hamburger, which never arrived. We told the waiter that if it hadn't been put on the fire yet, we would have given up since we had finished consuming the other dishes a while ago but the waiter told us that it was on the fire. We still waited but nothing arrived, at this point we got up to go and pay. At the time of the bill, out of a total of 63 euros we paid 55 euros, when in theory we should have paid, minus 14 euros for the hamburger, 49 euros. Unfortunately, we didn't realize the trick immediately but only after looking at the receipt. It won't be 6 euros that will make us rich but considering everything as a whole, I think they have had an incorrect attitude. I will definitely never come back or order takeout from them again.

30/04/2025: Siamo andati a Pasquetta. I piatti sul tavolo erano sporchi e unti. Il tavolo stesso era sommerso dalla polvere, a tal punto che sollevando le posate rimaneva il negativo! Fatto presente, è intervenuta la titolare scortese e scocciata che ha cambiato le stoviglie. Tralaltro il cibo non sapeva di niente. Non ci hanno neanche fatto lo sconto. Non ci andate
