01/08/2025: As usual, I feel at home and I eat well! The atmosphere has been refreshed with small changes that have made it even more pleasant. The only downside, and it's not a small one, is that yesterday I learned that one of the longtime staff (one of my favorites for her skill, speed of service, and kindness to customers) will no longer be there because they didn't renew her contract with a permanent one. I won't get involved in this, but I'd just like to express my regret at no longer finding someone so competent and perfect for the role. Staff is one of the reasons people choose places, and she was one of them. I'm very sorry.

We kept coming back for the pizza, pasta and meat dishes. It's amazing value and a great atmosphere - highly recommended when visiting Alba!

The owner is also very kind and friendly with the customers; we were all very satisfied. The food is high-quality and the service was impeccable. Thank you for the wonderful welcome.

05/08/2025: Pizzeria and restaurant in the countryside, with a large summer terrace offering a panoramic view of the mountains, including Monviso. The seafood dishes are excellent, with outstanding pizzas and fish-based pasta dishes, and the desserts are equally delicious. The wine list features a wide selection. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I recommend it.

07/08/2025: I went with my children and son-in-law for dinner. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we asked to sit inside instead of outside, as we had reserved by phone. The service was quite prompt, very kind, and helpful.

06/05/2025: A few weeks ago, we ordered takeaway pizzas with on-site collection. The dough is well leavened and therefore light, the pizzas are well cooked and rich in seasoning. The quality/price ratio is excellent!

22/07/2025: In the center of town... close to everything... top-notch hotel: cleanliness, service, and professionalism are excellent. As for the restaurant, it's truly excellent... from the pizza to the grilled meats, everything cooked in a wood-fired oven. Their specialty, the ula al furn, is a must-try, made the way it used to be... excellent value for money... in short, if you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.

20/07/2025: Clean rooms, super helpful staff, quality restaurant attached, à la carte restaurant prices even for those staying... If you are a tourist something more than the regular guests of the hotel.

01/08/2025: Excellent trattoria a short distance from the Certosa, ideal for stopping for a bite to eat after or before touring the area.

21/07/2025: Quiet atmosphere and good food, simple, home-made cooking, but as a trattoria it is expensive and the pasta was undercooked.
