18/10/2025: We spent a week's vacation in Santa Brigida and have been guests at this restaurant several times, always with great satisfaction. Lara and Paolo are passionate about their work and, in addition to the menu, always offer seasonal specials. We were lucky enough to try the potato gnocchi with black chanterelles (when will we ever get another chance?), the taragna with venison was remarkable, and the pizzas were also delicious. Courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness aren't on the menu, but they were never lacking and left us with fond memories. The girls in the dining room were kind and courteous.

This isn't meant to be a negative review. I've been coming to the restaurant for a long time and have always had a good experience. However, I'll just say that certain corporate decisions make me smile!
I often come to Farina 00, where I love to eat arrosticini or lamb chops. Today, there were no lamb chops, so I opted for arrosticini. No problem! When they arrived, I was a little surprised, not only because the price had been increased since the restaurant reopened, but also because instead of the usual 10 arrosticini, they only got 9, as did my neighbor. That's why I think some of the corporate decisions are a little ridiculous!

01/12/2025: I went for lunch on a Sunday and ordered a tagliata with polenta, but the tagliata was in pieces that were impossible to cut and eat, while the polenta, if we can call it that, was more like mashed potatoes and had nothing of the polenta about it. I also ordered a quarter of red wine and they brought me a scant glass of wine and then charged me €5 for it!!!
26/11/2025: Very nice restaurant with a large dining room, kind and helpful waitress, good food, I wouldn't recommend the desserts but everything else was excellent.

24/09/2025: I had this amazing pizza with kamut dough, sausage, and broccoli rabe. It was delicious, along with a really good local craft beer. It cost €12.50, and we ate at the tables available. I'd say it was fantastic.
