Delivery is always on time, and the pizza is soft, tasty, perfectly cooked, and delicious.

We didn't order pizzas, which we found to be quite large (we're not sure about the flavor), but what we did order was fairly average, without any culinary highlights. The place feels a bit like a casual '90s trattoria, but it's kept very clean and tidy.

28/11/2025: The Portello café is simply disastrous... Non-existent service, lines, a lot of wasted time... Luckily the croissants and prices are decent, but still among the worst I've ever seen.
I returned to the Portello café to see if anything had changed... Mind you, I'm only referring to the Portello café, not the mall in general... The café is completely disorganized... there's no coordinator... Everything is done haphazardly, thank goodness the coffee is good.

21/10/2025: Cheap but used to be even better in the past. Ham on pizza and fries too salty and don't know why cashier had to put ham on and with dirty hands.

We had a great time.
The pizza was good, although I prefer Neapolitan pizza.
The first and second courses were also good.

2 savory Margheritas with mozzarella stuck to the cardboard, so the pizza was left without mozzarella
1 Quattro Stagioni so salty it was uneatable

04/01/2026: Unfortunately, the menu promised a lot, but... I reserved a table three days in advance and wasn't warned that on match day they have a very limited menu (four types of pizza, two types of pasta, French fries, and a subpar breaded chicken steak). An unpleasant surprise.

03/03/2026: First of all, it's not a Neapolitan pizzeria like the sign says.
I ordered a pizza I made myself because all the pizzas on the menu have a tomato base (I should point out that in Naples, pizzas don't have a tomato base unless they're Margherita or Marinara). Anyway, I ordered a pizza with porcini mushrooms and croquettes with a tomato base... different from the one I asked for anyway. They remade it, but it was still the wrong one because it had mozzarella, even though I'd repeatedly specified no mozzarella. But the saddest thing was that the porcini mushrooms on the pizza were practically raw, taken from the jar and added on top upon arrival. It's absurd.
Not at all Neapolitan. Liev man!!
