28/03/2026: We are visiting from Germany and came to this pizzeria in Trivoli today – and we absolutely loved it! 🇮🇹✨
The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome right away. The prices are very affordable for such high-quality, authentic food, and everything tasted exactly how you imagine real Italian cuisine! 🍕❤️
We can highly recommend this place and will definitely come back on our next visit!

13/04/2026: Without a reservation on Friday evening, we were given a table immediately. Delicious pizza and Roman-style fried dishes (Ascola olives and courgette blossoms).
30/03/2026: It offers pretty good value for the money. However, the pizza came out a bit burnt. The owner seems to enjoy cracking jokes, but that’s just his style and he doesn't appear to have any ill intentions. There happened to be a group of Chinese and Italian people there, so the noise was quite loud, but that isn't the shop's fault.

04/04/2026: It's fine for those who don't know what pizza is. Like the Germans or Dutch who are plentiful in the area.
Acceptable service,
the guys are quick, polite, and professional.
But pizzas, gentlemen, are none of their business.
An almost raw, unleavened slab of pizza cannot be passed off as pizza.
The antipasto platter is not made on site, but rather bought in trays at the supermarket.
No flavor 🤷🏻♀️
Pleasant atmosphere, a bit '80s-esque.

19/04/2026: It’s a great place for eating pizza and drink aperol or limoncello spritz! We took 2 pizzas: 4 cheese and with prosutto. It was the very thin dough and so tasty! I'm surprised that this restaurant doesn't have many people. I highly recommend this place for tourists. Really!

27/09/2025: Super pizza, good value for money, unfortunately I don't like going there, you come out with a very strong cooking smell in your hair, on your clothes, basically you have to do a total wash of yourself and everything you have on!!!

A gem of Rome if you are fed up with eating pizza and pasta all the time :)

Perfect pizza! Good dough, good toppings, and most importantly, beautifully filled! The price of the pizza is totally understandable, every detail is taken care of. Impeccable.
The fried food is good, but not exceptional, and the price isn't justified.
A few flaws and oversights regarding the service, which you wouldn't expect in a place like this, but understandable.
06/03/2026: If you go to Mercurio, it's not for pizza, but for an experience. There's something new every time, excellent dough, fantastic combinations, and top-notch quality. I always opt for tomato-free toppings here, which I never do when I eat pizza. Try EVERYTHING! Congratulations, as always.

The restaurant has tables on the Gaeta seafront, and if you choose a less crowded day, it's a great place to be.

16/03/2026: I'm giving it one star because it's disrespectful that, despite being the owners, you're smoking in a closed space. There are pregnant women, little girls, and non-smokers, who have every right to breathe clean air. I came for lunch, and they were sitting in an adjoining room, with the door open toward us, happily smoking while the customers ate. Totally disrespectful.
15/03/2026: I went there on a Sunday for lunch. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The courgette flowers were average, but the fried calamari and prawns exceeded my expectations. The calamari were rubbery, and the prawns were so dry that I had to eat them with their shells, only removing the heads. For dessert, the crème brulee was outrageous, considering the caramelized sugar was so thick it couldn't be broken. Luckily, I was invited, so I didn't pay anything. I wouldn't go back. The only positive thing was the friendly and smiling staff.
