25/02/2025: Buena comida, servicio INCREÍBLE, camarero era muy amable y divertido, el servicio era rápido, me encantó. Nos dieron la mesa para 10 de nosotros muy rápido, los precios son bastante buenos, lo recomendaría definitivamente ❤️

12/03/2025: 8 marzo 2025 ordino 4 pizze d'asporto. Vergognoso pizze gommose e poco cotte. Il problema è che se non si riesce a gestire troppi ordini bisognerebbe avere il coraggio di rifiutare x non perdere la qualità. Fare cassa non porta da nessuna parte.

17/11/2024: Pranzo della domenica con un gruppo di amici. Il castello propone salumi e formaggi della zona (alcuni prodotti in casa da loro), prodotti bio che seguono la stagionalità, primi piatti fatti in casa e anche cacciagione. Il servizio e la sala sono decisamente informali in linea con lo spirito di un vero agriturismo. Il personale è gentilissimo e asseconda il cliente donandogli un'esperienza godibile da tutti i punti di vista. Vale veramente la pena venire su dalla collina che la struttura domina. Da oggi di diritto tra i miei ristoranti preferiti.

07/11/2024: Me ne avevano parlato molto bene ! E posso confermare che avevano ragione ! Gianni poi è proprio un fenomeno ! Ti mette immediatamente a tuo agio ! E non è un comportamento di facciata ! È proprio sincerità pura ! Poi… dal momento che ho saputo che è milanista come me !!! 🙂 ! Per quel che riguarda i piatti beh … vi consiglio di andare e provare di persona ! Non ve ne pentirete !

23/03/2025: I have to change the previous review and that is good pizza with much less flour. The portion is generous, it's a shame that half is too thick and the other half is too thin, so the cooking isn't exactly optimal. The impeccable service always delivers on time both with rider and pick-up at the venue. I add to this review my thanks to the owners for responding to my review, which was not intended to be a criticism but to report a problem to ensure that it can be resolved in a better way. 23/03/2025: Very comfortable place, very fast and they also do takeaway. Very friendly staff, we rented a house nearby and it was easy to reach on foot.

17/02/2025: Una pizzeria nel bellissimo borgo di Grangesises che propone pizze di stampo napoletano con ingredienti di alta qualità, sia tradizionali che locali. Buonissima, ad esempio, la pizza con salsiccia di Bra. Personale gentilissimo: servizio cortese e molto veloce. Listino in linea con le aspettative. Consigliatissimo!

15/02/2025: Pizza davvero buonissima con una ottima offerta di varietà più gourmet, senza togliere spazio a quelle tradizionali. Adatta anche per chi è intollerante al glutine e/o al lattosio. Locale accogliente e personale super gentile. Se hai un amico a quattro zampe è il ben venuto! Basta avvisare prima il gestore.

24/03/2025: I booked Assietta after hearing a lot about the food/atmosphere and after staying at La Fountaine in Jouvenceaux a few years ago, my expectations were high. But if you are in Sauze to ski, eat and relax and just spend the late afternoon at the hotel, there is not much atmosphere. The afterski is dominating the entire hotel and its surroundings until late into the night... Maybe if you are 22 years old and like to get drunk and party, then this is the place for you. If you are in upper middle age and are looking forward to relaxing on the bed for a while before dinner after a day of serious carving, then make sure to bring heavy noise protection! That the only goal of the afterski is to pour as much beer as possible is unfortunately quite obvious. In the dining room it is the same, the noise carpet makes normal conversation quite difficult. The staff works efficiently to process all the dishes in a limited time, which feels quite stressful in a country where dinners normally take several hours. The food itself may fascinate those who have never been to Italy before, but is no more than average if you have some experience of the country's culinary arts. So in short, superficially a cozy hotel whose environment is completely destroyed by the drive to process bar, dinner and hotel guests as efficiently as possible. Sneaky, stupid and unnecessary

14/03/2025: Una vera sorpresa! In viaggio verso Alessandria ci siamo fermati qui per un pranzo veloce. Ci è stato proposto il menù di lavoro: piatti curati e davvero gustosi. Il personale è attento e gentile, il locale pulitissimo e l'atmosfera gradevole. Complimenti!

25/02/2025: Dopo avere prenotato a pranzo con tre settimane in anticipo per lunedì 17 febbraio,con conferma della prenotazione, e dopo aver fatto un centinaio di chilometri per andare a mangiare troviamo il ristorante chiuso per ferie!!!Una cosa vergognosa, nemmeno si sono degnati di avvisare del fatto che avrebbero chiuso.A mai più, i clienti si perdono in questa maniera.Vergogna!!!

14/02/2025: Historic pizzeria restaurant, excellently managed: fast and courteous service. Informal, clean and tidy place. Friendly and impeccable staff. We had dinner with fried calamari, Gisella breaded cutlet, grilled vegetables, French fries, panna cotta and meringue: all very well prepared and presented. Affordable price. Satisfied.
