15/02/2026: We stayed at the Coira Hotel for just one night. It's a very convenient base for the nearby Avaro ski slopes. Our room was comfortable and clean, with two beds on the ground floor and two beds on the mezzanine. The bathroom was quite large and clean, equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast is generous and tasty, with fresh croissants, sliced ​​bread, jams, yogurt, fruit, and all kinds of hot drinks, including juices. A savory breakfast with cold cuts and cheeses is also available. The owner is very kind, always available, and always smiling. Definitely recommended!

21/05/2026: Since it was renovated it is no longer the same place, before it was the classic country trattoria, now beautiful, but it seems like a company canteen, the service is not the best, the staff is not up to the job and the cuisine is also questionable, they gave us ravioli passing them off as casoncelli, the pasta was overcooked and the fried food was like American rubber, the only wine that is good is the one in bulk, the pizza however is very good in all its variations, well cooked and garnished... you can make your own conclusions.

We've traveled extensively throughout the Seriana Valley, often stopping to eat here and there, and we agree that the best casoncelli, strictly handmade, in the valley are found here. Congratulations, truly!!! The rustic dough and exceptional filling make 5 stars seem too few (unfortunately, more cannot be awarded).

I had excellent mussels marinara and a pizza that, while not the classic Neapolitan style, was light, flavorful, and very easy to digest. Definitely good value for money, I’d recommend it.
