Le Fate In Govone

We always have a good time! Young, kind and friendly staff. The pizzas are good, large and always topped with good quality ingredients!

A year ago I would have said it was one of the best pizzerias in the area but last week I went alone for dinner and they made me wait 35 minutes for a simple margherita. I order the coffee and go to the bathroom but when I returned they had already cleared my stuff, I understand the need to hurry but it was 9.30 in the evening and yes there were as many free seats as they wanted. Very disappointed and sorry because I won't be returning.

More than positive experiences, both in Canove and in Monteu Roero even after the inauguration of the Fate opening in Monteu Roero. For Le Fate di Canove, a modern environment in the room above which gives a touch of freshness and liveliness. We were there for anniversaries, for romantic and family dinners and for takeaway. The outdoor terrace is very romantic in summer and warm and welcoming in winter. The thin and carefully prepared pizzas are accompanied by the kindness of the staff who are always attentive and ready to satisfy any request. But not just pizzas, the other dishes are also excellent and the desserts equally inviting. I highly recommend. For Le Fate di Monteu Roero a very beautiful and romantic location, the pizzas are thin, cooked to perfection and a little crunchy, as we like them and served by very kind staff including Egle, Alessandra and Dennis but above all by Matteo and Davide who are Canove and both in Monteu Roero work with passion and put their heart into it. I highly recommend both venues.

Good pizza and excellent value for money

Very nice staff. Quiet, cozy, calm atmosphere. To try your first pizza in Italy, this is the best place. It's a pity that I can't stay here for a long time - I would eat pizza here every day!

Excellent farinata (with gorgonzola). Good pizza but not the best for my taste.

The best pizza around! The ingredients are of high quality, the staff is young and kind, the desserts are well made and numerous to choose from... a place where we go very often, and which we also turn to for takeaway ♥️ if I like to eat a pizza, I go there!

Pranzo in famiglia. Preso 2 pizze, Primo con i plin e antipasto piemontese misto. Tutto discretamente buono. Servizio buono. Consiglio prenotare. Prezzo nella norma. Ci ritorneremo.

This restaurant is now located at Santo Stefano Belbo, some 25 mins from Canove. This town is off the beaten track, very few tourists drive here. We arrived at the opening time of noon, there were only 3 other tables. Service by the 2 young ladies was prompt and smiley. They don't speak a lot of English so best to have some command of Italian. Price to quality ratio is excellent, we shared a huge pizza of prosciutto, artichokes, mushroom, tomato, olives, porcini mushroom fritters and a Milanese cutlet with fries, 0.5L of red wine and a 750ml of San Bernardino, for 50 euros. Place was not fancy but comfortable, quiet, clean. Recommended, non-touristy, they even offer a value for money and hearty "workers menu".
