29/06/2026: The place looked shabby from the outside (during the day): it looked closed. However, it was neat and tidy inside. I appreciated the kindness of the welcome and the authenticity of the dishes. I had a quick lunch before continuing on to France. The veal with tuna sauce and tajarin were excellent. The quality/price ratio was definitely good. I'll keep this in mind for the future.

13/07/2026: We only went to the restaurant because nothing else was open on Monday. The service was extremely friendly, the value for money was excellent, the pizza was okay – I've had better and worse, but for €7 it was perfectly fine. The gnocchi were delicious. But the best thing was the dessert: a tiramisu the likes of which we hadn't had in years! We had one portion to share and absolutely HAD to order a second.
05/07/2026: We arrived and after 45 minutes of waiting and asking, in that half hour they took the liberty of serving six more tables, not all of which had reservations but simply because some were probably "locals." Not to mention the fact that it says baked pizzas on the outside, but the menu says pan-fried, and the prices are ridiculous, so if someone wanted a proper pizza, they either got the pan-fried one or something else they didn't come for. We ended up finishing our drinks because we were thirsty, which is completely unacceptable.

They make Roman-style crunchy pizza here. It might not be to everyone's taste. It's thin and very dry.
I had a buffalo mozzarella.
The cheese on top was almost raw. It was very well cooked and hard on the bottom, I struggled to cut it.
As for the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff, there's nothing to complain about. The waiters are very kind and helpful, and the place is nice.
I had a pizza, a medium beer, dessert, and coffee, and it cost about €20. A €2 cover charge was also included. The price is average.

09/08/2026: Despite two attempts to get four pizzas to go, resulting in a 1.5-hour wait and being turned away at 7 PM when the restaurant was empty, I was disappointed not to be able to evaluate the food. It seems difficult to get takeaway pizzas in Ormea.
