We've always come to Il Timone, a must-see on Lake Como. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, the food is excellent, and the service is fast and attentive. They did find us a table last minute but afterwards the service was a little bit disappointing The pasta were swimming 😅 The stake was blue 🫪

AMAZING!!! 🤍 The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. We had a mixed seafood fried appetizer, followed by seafood pasta and salmon pasta as our first course. For dessert, we had baba and tiramisu. Highly recommended! 💫

Unfortunately, this has little to do with famous Italian cuisine. There was absolutely no salmon in the Tagliatelle al Salmone! The Tagliata di Manzo was covered in fries. The schnitzel came fresh from the deep fryer. You can safely avoid this restaurant.

11/04/2026: Excellent experience. I came with friends, one of whom had already dined here. Excellent service, friendly waiters, good pizza and main courses, and very good dessert too. Good value. What can I say? We'll definitely be back!
