The Summer Pizza deserves a place in the pantheon of culinary aberrations. A disc of sad dough is placed before you, covered with a mysterious block of icy limestone that we dare to call "burrata." This piece of milky ice, firmly planted in the middle of the plate, floats in a sea of ​​lettuce—yes, good old cafeteria lettuce, straight from the fridge, still crisp... from the cold. A treat for those dreaming of iceberg lettuce like an ice floe. And the service, let's talk about it: three waiters, zero emotion. Not a smile, not a kind word, nothing. It feels like dining at a funeral service where the wreaths have been replaced by frozen pizzas. In short, a place to highly recommend... to your worst enemies.

But now, unfortunately, the criticism: The homemade lasagna consisted of cheese with lasagna sheets and even more cheese. Unfortunately, it was inedible. The pizza was edible, but unfortunately, nothing more. The crust looked promising, but it was very soggy. The topping was also very mozzarella-heavy. Overall, the taste and texture weren't for us. You pay inside at the checkout, which is okay, but we were ultimately glad to leave the restaurant. It was our last time here.

05/09/2025: good food and everything ok the problem is that they have a predefined order for delivering the pizzas and they start from the back, this means that if you are inside the restaurant and not outside where they start from, you almost always find either leftovers or nothing because the pizzas are already finished before

29/07/2025: I ordered a pizza delivery over the phone. The girl at the cash register was one of the most helpful and kindest employees I've ever met: friendly, genuine, and outgoing. Not to mention the pizza itself, so delicious it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. One of the best pizzerias in all of Limbiate, go there!

When paying the bill, we heard some customers also ask another member of staff for lactose-free pizzas, but they replied that they didn't have lactose-free mozzarella and therefore recommended buffalo mozzarella instead. At that point, we weren't sure if we'd eaten lactose-free pizzas since the staff's versions didn't match. I'd like to add that the waitress who took the order seemed distracted when we asked for a pizza with stracciatella, which wasn't honored.

The Rustica sandwich (they explained to me that it is prepared by a trusted bakery with an exclusive recipe and method) is a true specialty recognized by at least 3 successive generations of Santeramo residents. PANUOZZO TO SCREAM! I have been going back there on purpose for years every time I can.....

06/09/2025: A shocking rip-off. The pizza is an average thin crust, with average ingredients. But 2x-3x than prices elsewhere. 25 euro for a pizza, 4 euro for coperto, 12 euro for an amaro. Service is friendly, but not up to the price levels. The environment looks like a Swiss alps self-service from the 70s. Will I go back? Never. Will I recommend it to friends? Never. STAY AWAY.
