We received a confirmation email, and at 6:30 PM on Sunday, we received an email reminding us that we had a reservation and asking us to be on time. When we arrived, the lady at the cashier told us that there was no reservation even though we had a confirmation email. She told us that the problem was with the reservation platform, then changed her story, telling the pizza chef that he was there when we made the reservation, so she wasn't responsible. They offered us a table where we had to have dinner in half an hour because they had no free seats. Naturally, we opted for another pizzeria. You didn't look good in our eyes because you should have found a solution and corrected your mistake. It's true that making mistakes is human, but you have to do everything you can to avoid sending away an unsatisfied customer. I'm sorry because my friends are regulars here. Remember that you should always respect the customer because they're the ones who allow you to work. I found a lack of professionalism and little interest in solving the problem.
