27/04/2026: If you are anywhere in the Sabina, do not miss La Taverna Del Tiranno. This was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Italy. We started with the Jewish-style meatballs—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. One of the standout dishes was a green spaghetti with friarielli and Cantabrian anchovies, finished with something delicately crumbled on top—completely unique, incredibly flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The pizzas (Ramolaccia and “Tasty One”) were outstanding: perfectly cooked, creative, and packed with flavor. There were also plenty of thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options, and the vegetable medley we ordered was fresh, vibrant, and clearly prepared with care. Dessert sealed it—an exceptional tiramisu and a panna cotta with caramel that was silky and unforgettable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. It feels deeply personal, like every dish matters and every guest is genuinely welcomed. You can taste the passion in the food and feel it in the experience. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: Last night I had dinner with my husband and son. It wasn't the first time; the previous ones had always been good. Last night, however, my husband and I had the tagliata: aside from the meat, which for €29 was a paltry portion (but that's okay), the side dishes arrived after a quarter of an hour and after we asked for them. Upon leaving the restaurant, my husband had stomach pains, and during the night I had them too, making repeated trips to the bathroom. Luckily, our son had the pizza and is fine so far. We didn't eat anything else, so I can't help but think it's due to the food we ate.

31/05/2026: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. Friendly, fast, and attentive staff. Wide selection of gluten-free fried foods, pizzas, and beers at more than reasonable prices, all made with quality ingredients. They also have a well-stocked supermarket selling only gluten-free products and a display of small pastries. The coffee is also good ❤️ A joy for celiacs and non-celiacs alike. Thank you so much for everything.
