04/04/2026: We made a reservation and intended to have a pizza there, my wife and I. I must point out that this isn't the first time I've frequented this pizzeria, in fact, we hadn't been back for a few months. The only two times we'd eaten there previously, we were quite satisfied. So we went back. To repeat the experience. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed and noticed that the quality had dropped significantly. For example, the pizza is the classic Roman-style Margherita. I mean, pizza is normally thin-crust without a crust. So far, so good... the pizza arrived lukewarm, burnt along the edge, and practically raw underneath. I can imagine the oven wasn't hot enough... that can happen. But we also noticed that the ingredients that normally make a good pizza, even a very simple Margherita... we practically didn't see them. Let me explain a little better. There was practically no mozzarella and not even a single basil leaf... The pizza was simply dough with tomato sauce and...we didn't find any mozzarella...who knows, it must have evaporated. We won't be returning.

26/02/2026: The pizza at the new Pizza Express is even better: thin, crispy, and well-topped. The hospitality is always top-notch.

02/04/2026: A great place—I highly recommend it to everyone! The food is delicious; the seafood spaghetti and the mixed meat platter for two were excellent choices, and the tiramisu for dessert was also outstanding. No matter what you choose, you definitely won’t leave hungry. The service is incredibly friendly; the staff are helpful and cheerful, and you can make yourself understood if you really try—we were able to communicate easily using a mix of Italian and English, and the bottom line is that the food is fantastic! It’s definitely worth coming back here again and again! Thank you everything!!

13/02/2026: The pizza is pretty good, but there's better in the area. Capricciosa + house wine €19.00. Maybe a little too much... The staff are very friendly.

21/03/2026: A horrible experience!!! Even though the place seems nice at first glance, I was totally disappointed by the attitude of the staff... we waited 55 minutes for our pizza. And when asked how long it would take for our pizza to arrive, the answer was: if you want to wait, yes, if not, oh well 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️horrible attitude!!!!! I would never, ever go back!!!!! Disappointed... eating the pizza completely took my desire to eat away!!!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

03/04/2026: Alice Pizza could become one of Rome's best, given its location (just steps from Piazzale delle Muse) and its spacious, comfortable space, with outdoor seating. However, in addition to the constant turnover of staff, which makes it difficult to gain a loyal following, there are often glaring gaps in service, meaning you might end up waiting half an hour for someone to come to the counter when the place is completely empty. The pizza is good, on par with other Alice restaurants; with a few more improvements, it could truly become a benchmark.

08/05/2026: I went to this pizzeria today... €9 for 250 grams, or a maximum of 300 grams of pizza plus half a glass of water. It seems absurd, we're talking about pizza... exorbitant prices, arrogant service, no receipt, and absolutely average quality.

29/03/2026: My wife and I were there last night for the second and last time. We arrived around 8:15 PM and took our order, ordering everything from fried food (2 supplì, 1 portion of fries, 1 portion of fried mozzarella) to 2 deviled pizzas. The fried food arrived within a few minutes, basically within the normal cooking times. But about the pizzas... at 9:10 PM we asked the waitress how they were doing, considering that the table next to ours, who had ordered them a good 20 minutes after us, had already arrived. She told us she was going to check and never came back to tell us anything. So at 9:40 PM, after almost an hour and a half, we decided to leave. Before that, I even got up to see if the oven was busy since it was visible, but nothing was empty, so I decided to leave. We even had to wait to pay, which was absurd. When the waitress saw we wanted to leave, she asked us, "But what about the pizzas?" I simply told him that it's not possible to wait an hour and a half for two pizzas. Then, what was very painful was hearing the pizza chef reply, "If they get pissed off, they'll get pissed off" to an acquaintance of his who had come into the kitchen to say that the customers outside were getting angry. I want to say one last thing, if you intend to give priority to people who come in and order takeout pizzas, as happened last night in our case. Do a good thing by eliminating the tables and working only for takeout, because I believe that customers at tables should have priority (at least from a certain time onwards). I'm very sorry because the pizza is very good and, besides, I have it just a few minutes' drive from home.

04/12/2025: I was here tonight... what can I say... Civitella hides a quality treasure that deserves to be discovered... The dough is the real surprise, and even the appetizer is a timeless Italian and Roman experience reminiscent of the cuisine of yesteryear. It's impossible not to notice the effort of a perfectionist. Never change. Stay the same. Truly a special dinner. Thank you.

12/04/2026: Unfortunately I was a customer before I have to leave a star ultra-thin pizza without flavour took 5 pizzas 2 supplì and croquettes pizzas arrived on time at 9pm but they were cold and rubbery and tasteless you ate one it was the same as the other and we found the supplì with tomato acid I'm sorry but never again

09/04/2026: The great thing about this pizzeria is the truly varied selection, both in terms of pizza types and dough. Fresh ingredients and excellent leavening. Kudos also for the kindness and fast, courteous delivery.

09/05/2026: Good pasta, base price is good but they add service and simple things are pricey, like 5€ for water ... And they try to give you bread you will pay at the end, but you can say no. When serving the wine, the waiter added a lot on the table. House wine was not great.

15/01/2026: Almost awful food, zero service, exorbitant prices, never again. First course, second course, and side dish €45. Cacio e pepe, basically, was tough, and instead of the chicory I ordered, I got turnips. The place was freezing and run-down, with loose electrical cables behind the counter.

06/01/2026: Avoid! Never again! It's a shame, a beautiful, large facility, but the food leaves much to be desired. Not to mention the very poor service! Not even a goodbye when we left after paying! Truly disgusting! I don't recommend it!

12/04/2026: Nice place, quiet atmosphere on the beach, friendly and accommodating staff. Great for a quick meal. The fried food is good, but the mussel soup and risotto are even better. We ate without a reservation. Recommended!!

05/05/2026: A nice, well-kept place, but pricing transparency leaves much to be desired. I go up to the counter to order a juice, two freshly squeezed juices, and three sandwiches. My wife asks if we can sit at the tables, the bartender tells us he'll put everything on a tray for us and then tells the cashier what we've ordered, telling her it should be brought to the table... Bottom line: after a sandwich and a freshly squeezed juice that I would have consumed at the counter, I end up with a 30% markup for bringing a tray within 2 meters of the counter! That's a €6.60 markup! I only see QR codes on the counter, and I'm not going to go into detail about all the QR codes I see in a place; if you're honest, you'd put it in big letters. Terrible service!

30/04/2026: DINNER A very quiet place, truly quality food, excellent service. The waiter, Faycel, was truly kind and courteous, always attentive.
