19/04/2026: The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. It's very, very slow. You have to ask at least twice to ask for anything. Be careful, though. I've read a lot of complaints about the staff's politeness. The waiters are very friendly and polite, but their speed and understanding of requests could be improved.

10/04/2026: Terrible experience, never again. I ordered from this pizzeria expecting a minimum of professionalism, but it was a total disaster. The sorbet was delivered in a bottle of water (San Benedetto), which was absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. To make matters worse, I had ordered a cheesecake and without any warning, they sent me a panna cotta because it "ran out." The worst problem? The panna cotta completely spilled during transportation, ending up on top of the sorbet and tiramisu: the result was everything dirty, smeared, and inedible. A completely ruined order. Zero customer care, zero attention to packaging, and a total lack of seriousness in order management. Waste of money. I strongly advise against it.

22/04/2026: I went for dinner with friends. The place is welcoming, as are the waiters, who are very professional. The pasta, potatoes, and provola cheese were delicious, as was the high-quality pizza. I highly recommend it.

17/04/2026: My friend Vincent, a Piedmontese on vacation in Naples, wanted to take him to try one of the quintessential Neapolitan specialties, "His Majesty the pizza." I decided to take him to Fratelli La Bufala on Via Medina. While waiting for the pizza, we ordered a delicious appetizer. Afterward, Vincent ate the Margherita with buffalo mozzarella, and I had the Margherita a ruota di carro. What can I say, everything was exceptionally good. I recommend stopping by; there are many famous pizzerias in Naples, but Fratelli La Bufala is also worth a visit.

19/10/2025: You can choose from three types of dough, all excellent and very digestible. The pizza is truly excellent, both in terms of toppings and cooking. The price is excellent, and the service is very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, I gave the ambiance 4 stars because it's small but cozy and original.

01/09/2025: A fantastic little gem we stumbled across. We were a family of 13 and were seated straight away. Advice to non-Italian speakers: there's no 'menu' per se, but we were served unlimited pizzas of the chef's choice until we were full, and then a pasta of our choice. If you want a specific topping or dish, the staff did what they could to accommodate the request. We didn't quite get it at first, but ended up leaving stuffed and keen to return! The food was superb – we had a range of vegetarian and meat pizzas plus incredible authentic carbonara. Service was casual but welcoming and homely. The family clearly take a lot of pride in their establishment. The views over Itri were stunning, truly the standout of the location. Highly recommended!

11/03/2026: After a tiring stroll around Porta Portese, we ate a delicious pizza at a great price! We chose the vegetarian options that appealed to us the most and the tuna and onion pizza (which is a must!) The place is very rustic and the atmosphere is welcoming; we immediately felt at home!

12/05/2025: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante per cena. Già all' entrata ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto è luminoso e molto accogliente. Gli ordini sono arrivati e subito e nonostante abbiamo ordinato 5 piatti diversi, ce li hanno portati tutti insieme. I camerieri sono molto gentili e il cibo è molto buono. Consiglio.

12/05/2025: Negli anni ci sono stata più volte e mi è sempre piaciuto, ieri sono rimasta molto delusa. Servizio totalmente disorganizzato: i camerieri che non sapevano dove portare i piatti, il vino l’abbiamo dovuto chiedere 3 volte e dopo aver chiesto di metterlo in ghiaccio non è stato fatto. Abbiamo preso i primi di pesce che erano un lago di olio all’aglio e basta (allego foto di quelli che dovevano essere spaghetti con vongole). Mi dispiace molto, ma è un grande no.

14/05/2026: A fabulous place where I enjoy breakfast every day. The coffee, service, and staff are excellent. At lunchtime, the service is prompt, with delicious dishes at reasonable prices. I recommend this place to all my colleagues at the center.

13/05/2026: I often go there for lunch and it's always a sure thing 😊 The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and the owners are truly amazing. The food is good and the service is fast, perfect even when you're short on time. Highly recommended!

12/12/2025: Title: A pizza dinner with friends, with an appetizer, dessert, and bottles of Moscato, not sweet sparkling wine. At the end of the dinner, when it was time to pay, the owner got annoyed simply because there was pizza left over, along with a bottle of Moscato and not sweet sparkling wine. We asked her to provide us with what we needed to take away what was left. I advise anyone who wants to eat here in the winter to bring appropriate clothing to withstand temperatures of 12 degrees Celsius in one of the dining rooms, and also to consider the cover charge without adequate heating. Finally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BOTH FOR THE RUDENESS OF THE OWNER AND THE CONDITION OF THE COVER SETTINGS IN THE COLD. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

03/12/2025: Excellent and plentiful food, amazing focaccia, a welcoming atmosphere, but it could use some updating; the pellet stoves aren't exactly in keeping with the decor. A little more attention could be paid to the details, such as the wine served in a bucket. Overall, a positive experience.

11/04/2026: They only do takeout and home delivery. The sandwiches are delicious and the Roman pizzas are a joy to eat! Really affordable prices, friendly staff, and a laid-back atmosphere. Saturdays are a real hit with orders. There must be a reason why!

21/02/2026: I'm not focusing on the product, which I don't know, but on the person. A few days ago, I went for an interview because they were looking for a pizza chef, and the owner offered me a contract—I'll leave it up to you to judge whether it's legal or not—for 46 hours a week, 6 days a week, complaining that only foreigners show up (why are you complaining, I wonder?). I accepted it and dared to ask if she could grant me the morning shift only on Tuesdays because I needed the afternoon off to take a course I'd previously paid for, and therefore I would have been willing to work all the other days of closure. I should point out that she previously canceled a test for me without reason, the afternoon before, when I'd canceled other interviews to do it, and oh well. Then the agency, which protects her interests, called me back, telling me that the woman would like to make a new appointment for a new test, and I foolishly accepted, given certain behaviors she'd already demonstrated. So, returning to what I wrote above, faced with my futile request for Tuesday afternoons off, while still guaranteeing her the lunch shift and accepting even more hours per week than the law allows, she once again dismissed me because she wasn't happy with Tuesday afternoons off, despite all the other conditions I had accepted. Obviously, it's better this way, because if this was the appetizer, imagine the rest. However, when you talk about "poor entrepreneurs" and "people who don't want to work," keep these stories in mind, because if Italy is a country slowly dying, it's also thanks to these individuals who feel they're in the right. I will boycott this pizzeria because, like me, there are many people who want and need to work and don't deserve to be treated this way. On Monday, I'll report everything to the agency and hope they can permanently end their collaboration with this business, because this kind of mentality is the bane of this country. Thank God, I have messages and phone calls that testify to what I'm describing, and I'm sorry to say it, but only people who come from worse and more desperate living conditions can accept this kind of bullying. You deserve the perpetually empty place. Never again.

12/07/2025: The beach is nice, but it's a shame it's so poorly managed, allowing people to play football among the umbrellas in a reckless manner and disturbing all the other beachgoers, who are forced to leave their seats without the lifeguards saying anything... it's a real shame because the other services are good!

01/07/2025: A beautiful beach resort, clean and equipped for everything. Plenty of loungers depending on how large you want it, a bar that's always stocked and fast, a restaurant that prepares amazing dishes, and a lifeguard always ready to whistle. A proper beach. There are both men's and women's restrooms and showers, along with changing rooms for bathing suits.

19/04/2026: Every time I go to Rome, it's a must-visit. They offer a wide selection of everything. Everything is homemade, even the bread. Highly recommended.
