22/03/2025: La pizza di per se è buona , la pecca è L organizzazione… ho aspettato quasi un ora le pizze, da asporto,ordinate con largo anticipo … Ho visto passarmi davanti e andar via, prima di me , persone che arrivavano senza prenotazione …. Il ragazzo alla cassa prende prenotazioni senza un senso logico , totalmente smarrito e privo di senso pratico … Una confusione totale …Avrei gradito che al momento della prenotazione mi venisse detto che non era possibile evadere L ordine nei tempi richiesti …

23/02/2025: One of the few places in Lurisia, it has an agreement with the B&B "Il Ciliegio di Lurisia". Slightly rustic atmosphere, in line with the place. Friendly and friendly service: we ended up there one evening when there was a large influx of people (almost all the tables were occupied) and they immediately told us that the wait wouldn't be very short, because the kitchen was full of orders. Luckily, and due to their skill, they still knew how to manage the waiting time with a few small appetizers and then starting to serve pizzas and side dishes. The "ancient" pizza, made with stone-ground flour, is particular. The meat dishes were worth all the waiting time: steak and rump are truly superb, both in terms of quality of the meat and cooking. The "Pietra" red beer is good. In the end we paid a reasonable price, also considering that the rations were really generous, even those of the meat dishes. Well done!!

06/05/2025: A few weeks ago, we ordered take-out pizzas with on-site pickup. The dough is well leavened, therefore light, well-cooked pizzas with plenty of toppings. The quality/price ratio is excellent!

02/02/2025: One of the best pizzas in Cuneo. Excellent pizza chef with strictly wood-fired oven. Small room upstairs but with room downstairs.

15/04/2025: Excellent dishes. Always great value for money. Here we offer typical cuisine, which is excellent, but also dishes with a more "bistro" aspect, which are just as good. The Angus hamburger offers a 200g piece of meat which is excellent. It is a very pleasant restaurant and the quality of the food is excellent. I can only recommend! The service is warm and fast. It's very original to be able to compose your own pizza, and the prices displayed on the menu are very low, considering the dishes. Italy is here to surprise us!

30/03/2025: Dopo aver fatto visita al filatoio di Caraglio a dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge questo locale, personale gentile e accogliente, locale pulito e curato, cibo buono con buona presentazione e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

27/03/2025: Hotel without any pretensions, normal rooms with comfortable beds that are not small, good cleanliness, excellent heating, reserved internal parking, there is also a restaurant with excellent food including a pizzeria, top welcome, polite, kind and professional staff, very nice owners, nothing to say about it, good price, I recommend !!!!!

20/03/2025: Coup de cœur pour cet établissement dans une petite ville du piémont d’à peine 3100 habitants. De l’apéritif au dessert en passant par le plat et l’hébergement, tout était au top. Un personnel vraiment très agréable et attentif aux demandes même en étant étranger. Facilité de stationnement aux alentours et un parking gratuit quand vous restez logé sur place. Sur la carte du restaurant, vous retrouverez des plats, typiques de la région avec uniquement du fait maison, des pizzas au feu de bois uniquement le soir. Une carte des vins très diversifiée avec des prix plutôt correct. Il y a une clientèle essentiellement locale qui vous mettra directement dans l’ambiance. Les chambres ne sont pas exceptionnelles mais très propre et confortable. Cela suffit pour un court séjour. Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement familial.

22/02/2025: It had been a long time since I went (pre cell phones) I enjoyed a place that made me go back to its calm chaos excellent food (we took 2 types of meat) and draft beer very discreet service...clean bathroom and more than reasonable bill I will be back

24/04/2025: Not too large restaurant/pizzeria, having been recently renovated the environment is nice and modern with good cleanliness. The meat carpaccio, pizzas and seafood rice we ate turned out to be very good and inviting, as did the dishes we saw being served to the other diners. This is also why the place is very popular and well-known in the area. Courteous service, fair bill.
