08/06/2026: Princi is a great breakfast spot, which we visited several times during our stay in Milan. Excellent coffee and delicious pastries made us eager to return. We especially enjoyed the savory sandwiches and the cornetto with pistachio and chocolate filling. The pastry was soft and delicate, yet had a crispy crust. The creams are clearly of good quality—sweet, but not overly so, so they don't overpower the flavor of the croissant itself. There's plenty of filling, but in the perfect proportions. We also tried the almond cornetto and the forest fruit cake—they were still tasty, though less to our liking. The olive baguette was a bit too hard. The coffee was definitely a plus, and we liked it so much that we also bought it whole beans. Interestingly, the same blend costs €9 here, while at Starbucks Reserve it costs €16.
