24/05/2025: Great pizza but not very organized to serve. The girl was careless and lazy. We asked for six pieces to take away, when we got home three pieces were microscopic and three normal. When you serve, it is better not to make too much chit-chat but concentrate!!!! We will not return

10/05/2025: Excellent pizzeria by the slice immediately outside the Porta del Carmine in Viterbo. Delicious potato and mozzarella pizza, and with the typical dough of Umbria and Alto Lazio. The margherita is also very good. The girls who work there are very friendly ❤️, it's a shame about the small place, with almost no places to lean on to eat their delicious pizza.

06/06/2025: The restaurant is beautiful, we have never eaten in a place like this, it is very romantic. The food was excellent, from appetizers to desserts. We had a tartar, a Florentine steak with 2 side dishes, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine. Everything, absolutely everything was delicious! Very good! Thanks also to the waitress for her availability and kindness! If we ever return to this area, we know where to come and eat! 👏👏👏👏 Thank you!

04/06/2025: Pranzo da incubo. Tralasciando la maleducazione e la poca gentilezza ed empatia di alcune cameriere, sia al telefono che di persona, tanto che abbiamo iniziato a pensare che i sorrisi fossero a pagamento, il pranzo é stato costellato da cadute di insetti dall'alto della fitta vegetazione sopra i tavoli dentro i bicchieri, piatti, etc...rendendo la permanenza a tavola quantomeno avventurosa. Parlando delle pietanze, porzioni ridicole (3 foglie di insalata come contorno erano abbastanza imbarazzanti), primi risicati e secondi altrettanto. Capisco che 15 euro di menù fisso é un prezzo allettante ma la prossima volta preferisco spendere il doppio e non alzarmi con la fame e con gli insetti dentro la camicia. Consiglio una disinfestazione accurata e soprattutto un corso per saper trattare con i clienti. Da dimenticare!!!

15/06/2025: A pleasant surprise: close to the historic center. Very good meat and fish dishes. We had the hay with porcini mushrooms, divine! Fettuccine with clams and zucchini, very good. Antipasto 3 scalini, highly recommended, where you can find local cold cuts, bruschetta, fried food (good for 2 people). The waiter recommended the tiramisu revised by them and we, who are used to not tasting variations from the classic, really changed our minds for the deliciousness. Even the wine, for the first time for me I have to review it for the quality after myriads of reviews I have made. Very nice place, modern, new, clean (even the bathrooms). Very kind staff and fast service. The bill was a little more salty than usual but we really ate quality food and it was worth it.

30/05/2025: I had dinner two nights with my wife at this restaurant, chosen for its proximity to our hotel and for the reviews. Our experience was very positive. Despite the distance from the sea we opted for fish-based menus both times. The quality of the dishes was fully satisfactory, the raw materials were generally very good and the cooking excellent. A note of merit for the staff, attentive but not intrusive, who guided us in our choices with advice that turned out to be absolutely spot on. The environment is well-kept and impeccably clean and tidy; the only slight flaw was, on the second evening, the close presence of a very noisy table, but customer education is certainly not the restaurant's responsibility. The price, around 40 euros per person, was certainly adequate for the courses we chose: by ordering something else you can spend less. Ultimately I definitely recommend it.

22/05/2025: We ate some excellent first courses, I particularly loved the scialatielli with clams and pachino tomatoes, the best fried anchovies I have ever eaten and the staff is super polite and available for suggestions. Excellent desserts

02/05/2025: Advertised as the best pizzeria in Tuscia, this pizzeria does not disappoint expectations. The pizza is thin and really excellent, served on two plates for those who are hungry, but also available in a smaller version on request. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, accompanied by tasty appetizers, often offered in the lighter baked version rather than fried. The selection of beers is also good. The service is courteous and efficient. A pleasant discovery in an unexpected context.

02/05/2025: Locale molto molto carino,ben tenuto e caratteristico. Le pizze sono veramente buone, scrocchiarelle e molto digeribili. Ma la particolarità è sicuramente la dimensione... giganti servite su due piatti... ma nn si lascia nulla nel piatto nemmeno il bordo vanno giù che è una meraviglia! Buonissimi anche i fritti (non fritti) e i dolci fatti in casa. Da provare assolutamente e buona coduria... come dice Antonella eccellente padrona di casa e simpaticissima!! ti fa sentire a casa. 16/06/2025: Pizza di dimensioni gigantesche, difficile mangiarla tutta. Infinite varianti proposte nel menu, buona di sapore ma sicuramente troppo grande. La pizza viene servita su piatti di dimensioni normali e straborda da tutti i lati. Risulta difficile tagliarla e va a toccare la tovaglia, rendendo la cena meno gradevole di quanto potrebbe essere. E' un peccato mandarne indietro quasi metà. Sono stato educato a non sprecare il cibo. Immagino che la pizza gigante sia un punto di forza del locale ma personalmente l'ho trovata inutilmente esagerata. Capisco che a molti possa piacere e non voglio dare una recensione negativa del locale. Semplicemente non condivido il concept.

15/06/2025: Locale stupendo , accoglienza e simpatia sono di casa , il proprietario con i suoi collaboratori ti fanno sentire davvero a proprio agio , birre di qualità e pizza gigante farcita con prodotti davvero genuini . Complimenti davvero.
