22/05/2026: On a CAI outing, we stopped for a simple Merenda sinoira. The place is decorated in the style of a Piola mountain chalet. The dishes are delicious, simple, and original. Water, wine, and beer are plentiful. The table was carefully set, as if we were guests for a Sunday lunch. The cooking is by the kind owner, and the service is friendly and attentive, managed by her husband. He's also a small artisan of little houses and trinkets; ask to visit his workshop; he'll be happy to help.

04/07/2026: For pizza lovers, this is an excellent place: white flour for structure and a hint of whole wheat for flavor and color. Just the right amount of salt and very digestible. Crispy and well-cooked on the bottom, yet very melt-in-the-mouth. The crust is well-shaped but not overdone. For me, the pizza is very balanced in form and the toppings are good. The decor isn't the most refined, but it will be a must-visit on every visit to Maredula.

29/01/2026: A beautiful place... it's a small trattoria where, as soon as you enter, you immediately feel the atmosphere of the village, people eating well, then going to pay and standing in front of the house for half an hour chatting... all this thanks to all the staff who run the restaurant, and they deserve a lot of compliments.
Pizzeria, set menu and à la carte menu... the choice is yours. Excellent food, plentiful dishes, very kind staff, and parking for trucks.

The prices are very reasonable, the service is super friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it. Plus, you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to the menu. And also, you get REAL pizzas with a CRISPY crust, not those soggy, gluten-laden, indigestible pizzas!

01/05/2026: Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I asked for spaghetti that wasn't on the menu, and the staff was happy to accommodate me. My wife ordered a fabulous pizza. The homemade panna cotta was also excellent.
Exceptional value for money.
If we ever return to the Langhe, it will definitely be a stop.

01/03/2026: A small place, tucked away in the center of Rossana. Very good pizza, thin crust and generous toppings. There are only a few seats, so it's best to call ahead. Many people told me the wait was long, but in reality, we were seated and paid in less than an hour. For two, we ordered two pizzas, a Coke, a water, a quart of wine, two desserts, and two coffees, and we paid less than €20 each. Fair prices and excellent value.

08/08/2026: It was a busy evening. I waited about 10 minutes before ordering, but they brought my pizza shortly after. The dough was good, but with too much mozzarella (for my taste). It was a bit heavy. The price was low for the pizza, but high for the beer. They also offer first courses, second courses, and desserts.
02/08/2026: We ate both pizza and cooked food two nights in a row, and everything was delicious. It's a great addition to the town of Sanfront. Congratulations to all the staff.
