Ristorante Bar Da Vitale
14/11/2025: The casual and slightly dated atmosphere is a bit daunting at first, but then the kindness and expertise of the waiter and the delicious food give way to culinary satisfaction. I recommend the Vitale risotto for those who want a traditional seafood risotto, and the fried calamari and shrimp are perfectly tender and crispy. It may not be a gourmet restaurant, but the food is good, and the kindness of the staff is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend it.

The staff is very friendly.
The pizza is also very good.

18/09/2025: I ordered with Glovo, but there won't be a second time.
The pizza was cold, the fries were dark, smelled bad, and even looked like they'd already been eaten because there were so few of them.
I paid for a Margherita menu, but I didn't receive either the supplì or the Coke!! Obviously, I wasn't notified and I wasn't given any discount!

I fritti sono incredibili, la farcia del calzone fritto, delle mozzarelline e del tramezzino sono commoventi. Pizze buone, patatine anche. Consegna gratuita e sempre aperti. A simple restaurant with a few outdoor tables. The tiella is well-seasoned, with fresh ingredients and a helpful and friendly owner.
The price is reasonable for the offerings.

21/06/2025: Classic Roman rotisserie, well stocked with the possibility of sitting inside, no outside tables... Having said that, the experience was not positive, the counter assistant, although quite fast, is not very flexible, I took a plate of cold pasta of poor quality with ingredients recovered from the hot table, which up to this point is ok, the problem is the price! 6 euros! Once in a rotisserie you saved money and ate reasonably well, while in this rotisserie in particular I found myself decidedly bad, I did not try the pizza but as a professional at first glance it did not seem excellent.
14/06/2025: Historic pizzeria that cooks in a very traditional way. If you want to eat pizza as it was once made, this is the right place.
I love the white pizza but I also like the others.
It's cheap and the service is always friendly

11/10/2025: Avocado toast without avocado is a first! We received toast with eggs and a so-called avocado cream that tasted like peas.
People seemed to prefer sweet things, so maybe you'll be less disappointed with this option.
We were also served two fruit juices even though we only ordered one; we kept it anyway since it was good.
I don't know if it was a tourist scam to bring two and therefore increase the bill, but be careful.

06/12/2025: Right in front of the magnificent walls of Viterbo lies this welcoming pizzeria. The menu is truly inviting and delicious, starting with the appetizers. However, we opted for pizza first. It wasn't easy to choose given the wide selection, even with special off-menu pizzas, all intriguing with mouth-watering combinations of ingredients. Try them all!
In the end, I ordered a delicious red pizza, with a thin crust, and I tried one filled with squacquerone cheese, arugula, and prosciutto—delicious!
We finished with a sweet focaccia with chocolate from Antica Latteria—not to be missed!
The service was quick and friendly.
23/11/2025: We had a birthday party on Saturday night. They left us without a stove, and after we pointed it out, it remained off anyway. We were all wearing jackets, and no one cared. The service was quite slow; there was no choice of bitters, only the herbal one. I had chosen a pizza, but was told it was missing an ingredient only upon arrival, without even a choice. The pizzas and supplì were good, but the customer service really needs updating.

18/11/2025: The staff was very friendly, the location beautiful, but the food was a shame. We were a table of nine, so there were more dishes. The focaccia and pizza were very good, but the cooked food was less so. The pasta was undercooked, the gnocchi were not of the highest quality, the arrosticini were not good, and the burgers were equally bad.
I recommend the pizza and focaccia; we didn't like the rest.
18/11/2025: We went on Saturday night for pizza. Even though there were a lot of people and there were 9 of us, they served us so quickly I didn't expect it! Compliments to the waiters! The pizza and fried foods were good, but the best were the desserts. The atmosphere was very well-kept with very cute interior lighting. Outside there are also animals, goats and donkeys in their pens. During the day, the outside is definitely more appreciated!
