I am replying to Mrs Albanese to inform her that Mrs Luisa (i.e. my mother) had not been in charge of the kitchen, the fried foods, nor the legendary tiramisu since 2001, the portions have remained unchanged, I am sorry to read all this, from someone who professes to be a "historical customer", and this review is aimed, in my opinion, at discrediting our work of over thirty years.

I discovered this pizzeria a few months ago. I've never had such good fried food anywhere else. The pizza is also excellent. I hope to return soon. The service is very fast, and the staff is very friendly and young. Congratulations!

I completely disagree with Mrs. Albanese's negative review. Mrs. Luisa hadn't been in charge of the kitchen for many years. I went back again last Friday, and I have to say that everything is always amazing, from the fried foods to the pizza.

A good Roman pizza, thin, fragrant, and easy to digest. The fried foods are also good, and the staff is really helpful. I recommend it.

Nice pizzeria, very crowded from Friday to Sunday. Starters, suppli, bruschetta and various fried foods are nothing exceptional except the cod which is really excellent. Very thin Roman-style pizza which I like a lot, although I have to say it is very light, usually one pizza is not enough to fill me up. The negative aspect is the parking.

Decent quality, but the wait is a drag. A small-town pizzeria without any particular pretensions, where unfortunately the experience was marred primarily by the wait: over an hour for a pizza, decidedly excessive. During the wait, no one informed us or asked if we needed anything, which would have at least alleviated the inconvenience. The staff is friendly, but the management leaves much to be desired: when we reported the poor service, the managers failed to offer any assistance, neither with explanations nor with a gesture of attention to the customer. The value for money is average, if not a bit high considering the remote location. The arrosticini are good, while the pizza is very thin but rather sparse: not much mozzarella, not enough tomato, and overall lacking in flavor. Overall, the food isn't bad, but the organization and customer service definitely need improvement.
