The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.

08/01/2026: It looks like a hole in the wall. Inside, smiling people are making divine pizza and giving it away for next to nothing. It's the best pizza I've had in 50 years.

10/04/2026: Pretty good place to rest and have a drink or eat something. In contrast with the other restaurants it’s pretty quiet and basically an oasis among the overcrowded streets in Rome. I suggest it.

19/03/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at La Stazione pizzeria wasn't exactly a great one. Four of us went on Saturday for dinner with a reservation. We arrived and immediately found a spot in the large parking lot right outside the pizzeria, directly adjacent to the train station. We entered the restaurant and were greeted by the waiter, a kind young man, who showed us to our table. I immediately noticed that in the middle of the entrance hall there was a small table where I believe the owner was keeping accounts and writing something down. However, I found the place welcoming with the heating on, since it was a bit chilly outside. We looked at the menu both a la carte and online, placed our order for appetizers, fried foods, and pizzas, and waited. Shortly afterward, the appetizers began to arrive, along with the fried foods and beers—unfortunately, I must say, the beer was of questionable quality, and the fried foods were completely greasy. The pizzas were nothing special; the dough was good but a bit heavy, and it was difficult to finish. The spicy pizza arrived with an EXTREME level of spiciness and a slightly chemical flavor, making it impossible to eat more than a slice. The evening ended with a VERY steep bill (about €33 per person for a pizza, a beer, and a few appetizers), which you can see from the photos. On the other hand, I found the bathrooms clean, albeit very retro, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful.

17/03/2026: Top marks for this place: the pizza is delicious, the dough light and easy to digest. The atmosphere is family-friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone, and they also offer takeout.

16/02/2026: I ordered a few pans of pizza for a family dinner after hearing about this pizzeria through word of mouth. Both the pizza and the fried food were delicious. The pizzeria staff were very friendly on the phone, and so was the delivery guy. Highly recommended.

24/10/2025: Amazing pizzas. Truly delicious. It's hard to find something like this. I personally particularly enjoyed the ones with potatoes and red onions. Definitely worth trying.

06/10/2025: The Antichi Sapori bakery is a guarantee of quality and the raw materials used. The staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive to customer requests. Everything is excellent, from the bread to the pizza to the desserts. The catering service is a real treat. What can I say... a delight for the palate and the mind. Great Brother!

08/03/2026: Two gluten-free pizzas and two supplì. Dry white pizza, dry bresaola, and dry arugula. Red pizza (ordered as diavola) with very little sauce and hard. The portion was also super small. Regarding the supplì, the sauce was very thin and watered down (you could see the white rice). For a celiac, it's an insult...sorry, but I won't be back.
