I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Roma

05/10/2023: First of all, let me point out that the name (at least for three years now) is EDERA FOOD HUB. We were there for the first time about three years ago and were very satisfied but, since it is totally out of the area for us, we never went back until last Sunday. The food is excellent, with some particular dishes such as courgette flowers "my way" which are filled with ricotta and crispy bacon and some additions that were not on the last menu (baked shank). The price is not cheap but it might not be a problem if there weren't some flaws in the place that make you look at the final bill with less than benevolent eyes. The chairs are ruined, the plates defective (I asked for one of the children's plates to be changed because a piece was missing) and everything has a patina of neglect. Come on, it just takes a little more care to bring the place back to the level of the cuisine served!

19/07/2023: Chairs that are falling apart, plates that are chipped, wallpapers that are peeling, clash with the rather high prices and with a less than impeccable cuisine (very salty chicken, raw ravioli) and with the style that the place would like to give itself. I wouldn't go back

06/04/2024: Locale bellissimo, in condizioni perfette e ottime. Pizza buonissima, deliziosa, squisita. Antipasti buonissimi, deliziosi, squisiti. Consigliatissimo

19/05/2024: On holiday in Rome from England and came to visit for dinner and the staff were so lovely to us especially the receptionist. Despite neither of us speaking the same language they ensured we knew what we were ordering and were so polite and kind to us. This place has incredible pizza (and prices) you have to try the deep fried crab claws!! The table outside is so nice to eat at. Whilst roaming the area a few of the other restaurants didn’t seem friendly to tourists but this place welcomed us with open arms. Go eat here and you’ll be coming back again and again

19/02/2024: Dall'esterno non sembrava. Posto veramente trasandato e sporco, per non parlare del bagno. In zona si trova di molto meglio. MAI PIÙ!

11/11/2023: Veramente schifo stavo mangiando una fetta di pizza porcini e salsiccia ad un certo punto sento una cosa strana in bocca sputo e vedo un unghia veramente schifo🤢NON CONSIGLIATO DATO IL SERVIZIO E LA QUALITA E LA QUANTITÀ D’OLIO TROVATO NELLA PIZZA🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

08/10/2023: Excellent pizza by the slice which also offers fried foods, kebabs and other excellent quality products. Low prices and friendly staff, promoted!

15/09/2023: The first time I ate an exceptional kebab! Usually kebabs are hard for me to digest but this one is really good! Congratulations also for the pizza! You are strong guys! Keep it up!

15/07/2023: Leuke locatie, vlakbij de Trevifontein. Zijn hier geweest voor een drankje. Leuke bediening, zeker een aanrader. Eten zag er ook goed uit.

23/07/2023: Food is not good & expensive. We went for breakfast & paid €9.00 for x2 burnt cappuccino €5.00 for each pastry ( nothing special) . The restroom is filthy we did not even bother to use it
