I personally come to ReTrombone every now and then, but since I have my own restaurant, I don't have time, at least in the summer. I can tell you that having a place where the people serving you are kind, polite, competent, and "absolutely delicious." A welcoming, well-decorated environment with taste and attention to detail, the staff are extremely kind and available throughout the evening, and the pizza menu is incredibly varied and full of options for all tastes. The fried foods are excellent!! Really good! The atmosphere is pleasant and family-friendly.

The first courses are very tasty: carefully prepared, they enhance the flavors and freshness of the fish. The combinations of ingredients are also excellent. The second course, the calamari 'vopiatto', is also delicious. It's a tasty seafood dish typical of the local tradition. 20/10/2025: A truly lovely pizzeria with ample outdoor parking. The Roman-style pizza is excellent, and the appetizers are delicious. At the end, they even brought us a Nutella puddle, a real treat. Recommended.

A generous selection of appetizers, followed by endless round Roman-style pizzas, all thin and thin. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the price was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

The quality was beyond question, even though the pasta was al dente and underdone. The mushrooms were flavorless, though fresh. The tagliata was very fatty. The buffalo mozzarella wasn't buffalo mozzarella. The prosciutto was excellent.

The waiter also informed us that the menu changes four times a year. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. The place is welcoming and clean. The prices are more than fair for the food. We'll definitely be back.
