04/02/2025: A pizzeria like this was missing in the area! Very difficult to book a table, but the wait is worth it. The pizzas are at least double the size of a normal one, and could easily be divided by two. We almost never manage to finish them, which is why we ask for a box to take the rest home! Ingredients, exceptional, and choice of combinations spot on! The gem that I recommend are the typical fried pizzas (nothing to do with the Neapolitan ones). They are fried pancakes, in mini format, typical of Sabina. They are usually accompanied with raw ham, and since they are not eaten except at fairs, this is the perfect place to taste them.

14/02/2025: Excellent round pizza taken 1 capricciosa and for the first time I found Taggiasca olives and not the classic tasteless black ones online... Light dough, perfect cooking... Very friendly staff

28/12/2024: Le foto non rendono giustizia purtroppo e io non ne faccio mai per la fretta di mangiare la pizza calda. Ha dei prodotti veramente ottimi, pizza al taglio non sottilissima, altamente digeribile e con buoni abbinamenti. La prendo spesso sia al taglio che le pale, mai rimasta delusa.

16/01/2025: Met by chance with a friend years ago, I never abandoned him. I often went alone to enjoy an excellent yogurt and have a chat with Stefano and Emiliano, the owners, exquisite and super helpful people: from the first time, when we were a bunch of blind people, they had the patience to describe us in detail and all their products as a sign. Yogurt, both white and black, is also suitable for those who are lactose intolerant (the black one, which is very similar to dark chocolate, even for vegans). it can be garnished with many toppings, sauces, syrups and fresh fruit, all delicious

19/11/2024: Buonasera conosco questa pizzeria dal suo primo proprietario. Da allora è stata sempre considerata un ottimo posto per degustare una pizza di qualità e serietà. Quando non posso fermarmi per motivi di lavoro se posso “aggancio il box” (ormai sono di casa) e devo dire che ogni volta che lo prendo oltre al personale gentile e sorridente mi gratifica quando lo apro perché oltre al piacere degli occhi di come è disposto ordinato nella scatola, e, anche se della sera prima la qualità dei prodotti si sente. E come si sente😜😜😜😜😜 Complimenti per il team professionale, simpatico ma soprattutto educato che siete. 09/03/2025: I went to eat at Libbra on Saturday evening, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed! The environment is very nice and welcoming, the service is excellent but I was disappointed with the meat which should be their strong point. My wife and I got 2 boneless ones and with this cut they had no choice. There was a Spanish and a Black Angus available (special category, therefore higher priced) and in my opinion the meat wasn't even matured. Once it arrived at the table, it was served to us on beautiful lava stone plates, but both the dish and the meat were cold. Unfortunately they weren't even very tasty or tender given that they use a grill for cooking and not the embers which melt the fat which gives them flavour. Excellent side dishes! The bill is in line with other meat restaurants I have been to, except that, for the same amount, elsewhere I have eaten much better quality meat and I have been able to choose what to eat. I will definitely not return!

27/02/2025: Location that doesn't have a style but is a mixture, the chandelier in the center is horrible. I got fettuccine with invisible fish. well plated though. This place wasn't particularly impressive and I hope the bill wasn't skipped for whoever sent me to dinner. I wouldn't go back. Inattentive and sloppy service.

06/11/2024: By chance I discovered very good pizza al tagliò and also whole pizzas at peak times, bring your time or order in advance. It's definitely worth it.
