But unfortunately, not knowing what you're eating is a flaw in my opinion...
I asked what a cream was in my appetizer and the answer was that they always change and they didn't know...as good as it was, I was disappointed.
Even allergies or intolerances are a shortcoming in a good restaurant, in my opinion.
You could have gone to the kitchen and simply asked.

28/12/2025: It was a nice surprise to discover this place. I had the kebab pizza (have you ever had that?). It was delicious 😋. But they have other things too.
15/11/2025: One of the few places where they serve a hearty aperitivo. For less than €20 (drink included), they offer delicious appetizers and southern Italian products. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and make you feel at home.

29/07/2025: We found it closed after cycling for miles to get here. I also have a business, and I'm reporting it closed on Maps right away (it really only takes a minute). It wasn't marked on Google Maps or social media. Frankly, it's not the first time this has happened, and I don't think we'll be coming again; you've lost some regular customers.

04/03/2026: A pizzeria restaurant where we'll definitely return. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, and above all, quiet, with no loud people, and the music, as it should be, is in the background. We had pizza, which was good and easy to digest. We also tried a first course, which we enjoyed as well. We didn't try dessert because we were already full. The owners were friendly and welcoming.
16/01/2026: The pizza could use some revision... It wasn't quite to my taste. The staff was very kind.

24/02/2026: Reading various reviews often leaves me shocked. The food is always very good; we've tried the entire menu. The staff is super friendly and very professional, as are the owners. We go back often and have always had a great time.

08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, a regular destination for us on every holiday. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, even during the busy August holiday week. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Speed and courtesy are among their strengths.
The pizzas that Paolo and Lara make in the evening are also thin and delicious. Thank you again for this summer of 2023!!!
p.s. To customers with pets who feel like they're being punished! because they're seated in the small room facing the counter, I recommend reading the regulations regarding this (in the photo section).
08/03/2026: It's always nice to return to Edelweiss. Typical Brembana cuisine, smiling service, a relaxed approach, and top-notch desserts. It's truly a wonderful place!
