The last few times we bought pizza, we were disappointed. But since it's the only pizzeria in the area that makes pizza by the slice, we wanted to give it another try. Enough.
The only round pizza we got for the kids was RAW! The sausages were still pink.
The pizzas by the slice also had hard mozzarella and the toppings left much to be desired.
The quality of the product has definitely deteriorated.
For goodness' sake, they even offered to remake them over the phone, but no way.

10/10/2025: I don't think I'll ever eat here again. I ordered porcini risotto, which was anything but risotto. It was boiled rice, but the worst part was the smelly cheese. It wasn't grana or parmesan, it was a mix of cheeses that I think was more than a few weeks old. A terrible experience, I didn't eat it at all.
Highly not recommended.

09/11/2025: We tried the new truffle pizzas, and the "casolare" pizza was truly excellent, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are very friendly.
30/10/2025: We stopped for dinner because we were in the area on a friend's recommendation. The pizzas were very good and the service excellent. The place is very well-kept, so I highly recommend it (we had pizza and dessert). Everything was good. See you next time.

Found by chance, also because it's a bit hidden in an area I don't frequent.
We enter a spartan restaurant with 1980s decor, but clean and tidy.
The food and service are exceptional.
The staff are very kind and helpful.
The owner is friendly and welcoming, like an old-fashioned innkeeper.
We had risotto alla monzase and spaghetti allo scoglio, which was very generous.
The Milanese cutlet was excellent.
The grilled sea bass was very fresh.
The prices were fair.
I'll be back.

Rude staff who didn't want to serve.
Not to mention the hygiene.
The girl at the counter cleaned the plates with her hand.

30/11/2025: We were very disappointed with the experience. After more than an hour of waiting, our risotto and pizzoccheri arrived, still undercooked. When we politely asked for a timeframe, we were rudely told, "Yeah, it's still a long way off," with no apology for the delay or inconvenience.
We felt our order had been forgotten, as other tables who arrived after us were served first. Mistakes can certainly happen, but courtesy should always be upheld.

10/12/2025: The lady at the cash register looks like Mario Kart, she just wants your money, I found a piece of metal sponge in the dish I ordered, a sign that at least they wash the dishes, however my diet does not include these foods.
02/12/2025: Amazing restaurant. We were very impressed with the food and the waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. Our waitress helped me to decide on my main course and I was extremely impressed. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this restaurant. I really enjoyed the live music too and was delighted when the musician played our request for Volare 😃
Ignore any negative reviews. The people that wrote them must not appreciate good food or ambiance! Go to this restaurant and you will not be disappointed.
