Truly excellent pizza! The dough is light, well-cooked, and has a nice texture. The ingredients are fresh, top-quality, and well-distributed. There's no distinct aftertaste often associated with gluten-free products. It's an excellent choice for those with celiac disease or following a gluten-free diet, without sacrificing the taste of authentic pizza. You'll also find other gluten-free products, including fresh and dry gluten-free pastries. The only downside is that it closes at 10:30 PM!
